Today they told me they couldn’t give me my 12 cents, because of the “change shortage” again. They advised they don’t even go to the bank. They use a company who brings them the money. Maybe Kroger should consider changing companies.

We used to do the majority of our weekly shopping there. Since the flood we probably do a third of our shopping there. The pet area was cut way back. No selection at all. Got rid of so much of the Kroger brand. Some of them were favorites. Most of the employees are very nice. I like Sushi but just think alot of that area is wasted space. Prices have gone way up. Now you cut the the points on prescriptions in half. There really is no incentive to shop there anymore. I used to stop most mornings and grab breakfast or lunch, but not opening till 7 now has stopped that as well. Self check outs are fine for small orders but not for larger orders. Alot of people especially the elderly prefer to be checked out by a real smiling talking person. It is sad to say that my local Kroger is not my main shopping place since the flood.

We only went in for a box of cheerios and used self check, so we didnt experience much of the store. But they had what we wanted and checkout was fast and easy.

I love the new store since the remodel. Some of the new sites have a lot to be desired. Somebody really should pay attention to these things. I went by on two different occasions this is not an accident this is an employees everyday bad habit... :(

This used to be a great place to shop, but today I called and ordered several special packages of lunch meat from the deli to be ready at a certain time. My name and phone number was taken. When I got to the store, the young man in the deli found no prepared order for me and there was no note, no manager available. No one had called me. Apparently the person who took my order must have completely dropped the ball. Great job, Kroger

I like Kroger. Its a little expensive, but carries fresh product. There are a variety of brands offered. kroger brand is simply organic and hasnt let me down yet.

They are very helpful at the registers, but it is hard to find help when shopping.

Very happy with Riley & Linford who checked me out, bagged & took me to my car, AND put cold items closest so i could unload. Superior customer service!!!!

Found everything I needed. Had to clean my own cart. Lots of people not adhering to six foot guidelines. Lots of clutter due to stocking shelves.

The card is free as long as you don’t mind them selling as much info as they can to third party businesses.If your the type that doesn’t want the hassle than just go to any Latino run grocery store and get better prices with out selling your soul for some lame card!Nuf’ Said!

Attractive new cabinetry in the fresh produce area. Store looks well organized. Nice job refurbishing it! Lots of new self-checkout areas. Helpful employees. New front doors. Entrance is welcoming. I found the carry baskets easily. I like this layout. Im glad Kroger is back!

Ill start by saying I never add reviews, but couldnt resist this one. This is my home grocery store and this morning after finding out my fitness center was closed for the week, I headed to Kroger to pick up some supplies for the week. This was early morning and I had 4 separate staff members greet me with a smile and a good morning. Thanks, great way to start the day!

This Kroger squanders its convenient location with incompetent staff and broken self checkouts.Somehow clerks are constantly hovering or walking into your path (stopping there, with no intention of moving) while you shop, but when you need to check out or have a problem, they vanish.The self checkouts are rarely functional - but basically your only checkout option. If someone happens to be around to help, they will refuse to acknowledge you while they help, just grabbing your groceries and doing whatever seems best to them regarding of what customers are trying to tell them.Its also poorly stocked, but when you consider how much time youll waste trying to checkout, thats almost a perk.

The place was fairly crowded when we went,but my husband and I were still able to navigate through fairly easily. We do most of our grocery shopping here. There are always good deals. The staff is also very friendly.the store was also very clean. This place is my favorite.

Nice store with friendly staff. If you are a Kroger card member, they send you plenty of coupons and the ability to load them on your card from you phone is a plus. They seemed a little short handed at peak times with their checkout lanes. Also, they seem to be out of stock a lot of times on items we purchase normally, dont know if its due to our timing or lack of their inventory control. Overall a nice place to shop.

Always enjoy my shopping trips to Kroger. They have very nice produce, meat choices, dairy and breads. I can almost always find what I need. The stores are all neat, clean and smell good.

Great place to get groceries. Nice produce selection. Usually short lines at the self check out. You can get the best deal on gas in the area if you use points from getting your groceries there. If that wasnt enough they gave the biggest single donation to the food pantry after the recent massive flood in town. Sundays are usually busier, but I was just in an out getting a gallon of milk in about 5 minutes.

Love the new layout since the flood. Everything was bright and fresh and easy to find. As always the customer service was very helpful and friendly.

The produce people go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. They are always very helpful. BTW the restroom is not nice like the rest of the store.

I found baby romaine at Krogers after searching in 2 other stores. I love Krogers frozen yogurt better than any other brand. The service was good.

Even though its a much smaller store than their sister store in Denver, King Soopers, the prices are mostly decent, they usually have what I need and the associates are friendly! Customer service means a lot to me.....

In and out fast, did self checkout, even quicker....but there was only 1 cart inside when we got there and the 1 we left when we were done.

Todays visit was a long time. All the senor folks and younger people was preparing for winter storm coming are way. The employees were a great handling the crowd.

The newly renovated Kroger in Goshen is a delightful place to shop. Reorganization of the floor plan has allowed the store to carry a wider variety of products. The staff is pleasant and many staff members have been there for years. Goshen Kroger is a large chain grocer with a family store feel.

I just moved to Goshen about two weeks ago. I had a gift card to Kroger and it is the closest grocery store to me. Three visits there was more than enough. I will not be returning. I have asked the employees for help finding certain items and repeatedly the response both my wife and I have received have been along the lines of How am I supposed to know? When escalating to a manager the response is Well if I dont know, obviously no one knows. I do not expect every employee to have the entire inventory memorized but I would have appreciated at least some direction. I set up a Kroger card and must have set it up incorrectly because my phone number doesnt work when typing it in at the register. After, again, asking for help, the overwhelming response I got was that it was entirely my fault and nothing could be done to help. It is not the prices, the location or the selection I have a problem with but the way my wife and I have been treated repeatedly. I am sorely dissatisfied and insulted at the way their employees speak to people.

I was in there just today and I was cheated out of money big time. Signs under what I got had one price then when I checked out the price was completely different even with my Kroger card. Needless to say, you guys need to stick to the signs if they are accurate vs cheating people out on money and if they arent accurate then change the signs. I couldnt even get my money back because of the store. I wont shop there again and I want my money back for the things you guys refused to give me back!

I always try to support union shops, and it makes a difference. This Krogers did a great job remodeling after the flood.

Wanted to buy a cake with a personalized message on it. Both ladies did not have the knowledge of how to do it. I do not blame the ladies, but the management for lack of understand the ablities of their employees, and the needs of their customers.The two ladies were upset and apologized to me. But still due to the lack of scheaduled skills the cake was cheapened by using candy letters.

Youre not allowed to touch the dancers. Not sure youd want to. They do not accept cryptocurrency at this time.

I was able to drop off my prescriptions, shop for dinner, then pick up from the pharmacy in 20 minutes . The staff was very helpful all around, and they have a good variety of things.

Kroger is not a bad place to shop, especially if you need whatever is on special. However, the store itself is kind of gross; it smells weird, its poorly lit, and the aisles are so narrow you cant get two carts side-by-side.

Their prices are lower then the krogers in Elkhart. Their cashier are always welling to assist you compared to Elkharts Krogers who act like you are an inconvenience

Aisles are too small, store layout is very confusing (half aisles mixed with open concept type shopping and not enough space) trying to get out is usually hell becuase the service desk is so crowded you cant get through the tiny area.
