Great sales people! Not a fan of return policy or lack of especially for a foundation that has never been laid on. Took the upgraded adjustable box spring only to find out at bedtime that there us a huge glow that comes up from under the bed from the USB ports. Called the store to find out that no one has ever mentioned it before. I like it dark and quiet when I sleep. I needed to unplug the unit to do so. Bed seems squishier than the floor model, but Ill give it 3 months as recommended.

Ashley Home Store messed up my original split box spring order & wouldn’t make it right. I called Verlo about 45 minutes before closing, spoke to a wonderful man named Josh and over the phone, he ordered what I needed, accepted payment and assured me my queen split box spring would be available for pick up next day. It was and I’m so delighted. Josh made my experience seamless; professional, friendly and personable! The split box spring is perfect & very comfortable under my mattress. Perfect for moving into awkward hallways, etc. I’m a repeat customer & highly recommend Verlo!

Purchased our king mattress at the Grafton store. We were pleased with the service. We were surprised that our mattress quickly showed a “king ridge”. The ridge continued to worsen and after 2.5 years we called Verlo and they explained the warranty i.e. 3 inch or more sink/sag required for the mattress to be considered defective and warranty covered. Service came out and measure the defect. We had more than 3 inch sags on both right and left side. Warranty states that we pay a pick up and delivery fee but the mattress would be rebuilt and repaired. We paid the required fees and the mattress was returned to us in 2-3 days. Mattress was dropped off - there was marked improvement in the sags but they were still there. The sagging continued and today we went out to replace our three year old Verlo mattress. Would not recommend Verlo or their mattress warranty. We have purchased Simmons Beautyrest.
