ZERO...total lake of communication. They had our z-turn (that we purchased from THEM) for more than 5 weeks and NEVER did service it. Its one thing to be busy but be honest with customers and tell them when they drop it off they wont get it back until fall. I have about 3 hilly acres to mow. I have used a 20 walk behind twice waiting for them to service our mower. DO NOT GO HERE TO BUY A BUY A MOWER. THEY HAVE NO LOYALTY TO BUYING CUSTOMERS.

TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION!!! Would not recommend them to anyone. We asked for an estimate what it would cost to fix a small oil leak. They replaced a bunch of parts not related to the oil leak without calling first.

Bad service, told service person what to fix & they did not fix it. Called after picked up & found out that they did not fix it, service person rude and alleged that I was incorrect. Kept referring to it was keyed into their computer as a No start. Well I told him I did not key this into the their computer, (as you know I am not an employee). Did not listen, did not make it right. Will NOT go back, refer anyone to them ever.
Outstanding service. I called several places looking for a part for my Cub Cadet rider. Though I could tell they were very busy, they took the time to look up the part and said theyd set it aside for me. When I arrived an hour later I was asked, Had you called a lot of other places first? You sounded a little exasperated on the phone. During these trying times it is great to experience such great service all while the owners & staff are trying to use best practices for distancing, masks, etc. for our health and well-being. They went through a lot of effort for my $7 spring. As a result my wife and I abandoned our search online for used mowers and will be buying here.
Went in with a particular mower in mind. The salesman spent nearly an hour with us giving information about that mower and several others. Ended up buying a less expensive mower that will service our needs much better. Very helpful staff.
Bought a great blower better than these one I thought was a good choice. Great sales person. Had an old blower gone over and kept it for small yard work.

The engine recoil starter handle pull rope on my snow blower snapped in two. I went there for help. The man behind the counter used the existing rope left and knotted it through the handle. It took about a minute to complete. I asked him what I owed and he said no charge. I will be back.He could have taken me by offering me parts and labor to boost sales for the day. No, he was there to help. I truly hope your experience can be just as good or better than mine was. If you havent been there, then give this local business a chance to help you.

Bought several mowers there and other things.
Called to ask about my Simplicity Regent 14 Hydro was having transmission issues due to me breaking the Hydrostatic release valve bracket got it switched back over and the transmission still wouldnt engage come to find out it was just the drive belt jumped the pulley they stayed on the phone with me for a half hour to help me figure it out
My lawn mower got picked up for service 3 days ago. They never said how long it would be to be serviced. I was patient and waited until 3 days after it was picked up. I called on Monday for the status of my lawn mower. And they said it was a 10 day wait and that the grass is growing everywhere. Well no kidding. Ive spent thousands of dollars on their products and that is what I got in return.
Terrible terrible customer service the owner is rude they were glad to take my money for New Saws their service shop refuses to Repair unless they can charge you an arm and a leg don’t recommend this shop to anybody buyer beware scam alert
