In my Opinion the Hr manager is Worthless and doesnt Care about you! I Recommend recording all interaction with Supervisor, Manager and any Front office Expecially Human Resource Manager. WISCONSIN law only 1 party needs to know which you that is recording.When you get hired make sure Human Resources puts your actual shift and Time on offer letter. But they wont.They will low ball you. I have 15 years of Melt Experience and was only making 17.50 an hr.If you work in the Melt Department dont trust the Supervisor and the Melt Manager. The melt Supervisor and Manager will tell you 5 minutes before your shift is over and mandatory you to stay over without any warning and threaten you with being instebordanate and write you up! Human Resources sides with its Supervisor and Manager.Complained to Human Resources about Situation next day I was taken out of Melt department due to telling the Human Resource Manager and Melt Supervisor after 90 days I would need more money or I would be possibly looking for a different job and they put me in another Department in which I wasnt hired for.There is a $2.50 extra an hr up to 40 hours only its a trap. You miss any time during the week you lose the $2.50 Yes its an extra 100 dollars week they make it sound so good. At $ 17.50 an hour + $2.50 isnt 20 an hr. Your screwing yourself do the math!!!!!Dont Trust Anybody Even your Co workers they will try to become your friend and tell the Supervisor and Manager Everything!!!!!!!!!!You Have been WARNED.
