I wish there was an option for negative stars. This store is never open. Says they open at 7AM they dont. Noone will ever answer the phone. Dont get me started on the pharmacy what a joke. CVS do everyone a favor and give up, let another business move in that space. The way this store is run only causes stress and anger. It is so bad I feel like a hidden camera is going to jump outs its a big prank.. its ridiculous. Save your self time and stress and go somewhere else. I pay $200 more a month to go to another pharmacy.

The pharmacy is horrible. My son has an infection and needs his antibiotics. Our family Dr sent in the prescription in this morning on 9/20/21 at 11am to be exact. I waited until 4pm to pick up because I know they are always slow at their job. I go in to get it the employee had trouble finding his name and then asked me what meds he needed. I don’t know the name, antibiotic cream and pills. My son has an infection. Then she proceeds to tell me it’s not ready. Then tells me to come back in a couple hrs. I go back and they are closed at 6pm. Not only did I waste my time but I wasted my gas going there twice. I don’t care if your short staffed that a weak excuse. I have a job to and we have 7 people. We still do our job and do it efficiently even if we only have one person on staff. They also don’t answer when you call to see if your prescription is ready. I entered my sons birth date and it said they couldn’t find his prescription. Get put on hold for over 30mins so I speak to a person and no answer. If you can’t do your job effectively and efficiently you probably shouldn’t even be working. If your hours have changed then you need to say so and you also need to change it on your website. If I would have known that I would have been back before 6pm but the employee told me a couple hrs. Now my son who has a painful infection has to wait until I get off work tomorrow to get his antibiotics. I already called another pharmacy and guess what they answered the phone. I will be calling my Dr in the morning and having his prescription transfer to them. You just lost business because you are not doing your job properly.

This place is definitely a joke. You would think that being a pharmacy and dealing with peoples life they would have a backup plan when the pharmacist is out. They said the pharmacist wasn’t feeling good so they pharmacy is closed. When you depend on the medication you are completely at a loss. The only thing I can do is:1 - wait for the pharmacy to open2 - go back to the doctor in South Bend for another prescription at a different pharmacy. The doctor will call this in to a different pharmacy but, not until Monday. That’s when the person that does their prescription transfers. In the meantime I’m completely out of my pain medicine so I’ll be in bed until who knows when.

They sent a text message to let us know our prescription was ready for pick up. When we got there i realized that the pharmacy wasnt open. I talked to the front cashier and she was very polite despite probably having already dealt with dozens of other frustrated customers like me coming in. We were told the pharmacy was closed due to there being no staff to work it and that the text we received was just automated. Today another RX needed picked up but again there is no staff so they are closed and dont expect to be open tomorrow either. I was told that you can go to another cvs and if they are open they will fill it as long as it is not a narcotic. Not everyone has the luxury of being able to just get to a different pharmacy without foresight and some meds require very timely dosing. I really hope no one ends up with serious issues because they werent able to get their meds! I dont understand why they keep accepting prescriptions when they have been and will be closed for days on end.

My son had orthopedic surgery in the morning got released from the around two arrived to pick up his pain meds at 4 when we got back in town and waited two hours in line to have them close the window at six. So now we are first night home from surgery with no pain meds! Do not go to this cvs there are plenty other great pharmacies around. Hoping to get his meds tomorrow after i’m sure waiting in the line of cars for 2 plus hours. Ridiculous!!!

Only get your prescriptions here if you dont mind waiting several hours or even days in many cases. I actually switched to a different pharmacy about 4 years ago for this very reason, but my daughter needed a med and they were the only ones that had it in stock initially, so we got it filled at this CVS. I am now reminded every month when she needs this med, exactly why I stopped going here. They will tell you itll be ready in 2 hours, you get there to pick up only to be told... what med did you need? Or itll be another hour or we actually dont have that strength in stock so even though youre out and we told you to come pick up at this time, sorry about your luck! 🤷‍♀️ extremely unprofessional and despite the many pharmacy techs they have behind the counter, they still act as if theres no sense of urgency or care in the world.. certainly not for customers depending on their meds to function or LIVE. This place desperately needs overhauled.. from the interior of the store to managers and staff, it continues to decline and people suffer because of it. Avoid it at all costs! If you are near a Seifert pharmacy, they are superior in every way.. but if not, Kroger pharmacy is much more competent and focused on customer care.

The pharmacist named Angie is fabulous. The other one...not so much. Angie is helpful and non-judgemental. Youd be surprised how many pharmacists judge you based on your medications and treat you poorly as a result. It happens so often that it is worth mentioning when they dont do it. We need more pharmacists like Angie.

I have been a CVS pharmacy customer for years. But today I felt like the floor leader I think her name is Faith was very irritated by me asking for help to check out my products. I didnt want to lose coupons which I havent been able to use before trying to self check out. She did come to assist but in a not friendly way, her coworker Cindy come along as well but Cindys attitude was not unpleasant she is alwayshelpfuland friendly, I have never encountered such a awful experience with a CVS staff before. I asked to speak with a manager but when I was told that she was in charge today I was in shock how is this possible that CVS will have such a employee like her ask a floor leader. Not friendly at all. I am not used to this type of behavior in this Store.

Arriving at CVS following my Dr.’s notice that they’d sent in a prescription order to the pharmacy. The younger male pharmacy desk attendant was excruciatingly rude. I felt as though I was taken for granted during the time of Covid19 and was made to feel very unwelcome by 2 pharmacy technicians as well as the pharmacist while I was waiting for my prescription to be filled.Seeing no other customers standing behind the pharmacy at the time and I walked up with a friendly face without saying anything. I was snapped at with a finger raised... “Okay, I’m busy right now, you can wait & I’ll be with you in a moment!”After about 5 minutes, I approach again without being called to the counter. I speak with another technician Informing them of my name, date of birth and that my Dr. just sent an order over. They reply to me some words that I could barely make out. I ask the friendly question, trying not to go off the deep end, of in what timeframe it would be before my prescription would be available for pickup. The woman mumbles some words (Not looking at me) and I ask her to repeat herself. Pointing, she tells me that the pharmacist will to talk to me over in “the booth”.I walk about 4 feet to “The Booth” and wait. At that time, there are 4-5 people standing in line behind me at the “pickup station.” I then wait about 10 additional minutes in the consultation area. I ask the male attendant of how far along we were in getting my prescription filled. He replies, “the pharmacist will discuss that with you in a moment.”Then I chime in, slightly raising my voice, alerting the pharmacist’s attention. I ask, “How long?” She replies “I’m on hold with your insurance, it could take 5 minutes, it could take hours.” I wait another 5 minutes. The pharmacist with a raised voice replies, “you might as well come back, we will contact you when it’s available.”From the time I arrived to CVS Pharmacy to the time I was told I “might as well return”, I immediately received the hostile message that I was unwelcome and they wanted nothing to do with me. I don’t know if I should go back there to pickup my meds or if I should just have the order called over to the Target CVS. Very unprofessional!

This place...THIS PLACE. Why does it exist? On a day when I just want to get in and get out of a store. A slow, old, balding woman said ‘NEXT‘, and there I was. I just wanted to make an exchange which I said, and she retorted, We Don’t DO Exchanges!! As tired as I was I remained composed and replied, then whatever you need to do so I can return one and purchase the other. YEARS LATER IM STILL THERE WAITING FOR HER TO PROCESS A RETURN AND A PURCHASE BECAUSE... they don’t do exchanges.Everyone’s time is invaluable. We are all going to die. Please, I don’t want to die in a CVS. But seriously, it took a long time. Finally, I handed her the cash that she had handed me (You know, the non-exchange return I just made) to pay for my purchase and I grabbed my one tiny item to rush out. She asked if I wanted the receipt and I politely said “no thank you” (I’m not lying. Even though I was burning with desire to scream in here heavily make-upped face, I remained composed). As I was swiftly walking away, she said “you sure you’re not going to need to return that too”.. I stopped right at the door and stood there thinking...🤔did she just said that? Wait. She just said that. As I started walking again I said no. Not the best come back, but right then and there I decided to break up with CVS, FOREVER. CVS YOU HAVE NO POWER OVER ME. 💋

I went in tonight to buy some sanitary napkins and my little one and I needed to use the restroom. There was one restroom out of order and marked off but I noticed another door with the green vacant door handle. I jiggled it and locked. So I went to to ask the attendant and a young man was understanding and saw our plight. In comes an older woman who glided past us and charged towards the young man. She asked him, what are you doing? He responded they need to use the restroom. She shakes her head and says no. She turns to me and I tells me no. I said the door is not marked off nor is it posted employees only. My little one has to go number 2 can we use the restroom? She says well thats probably how the first bathroom got broken in the first place and we dont want to risk it. I was hearing my little one needing to go potty ASAP and the tone of the woman was not empathetic or kind at all. I asked for the employees names. Jesus S. was kind, professional and respectful. I asked the woman for her name, Cindy she had no name tag. She told me Ryan will be in, in the morning. I left without my pads and with a bad experience. I have never felt so disrespected by an apathetic person. Jesus S. Thank you for understanding and being caring. It was an uncomfortable situation and I will not be a patron of CVS on Main St. in Goshen IN.

Consistently have to request 1 month instead of 3 month refills. Why does this keep getting changed? My mother is on a fixed income, I should not have to keep verifying quantity every single month. Also, the new automated refill via phone is condescending, now youre forcing me to speak to a machine!? I will be switching pharmacies if this new robot system is not changed. What happened to simply pushing buttons? Now I have to repeat myself multiple times to be understood by your drone. Big pharma is already robbing us blind and you insist on rubbing salt in the wound.

This is the second time, our prescriptions have been terribly delayed. This time really puts me over the edge. Rather than call to see if I wanted the script sent to another pharmacy it was assumed that we didn’t need the medicine until Monday. So here it is midnight and my child as no medicine and I have to hope the next the pharmacy that they pushed it to has the medicine in stock. I’m a beyond unhappy and highly disappointed with the CVS in Goshen. This is not ok at all. A simple phone call would have helped and my child would have her first treatment. Unfortunately, I am forced to go to CVS BUT I WILL NO LONGER GO TO THIS STORE FOR PRESCRIPTIONS.

I stopped having my prescriptions filled here a while ago because there was always a ridiculous wait to pick, but now Ill never even go back for my normal staples because of Michelle and Ventura, a manager and a GM, who have no concern for customer service. Im sure they will refute this fact, but I assure you that these are two people who should not be in retail management. Michelle is unkempt, without a name tag and was hindered while performing any task that involved people. I reached out to the corporate team, who was very nice and apologetic about her behavior and was told that Ventura would treat me right and help me. When I came back to have the situation rectified, he was unfriendly, unapologetic and acted as though I were beneath his notice. The woman from corporate had said he would arrange a resteraunt gift card for my trouble and he dismissed this fact as a lie and then walked away without another word to me. And this is the face of management... shame on them.
