I love this place! Great family run shop. I believe the son updates social media and that is done weekly which is appreciated. It is nice to see what’s new in stock every week. I’m mostly into craft beer and they get some really great local and regional beers in every week (limited amounts so be sure to stop by frequently). Prices are good and service is friendly.

This is my favorite store! They have an amazing selection. The staff is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Whenever I walk in I hear hey, hows it going! and I love that. They go above and beyond to help me look for something if I cant find it. The people who run the shop are AWESOME, so hardworking and polite, and even the other customers there are nice to me. I love this place so much I actually want to apply for a job there if theyre ever hiring. For real.

Wide product selection with a comprehensive collection of some smaller/craft producers. Fair pricing on everything from whisky to beer. Lovely family to deal with. Can’t ask for anything more from my local liquor store! Highly recommend.

Good selection of different spirits and beer. I enjoy the weekly posts on their Facebook page to promote different brands of spirits and beer they get in. They also have very fair prices compared to other stores Ive been to. Highly recommend going to Bottle shop of Grafton.

I recently moved to Cedarburg and rode my bike close to three miles on the bike trail. I made a purchase at your shop using my debit card and also showed my ID. After my initial purchase I was looking at your craft beer selection and suddenly the cashier started following me around asking me what I was looking for. I started to get very nervous as she was extremely close to me. After I said I was fine and looking around she still continued to follow me. This made me so uncomfortable that I decided to leave since I had already bought what I wanted. After I left the store the lady followed me out claiming I stole a wine bottle and grabbed my water bottle through my purse. I then reexplained to her that I had been biking in 90 degree weather. I also showed her my entire purse contents and showed her my water bottle. Instead of truly apologizing she claimed that I looked like someone else who had shop lifted before. I had never been to this shop before in my life. Plus I showed her my ID. If she thought I had shoplifted she should have taken down my name and called the police. I love to shop locally and try to support any local business but now I am too uncomfortable to come back. If this is how young adult women are treated in the store then I do not feel okay with shopping here.

So happy to finally have stopped here on my way home from a trip to Milwaukee. Where I live we get the usual suspects for craft beer, but Im always searching for a new and different selection... Bottle Shop definitely came through! Ended up spending well over what we budgeted but was so worth it as we were well stocked for the holidays. The craft beer selection is condensed but intense. Beers and breweries I never heard of as well as ones I have but never see distributed near me. Will definitely be back to overspend again!

A wide selection of craft beer, wines, and liquor. The owner actively seeks out rare craft beers and has a selection that never disappoints. This place is a breath of fresh air for Grafton and gives beer geeks a reason the rejoice.

A great selection of craft beer (and other alcohol), at a fair price, and run by nice people. This is my new favorite store, and it is local and easy for me to get to. They also have a parking lot, so no need to find street parking.

Great selection and knowledgable staff. They have an amazing selection of craft beer much of it locally and most of it is very limited release that you cant find anywhere else. Whiskey and bourbon selection is on point too.
