About a year ago, we purchased a new high end dining set. It was delivered in February 2021. We immediately noticed that one of the chairs had a crack in the wood on the back. We went through the claims process and sent pictures to the manufacturer and ultimately we were told that a part would be ordered from the manufacturer. We waited a few months before we called to try and get an update. This is where Colders failed miserably. Between my wife and I, we have called no less than 6 times to try and get an update. Each time, we were told that someone would check into it and call us back the next day. Not once has anyone called us back. I understand that the supply chain issues may have been delaying the part, but that is no excuse for not returning calls. This past weekend, I left a voicemail for the customer service manager (supposedly). I think her name was Sarah. I explained that we have not been contacted once in all the times we have called for a status update. I simply asked her to call me back on Monday... not a peep from her. We had a great sales experience and were so happy that we purchased their lifetime free delivery. This past summer, we used it to purchase a new washer and dryer from them. But free delivery or not, they have lost us as a customer. I just dont understand how any company can be so awful at simple customer service requests. One 2 minute phone call to explain that the part is still on back order would have been all it takes. I guess we will be shopping at some other place from now on.
I bought a LG washer. Great sales women who took her time and showed me different models and explained all the differences. Removed my old washer for free and moved my dryer out of the way to install the washer and put it back again. Great delivery guys that were friendly and showed me how to use it. They called me later and sent a email to check how it worked.

My estimated furniture delivery window has been pushed out several times. Made my purchase in June, and was told mid-August. Then late September. Then early November. Now, Im being told mid-December to mid-January.NOT ONCE has Colders reached out to inform me of the delay. Each time, I have had to call customer service in order to be told that, once again, my estimated delivery window has been pushed further out, but that my salesperson should be keeping me updated.Absolutely inexcusably bad customer service.
Terrible place to do business. I purchased a mattress I will never be able to use. My new mattress leaves body impressions like its 20 years old. This mattress has caused me financial pain as well as physical pain after sleeping on my new mattress I started experiencing awful back pain my pressure points hurts. Filed a claim through Restonic which informed me based off pictures they were denying my claim for refund or exchange. Buyer be ware
We are in the market for a new dishwasher. We found one at the Oak Creek, WI location. The only one they had was the floor model, we discussed it and decided, even with the small dent and scratch we would take it because it had the specifics we were looking for.This was a sale item, it was not clearance, as is merchandise. So we made the purchase and contacted the stores third party who does pick up and installation, primarily because I live with my 88 y/o veteran father, so we need the assistance.Three weeks later, the gentleman is at the Colders store in Oak Creek to pick up. He calls me to tell me the washer has a broke spring on the door, so the door falls open.We contact Colders they are willing to exchange the defective model with a new dishwasher still in the box. But we are given just two options on low end models with less than stellar reviews. We arent satisfied. Instead we are interested in a different model that is priced just $50 more than their two offers, but they say no. There is no compensation for their fault, and we pay the full price which is an additional $105.So their fix is two lower quality models or nothing at all. And they were very quick to offer our money back.So what this tells me is Colders cares nothing about their reputation, their customers or the products they stand by.We are so disappointed. All we are looking for is compensation toward the model that we want to take home and they are saying, Absolutely NOT!DONT BUY FROM COLDERS.

I went in nervous and alone to shop for a gift, a recliner chair. Sat on a few, still no clue what to purchase. A super nice and knowledgeable sales person named Judy, came past me after a few minutes. She helped narrow it down and I was grateful. Ill update my review when the chair comes in June.
As a first time customer, I had good experiences overall. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy.I purchased a sofa from the West Allis location in the first week of January. I was told by a salesman the estimated delivery date would be early April and I may even get it earlier. I was fine with the date.The first week of April: I call the store they tell me the delivery date has been changed to mid-April.Mid-April: No sofa. I called the store again. The salesman tells me he will call the warehouse to get an accurate delivery date. And hell give me a callback. I wait an entire week, no call.Its the last week of April: My living room is still without a sofa. I call the salesman, now he tells me the delivery date is May. And that is estimated date.At this point, Im skeptical about getting my sofa delivered in May. Two stars for the buying experience and the customer service. I would have given more stars if they had not kept pushing the date out. Not a good experience as a first time customer. Ill have to think twice before coming back here for my next purchase.
If you are looking for a mattress I’d suggest going somewhere else. I chose Colders as I was told I could receive my mattress in a week and be all set, that was not the case. First mattress received had a hole in it, they sent a replacement, that mattress had even more holes in it. Was told I should wait for the next shipment of mattresses and then yet again they’d send a new one out. Waited 2 weeks, no word at all from Colders. Called customer service and spoke with Marlene who informed me that they just forgot to call me and tell me the mattresses had been re stocked. As I spoke with Marlene about my frustrations she got very short and a bit rude with me which was unappreciated. I called back and spoke with another customer service person who is very helpful and offered that I come and inspect the mattress the day before delivery. I did, when I walked into the warehouse the mattress was sitting in an open bag slumped roughly against the wall with a big lump in it. Finally received the third mattress yesterday, it does not have an actual hole in it but has a place where there will be a hole in a few months but at this point I’m just sick of arguing and fighting about it so I accepted the matress just to be done with it. Go somewhere else for your mattress shopping. The best part of this whole experience were Colders delivery delivery drivers by far! Julie with customer service was also wonderful and helpful! I would never purchase anything from Colders again or recommend to anyone. For the amount of money paid it was way too much of a hassle and I’m still not satisfied.
We had an outstanding experience with Colders in Delafield. We did extensive research before making our decision and Colders offered the best selection, service and value. Judy McAndrews, our salesperson, did an amazing job of taking the time to understand our decorating needs, and then reviewed our options and made recommendations that fit our lifestyle, desired comfort/style and budget. While we are still waiting for delivery of our custom sofa due to the current supply chain issue (which she transparently explained to us), we did recently have our companion chair and ottoman delivered and the delivery team/communication process was exceptional as well. Our new furniture fits perfectly with our decor and helps to beautifully transform our living space. We cannot thank Judy enough for her professional expertise and personal service.

All my home furniture is from here. 🤍 I bought my dinning room, living room, and bedroom furniture from Colder’s back in May 2020. Love it!Unfortunately something happen with the footboard of my bed set and the Extended Warranty denied it; however, Colder’s went above and beyond to help me out with the situation and offered to replace it. Sales team and on several occasions, service department were both very wonderful and friendly. However, I’ve had to deal with the service department on many occasions in only 6 months of owning myLiving room furniture set. I have had a tech out 4+ times be for repairs. 3 of which for the same issue. Each time, I have to wait 6ish weeks for new parts to come in. In the meantime, something else with one of the couches goes bad. And a new 6 week waiting period.... Rinse and Repeat. Finally at my wits end, I contacted the store to see if they could just give me a partial refund in an in store credit and I would be willing to spend more money to buy higher quality items. I was told that this was not an option as the items are still under warranty. My next question then was “what happens when the couches inevitably have something happen to them post warranty?” After all, if they have had issues multiple times in 6 months, it’s a pretty fair assessment that they will not last long term. The service departments response, “We’ll crossthat bridge when we get there.” This was the last straw for me. Once the service tech comes back to fix the current pending issue, I will try to sell these items at a loss and shop elsewhere.
Bought a sectional. On line payment, Sat pickup and quick response emails from my salesman Brian T! He was quick to return any questions I had and was prompt with emails and phone calls. Brian T made our experience excellent!! Highly recommend!

They helped me get one reordered & delivered ASAP. The delivery team was great. I love my new couch. It is high quality and comfortable. 10/10 recommend.
Waited months for my new headboard & mattress to be ready for pick-up; get all this furniture unpacked & the old furniture out to find out they did not include the hardware as well as instructions in the box.Called 3xs, one lady said shed call back with how they would resolve this, an hour later, no call. Reached another lady who said theyd talk to a manager & get back to me. 3rd call-same excuses and repetitive story.Im in my bedroom with my beautiful headboard and no way to put it together. Will walk in there this morning to see why a manager cant call a customer back, even if its bad news, you just do not leave a customer in silence.Okay, the following business day I personally took care of the issue but not a smooth experience by any means..

I understand that everyone wants to do a good job and earn commission. But seriously we were not even past the first dinningroom set and this sales man would not stop! He stalked us around and while I used the restroom he continued to harass my husband. We stated we were just looking and gathering prices etc. Not to buy because we do not have space right now. I had to literally tell the sales man to back off because he was making me uncomfortable. It makes me sad because there were some interesting pieces we like... But we still dont understand the sales pyramid they have going on there. Not sure its worth going back.

I have had the absolute worst experience with Colders. I purchased a mattress from them in April of this year and have had to place warranty claims on that mattress 3 times due to a large hump forming. The first two claims were approved by the manufacturer no questions asked. This third claim the claim was denied because according to the manufacturer Restonic the problem is not as severe as the prior two claims (thus implying that we do have a problem) and that we have to wait 90 days to resubmit our claim. They keep trying to upsell us to buy a better mattress when Ive firmly stated that we will not be paying more money for a mattress we already bought. Furthermore, our salesperson Maxine told us that on the third claim that wed be able to return the mattress for a refund. When I spoke to the customer solutions manager Sarah, she told us that that is not their policy and we would never be able to receive a refund no matter how many times the mattress went defective. Do not shop here, they do not live up to the quality that they advertise!!!! We spent over $1,600 during the worst time of the pandemic and financial crisis, but that clearly doesnt matter to them as they have not offerred anything to make it right except trying to get us to pay more money for a better mattress.

Just awful. We bought a washer and it died within the first 6 months. Contacted them they basically said screw you. Will never ever buy anything from them again.

In Sept. 2020, I bought a new refrigerator from Colders in Grafton. In early December there was an issue with the ice maker and a new control board was the necessary part to make the repair. Due to the pandemic, the part has not been available. Frigidaire was not very helpful in getting my new refrigerator working correctly other than telling me there was no estimated date available for the new part. Since I bought the refrigerator at Colders, they went above and beyond to get my family a fully working refrigerator again. Nicole from Customer Solutions helped me get a brand new refrigerator and take back the defective one. Im very impressed by the good customer service I received from Colders. They stand behind what they sell and worked to keep me as a satisfied customer, even after the issue I had.

Colders has extremely poor customer service. They have made us change our schedule multiple times due to their errors and are completely unapologetic and rude. Do yourself a favor and find a company that respects their customers.

I used the text message option to talk to my sales associate. He was really friendly, knowledgeable about the products I was looking at, he also suggested similar items to what I was looking at purchasing, he listened to what I was saying and did his absolute very best to assist me, he also never pressured me into buying anything. Overall it turned out to be the best furniture purchase and best customer service experience I’ve ever had. And to top it off the sale prices were amazing. I highly recommend. Ive been in the market for a new living room set for awhile. As such I shopped around at several stores, and was looking for the best deal. Of the 4 stores I went to, this was by far the best experience.After browsing for about 5 min, a sales associate (Tim) came by and greeted us- unlike other stores he didnt hover over us the entire time. I should also note that one of the stores we visited earlier, we were set upon by a flock of vulture like sales associates, and at two of the other stores we were completely ignored as the sales associates who were completely preoccupied with standing in groups chatting with eachother.The store had a large selection, and it was spread out in a way that didnt feel pretentious. I found several sets that I liked, and Tim checked in periodically to see if we had questions. When I finally picked out a set, Tim helped us check out.Overall this was a great experience, and I am happy with the price I received and the quality of the product.
Wide variety of items. Found exactly what we wanted. Our salesman was complaining the whole time about his job and was not very enthusiastic about selling us anything. We bought a great recliner that my husband loves and a side table that is exactly what I wanted. Didnt have to compromise on value and the products are amazing. We will be back but hopefully we will get a better salesman. Customer service reps were super friendly and the warehouse staff was terrific!!!
We worked with “Scooter” at the Colder’s on Hwy 100 in West Allis. He was the perfect balance of helpful with gathering information but also encouraging us to explore for ourselves and find the couch we liked best. Once we had found the piece that fit our needs, we called him over and he handled the rest. It was easily the smoothest couch buying experience I’ve had in a long time. I greatly appreciated feeling like I wasn’t being pushed or convinced to buy something. Definitely a 5 star worthy experience and Scooter deserves all the credit.

Brian at the Grafton location went above and beyond with customer service. I had called the store looking to purchase a dryer ASAP. As a family of 5, and 2 dogs I could not live without my dryer. Brian took my information and told me he would call me back to see what he could do. Ten minutes later he called to tell me he could have it to me the next day. I am so appreciative of Brian’s customer service, help, and dedication to my purchase. He went out of his way to help me and ensured me that the dryer I wanted would be put on a delivery truck and brought to my home the next day. I had called three other large appliance providers and no one could help since items were out of stock or delivery times were booked. Thanks again Brian for your wonderful customer service!
The salesman, Sean was an excellent salesman, actually the best Ive dealt with.i was in with my daughter, she ended up buying a couch. Im sure we will be back to see Sean again. Again a very pleasant and helpful man.........
I purchased 3 mattresses from the West Allis location. I went to both the West Allis and Grafton locations to test out the mattresses in the showroom. They both were soft/plush mattresses, however the ones I received are NOTHING like the ones in the showroom. I let them know immediately and they continued to tell me that I received the correct ones and that it may take 30-45 days to break in. I have been in pain sleeping on these mattresses. It’s been over 30 days and they have not changed at all. I physically can’t take another nights sleep on them and Colders has a strict no return policy on mattresses. I was never told in the store about this “break in” period. Money completely down the drain. I would NOT recommend buying a mattress from them! They did absolutely nothing to try to accommodate me.

On May 22, 2020 we purchased a living room and bedroom set with mattress. Everything is great with the exception of the mattress.Within two nights, the mattress sank in so far it felt as though our rear ends were stuck in a hole with just our extremities hanging out over the edge. We went back to the store a week after it was delivered to provide the feedback. Thinking it was just a bad mattress, we worked with them to obtain a replacement and even spent $975 more to upgrade to what they guaranteed was their best of the line. We received the new mattress and again, within 2 nights, the exact same result. Its our opinion that the mattress brand is poor craftsmanship and we went back to the store to request a return/refund.The manager advised that we would need to file a claim for a defective mattress and have someone come out and look at the mattress to see if it is indeed what they consider defective. Knowing the inspection procedure, the mattress isnt what industry standards would classify as defective since it does return to normal level when the body weight is off. That isn’t our complaint but rather the issue is with the quality of the product.He mentioned that they won’t do anything unless the inspector determines it to be defective and in that case, they will just provide a replacement and not a refund. If it isnt defective, its considered that it just isn’t a good fit for our body comfort and that isnt a reason to return a product. I would disagree since our body won’t know if the mattress quality is compatible to our body/spine alignment until sleeping on it. A 7-10 minute lay down in the middle of a showroom isn’t what I would consider a proper test. We would just like someone to come and pick up our most recently purchased mattress and provide a refund but they wont honor that request. Poor business practices and not in best interest of the customer.
I purchased a king size bed Along with some other stuff I bought for my mom with the double back deal I received the bed two weeks after But I have been waiting for 5 months for my sectional witch was purchased with the double back credit the date just keeps getting pushed further back when I called to see what my options are I was told they wont do anything I spent $4,000 cash to be treated so rudely and not get my stuff my family has spent over 20,000 here with in the last year or so but we will never shop here again
I placed an order online for a washing machine around the 1st of August. When I ordered it, the tentative delivery date was mid-August. My work schedule allowed for me to be flexible for a delivery at that time. I was emailed by a sales rep saying that Whirlpool said it wouldnt be delivered until the end of August. No offer to cancel and order anything else. I did reply just to see if there was any way to expedite since I was without a functioning washing machine. I didnt hear anything until I sent an email on August 24th about my dissatisfaction of the lack of response and communication. The sales associate called me, and he explained that Whirlpool has not been responding to them. I told him that he needs to communicate that with the customer, as right now I feel ghosted. Again, no date for deliver, and no offer to cancel the order to arrange for something else, nor was there further communication from the sales rep. I physically go into the West Allis store on September 9th. I explain the situation, and that Im not happy about it. Finally, customer service offered to show me a washing machine that is in stock and able to be delivered. They said they could deliver on September 18th, and they couldnt guarantee a delivery time, so I would have had to taken the day off from work. They called the owner of Colders, and he said they couldnt expedite the delivery, but that he could guarantee delivery on September 19th so I wouldnt have to take a day off from work. He was aware of the situation, that it was over a month since I placed the original order, and that the sales person assigned to me did nothing to help my situation. The owner was on speaker phone, and he knew I was listening. He did not apologize. He did not offer anything for my inconvenience. Nothing. Finally, my washing machine gets delivered on September 19th (yesterday). I know how to use a washing machine, but there was no offer to make sure I knew how to work the machine. There was no testing it to see if it would function properly. When I walked downstairs after the men left, I ran a load of laundry. They did NOT set it up properly, as I walked down to find water all over my floor when I went to switch the load to the dryer.
After searching through multiple stores in the area and online we found everything we needed at Colders in West Allis. We had a great selection to choose from and the service from Joe and Tom was exceptional. Thank you for being ethical and respectful while we were shopping and when we were ready to purchase you were so helpful. I also want to call out your dock crew. Kind, courteous and even offered us to inspect the products before loading. Youve earned my business for the third time!! Thank you

I had previously sent a review detailing my only complaint from our experience. I have received a phone call response offering a gift card to be sent. It was a good, fair, prompt response, though I have not yet received the gift card. It has only been a few days, so I am confident that I will receive it soon.
A week after Mothers day I bought a Maytag washer from Colders. I rented a pickup truck and went to West Allis to get my mom her well deserved gift. I shopped and review online for a week. Colders prices were unmatched with the washer I picked. Service was quick and there was no pressure to buy more or upgrade. A week later. Friday 5/22/20 I picked up the matching dryer. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Great staff, very safe and clean environment, most of all prices that wont hurt the budget. Though the Maytag set comes with a 10yr. warranty I purchase the additional warranty, covering parts and labor for five years. That was well worth the peace of mine for my Mom.Thanks to all the staff including Oakcreek and West Allis sales guys.You people rock. And they are family owned.Win win.
Best sales experience Ive ever had. Emmanuel was an amazing and knowledgeable sales rep. He provided no pressure and actually found me a better deal than I was previously looking for. I was planning on only buying either a washer or a dryer, but left with a matching pair. Give that man a raise!! I would definitely go there again for any future purchases.
I acknowledge that shady sales tactics are part of the industry, but that doesnt mean I wont call it out when I see it. I dont have time for bait-and-switch nonsense. Either you have something in stock or you dont. Dont lie about it. If you lie about it, Im more inclined to walk out and never return than to buy something else. Im sure Colders makes a lot of money pulling the bait-and-switch, but many people know youre being manipulative and it makes us angry. I dont blame the salespeople, however, as this is likely a company-wide tactic. Manipulative practices like this almost always come from the top.

She was patient and respectful and yet her wisdom was greatly appreciated as we made our choices.This experience actually change my preconceived ideas I developed many years ago about Colder’s. I definitely will be back again !
We went in to browse for a new washer and dryer. Joe one of the salesman approached us about any questions we may have had. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He allowed us to chat and informed us of all the current promotions. The set we had looked at on the website was even cheaper in store as a special buy. We walked out with a new set $400 less then we expected to spend. It was a very pleasant experience. We would definitely come back and buy from Joe. *****
Tom at Colder’s was super helpful. Once we purchased our couch, he tracked it and contacted us regularly as updates came in since the couch was being rushed through for us. (It was sold out when we picked it) The staff were super helpful even when putting the couch on our sketchy truck bed, and it was overall a very smooth experience. Thanks Tom, thanks Colders!

Pick up was extremely easy, and I was very happy with their prices!
This place is literally endless. They have so many great quality options to choose from for any type of furniture or appliance. We made our purchase online, went in to pick it up. The one we ordered online was on back order so they let us pick another, pay the difference and we were on our way. It was pretty quick and besides that one bump it was a super smooth process.

Our salesman was named Joe D. And he was tremendous very personable and helpful. We came in for an over the stove LG microwave and we noticed an open box exactly what we came in for except it was dark stainless and after discussing the $150 savings.we chose that one. Joe helped us carry it to the wall socket so we could try it out. And then when we purchased it he helped my husband carry it to the car, so we didn’t have to wait for a warehouse man. That’s what I call full service. If and when I come back Joe has a lifetime customer.

Our refrigerator stopped working on a Saturday morning. Do to the current health crisis we had to do all of our research on line rather than go to a showroom and look. Colders had the model we decided to purchase. We spoke to Tim who walked us through how to make the purchase on line. Buying the unit on line was very easy and Tim called us back to verify he got our order. Rather than make us wait over a week like other dealers, Tim placed a high priority on our order. We got the unit on Tuesday. We were able to track the progress of when our refrigerator was supposed to arrive. We even got a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. The two men that delivered the unit were earlier than expected which was a good thing. They also were very efficient and explained how certain features worked. After this experience we would most certainly make another purchase from Colders.
I got our mini fridge for our office here. It works great. The best worker I dealt with from Colders was on the dock when I came to pick the fridge up. Agustin I believe his name was. Very friendly and professional. I wish the people working the front of the place were more like him. Thanks Agustin for all your help!

The best furniture buying experience I have ever had.The furniture quality was a lot better than some of the other local store options. Pinto was very helpful in showing my girlfriend and I some options and then giving us some space to allow us to talk and make the right decision.In the end the Double Bucks Deal was the answer, and Pinto helped us upgrade our Living Room and Bedroom!I would 100% recommend asking for Pinto next time you stop in!
In these uncertain times I want to applaud Colder for a safe and satisfying experience. I ordered a chair over the phone, drove to the store and it was loaded in the back of my vehicle. Online shopping was so easy. I found exactly what I wanted at a great price and added a charge the delivery charge. I was called back within an hour to set up the date that worked best for me and could select AM or PM and they would do their best to make it during that selection. It was a great experience
The sales rep was amazing. He greeted us and asked what we were looking for and looked up my options for washers and dryers. Explained the delivery and installation. I haven’t had service like that in a while so it was very refreshing.
The over the phone support was first rate and was able to help after I had made an initial selection online. Very positive experience. I will definately use Colders for future appliance purchases.
I could not have been more please to have walked in and met Maxine- she was just what I needed after having a horrible experience at Ashley furniture!! Maxine was so pleasant and helpful and able to ensure that our new condo would indeed have furniture in it despite the pandemic- unlike the story I received from the other store!! I will be back
An initial issue was promptly and professionally responded to by Sue. She explained matters clearly and offered a reasonable and satisfactory resolution. It is noteworthy that Colder’s acted swiftly in response to my concerns and that they handled the matter in a fashion that I wish more companies practiced. This speaks to their ethical behavior and should provide consumers with confidence that they can be counted upon to do the right thing.
We were a bit worried about shopping for a sofa through this pandemic. We had a great experience with Joe are representative. He was very helpful on how well product we’re made. We found what we were looking for with ease. He made it easy so we didn’t have to walk or be in the store any longer than needed. Thank you!
I needed to replace an above-the-stove microwave. After shopping around I was so surprised to find the best choices at Colders. In addition, the cost for installation and removal of my old microwave was the most reasonable. I was very pleased with the service from Colders and would recommend them to anyone.

We ordered some smaller conversational chairs last fall from Colders. We were able to pick a complementary pattern for our living room. They arrived earlier than expected and looked amazing. About 6 months later the material started to buckle in the middle of the chairs. I called Colders and worked with Nicole, a customer representative . She was attentive and very helpful. Colders came out and picked up the chairs so that they could tighten the material on the back of the chairs. Unfortunately, after a few months the material was buckling again. Once more Nicole came to the rescue, had the chairs picked up and had the in-shop technician add several buttons to the backs of the chairs. They look fantastic! We are so pleased. Nicole went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. I love our chairs but I am so grateful to experience such amazing customer service. We would definitely recommend Colders !!!
We ordered a new Kitchen Aid dishwasher and a refrigerator a few weeks ago at it was delivered Thursday February 16th. My wife was home when the delivered it and did not notice the ding at the top of the refrigerator when the where at the house delivering it. For one she is only 54 and the ding is at the top of the refrigerator so it is hard to see from that angle. I was out of town for work until late Friday night so did not see the new appliances until Saturday. I noticed the ding first thing Saturday morning because it is right at my height. My wife called the store over the weekend and the woman said it needed to be reported to the store within 24 hours of delivery, but she would leave a message with a manger to call us. We received a call the following Monday or Tuesday and after talking to them they told of there is nothing they will do. The ding is obviously from them it is not in an area or height that would have come from our kids or someone bumping into it. We reminded them we have purchased almost $15k of appliances and sofas from them over the last 3 years still nothing, they keep bouncing her around because nobody can make a decision. I typically will not leave a negative comment about a company without first talking to them to rectify the problem first. In this case they are truly deserving of the low rating for ignoring our concerns. We like to try and purchase from a locally owned stores, but sadly in the case we will not be buying anything from Colders again.
I can not say enough wonderful things about the level of customer service you receive when shopping here. Every person I spoke to was willing to go above and beyond for me. Kindness and honesty are rare these days and I am so glad I found a company that offers both! I will be back again and again. Thank you!!!
Had been eyeing a bedroom set i seen online. It was a special order item that can take 8 weeks or more and I preferred not to wait for that length of time. Went into the store to take advantage of the great sale that was happening and to see if i could find something similar to what i loved. Walked in the store and was never greeted by a team member. I ended up approaching one and he was somewhat helpful in showing me some pieces. I was ready to order and he called another sales person to process my transaction. I waited about 15 min, and no one ever came over to help me order. I went back to the original sales person and he told me that Tim was busy and would be with me shortly. After about another 15 min, no one still came to assist me or give me any type of update or any other acknowledgement. There were only about 3 other customers in the store and a numerous amount of sales persons. The rep at the front could not answer a question about delivery without calling around for a sales manager. All in all, the customer service here was poor this day. I ended up walking out of the door not placing the order that i originally went in to place. Went home and had to order it online. Very frustrating. This has me nervous and not confident when it comes time for me to receive my furniture. Im hoping a member of management sees this
My wife and I have shopped here a number of times for appliances and furniture. Selection and prices are both very good. Most recently I was looking for better seating for my basement TC/rec area. Im tall and find that most recliners leave my foot dangling off the end and, when reclined, leave my neck unsupported. The salesperson took the time to show my wife and I around and very professional (i.e., patient and helpful) as I tried a number of options before selecting left and right handed chaises with center console. Enough room to avoid dangling feet, good elbow support, plus the chaise included an adjustment on the back part specifically for the neck area.
After going to 4 stores before hand with no luck on anything in our price range, we stopped at Colders. We provided the representative with our criteria and found something we loved within 5 minutes. After looking at the pricetag, we fell even more in love. We ended up being able to afford 2 more items as everything was 50% off WITH an additional 10% off the already discounted price. We were in and out within 45 minutes. They also had an incredibly reasonable priced delivery fee. Cant wait to enjoy our new sectional couch, recliner and ottoman.
The sales person was very helpful, knowledgeable and responded to all of our questions quickly. Delivery was on time and managed well. No complaints with this transaction.
The time of purchasing was great! Lisa was very helpful and seemed very knowledgeable. Then when our furniture came in I was initially told that they were trying to find out where my sofa was. After a week of trying to get an answer, I find out it was damaged in transportation and no one has been honest enough to tell me what was damaged. The manager gave me a credit towards our purchase for due to the fact that no one communicated with me about our furniture. When the furniture was delivered it looked like someone had been sitting in it because there were dips in the seat cushions. Needless to say, we are very disappointed. I contacted the manager back to inform him of my disappointment and he never called me back. They scheduled an appointment with their senior service tech. At this same time, I asked for another credit for the inconvenience and was told that they wanted to come and assess the situation and we could talk about it after the fact. The service tech was here last Saturday for 2.5 hours making the repairs to the furniture. Unfortunately I have not heard from the manager about another credit. I am extremely disappointed. This was an inconvenience and the furniture is brand new. We spent a lot of money! Don’t know that we will do business here again.
Avoid at all costs. Received returned merchandise that they claimed they had no idea was returned. Was told by them that our order would be in by September and it still hasn’t arrived. They blamed COVID but we all know that’s not the problem. They now tell us they have no idea when things are arriving. Will not be back to this store. Horrible customer service.
I stopped in to look for a couple of Leather pieces. Because of the Great sale going on I saved 60% and got a Beautiful Love Seat and 2 Chairs.

I bought a bedroom set several years ago and one piece broke when I disassembled it for a move. I called on Sunday to inquire about it, got an immediate text back saying the offices were closed but that they would contact me on Tuesday, which they did. They worked with me to identify the piece information, placed the order and I only have to wait until it gets to the store. The set was pretty high priced but the parts are very affordable. Im very happy with the experience, especially considering that we are in the middle of the COVID 19 situation. Everyone was efficient and very professional. I know where my next purchase for furniture will be.
Great selection and our salesman Colin was awesome.. We got our refrigerator delivered very quick and the delivery guys were awesome! We’ll be going back to purchase more in the future!

Then nicely gave us time alone to figure out our thoughts. He found us looking at something completely different which we all laughed at. Micheal looked it up in stock and filled us in on the sale price. This gave her the nudge she needed to say yes. She is so excited. Thank you Michael for all your help. You made it easy and enjoyable for a hard change in my moms life. We have more to purchase so we will be back to work with Micheal again.

I wanted to order a sofa that was special order that I found online. I originally assumed that because it was a special order item, I needed to make a trip to the store to complete the purchase. Of course, with Covid, I did not want to be in a public space unless it was absolutely necessary. I sent an inquiry to Colders via their text application and connected with a very friendly and knowledgeable rep that was able to get the entire purchase completed for me through text!! How awesome is that!! I had quite a few follow up questions that I sent through text and I never received that “ your annoying” response back. The rep was very friendly and helpful through it all!
I went in to get a hideaway couch and recliner and salesman Mr. Kennedy found me exactly what I was looking for at a great price. The furniture is great quality and very pleased with my purchase!

Offered a sale price online for a washer/dryer combo emailed a receipt of purchase claiming to call with delivery information and a week later no call back. Called to see when I will have my product only to find out it was a misprint of sale price online and they will not honor the price given and had already cancelled my order without my knowledge. I asked what do they have that’s comparable to the merchandise and he said they have no other offers on the same model. Considering this is not a corporate operated company I now know why they can care less about bad sales and misrepresentation of their merchandise or keeping their loyal customers happy. I will definitely spread the word as to how poorly this situation was handled and spend my trust elsewhere.Signed-Was a loyal customer now unsatisfied
