Not very helpful. Not knowledgeable. Difficult to get assistance with anything. Although cashiers are always ready to take your money. I dont get the feeling they want or need your business. I wanted to buy a cell phone. They had the wrong info posted with the item I was interested in buying. They said I was wrong. I called the phone manufacturer & they contacted Best Buy. The posted info was corrected in the store & online. I made my purchase elsewhere. After 5 years & spending lots of money at Best Buy I have decided to go somewhere else.
BEST is what I always find here in Grafton. The staff is so knowledgeable, often knowing what best suits my needs even when I am not sure, and today was no exception.I came in intending to purchase a new phone and plan. I left with an improvement in my plan and my same phone.I am old enough to remember the good old days of personal customer service and am happy to find that it still exists here.
Everyone was Awesome from the gentlemen at the door greeting me and directing me to the proper spots to look for the product.... The young man who offered to show me where I needed to go and helped me pick out the right product for me He also checked me out and offered to set up my new bluetooth for me.... all in all wonderful experience. Ive always gotten great service in this place. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are pretty good too, compared with other places. Just sorry they stopped selling cds.
Very disappointed with geek squad at this location. Did not follow Instructions. It is the first time I was disappointed with them. Normally I would have rated them 5 stars. I even told them who l was numerous times and they still had me listed under my sisters name. That was the first mistake. I instructed them to do back up on system and that was in the instructions however it wasnt done. Man who worked on it never took time to open the work folder and had to call me for the password. All that info was in the folder along with the flash drives he needed to complete task. Later he wondered why they were there. A daaaa🤔🙄🤔🙄

I got what I needed, what I went for. But was basically told my decision wasnt Smart. My fiance was insulted and called stupid for suggested the computer I desired. The salesperson was pushy and a know it all. He had the audacity to assume I didnt know what ram was. He even decided he was going to show me what the illusive task manager was. Seriously. I may be female but I am not ignorant. I got what I wanted, and have decided I will choose a different electronics store to make my purchases from now on.

Most people are friendly, helpful and personable here. However, I did ask one cashier if they had any LOL dolls, since they now carry toys and theyve carried them before. She seemed offended that I would ask her that and told me that shes not really into LOL dolls. I dont think she realized part of her job was to assist the customer and not share whether she thought something was cool or not. Oh well.

Nice store, plenty of employees to help with questions and check out. I wish they had a Video section like Brookfield... Its not bad at Grafton, but once youve been to a larger store like Brookfield, Graftons a bit lacking. It is a nice clean store and Ive had great help from Marsh and the Store Manager with large purchases and exchanges and adjustments to match online prices. I also had great help recently in Networking. Wish I could remember his name, but he got me up to speed on all the new features with routers and what to watch out for with extending wireless networks. I like to go one or two steps higher than what I need to keep my router from constantly being maxed out. To summarize, this store would be 5 stars if it was bigger.
The set up of the store is a bit confusing. I found what I needed but it took more time to find the department I needed than the item I was looking for. The prices are reasonable. The only staff member that acknowledged me was the security guard. All the staff members were either helping other customers or wondering around aimlessly.
The geek squad employee was very not aesthetically engaging and not very helpful. The employees of best buy are creepy twords woman, go with a male presence because you might get swindled or oogled at. Otherwise great place to get tech/only place to get tech.

I normally hit up the phone and computer departments and everyone has been very helpful. Including leaving me alone when I know what Im looking for.
It is hit or miss to find a clerk that knows anything about the products they sell. A few are relatively knowledgeable, but most are not. Best Buy is my last resort.
I am unable to give Best Buy in Grafton even a one star. That is how poor their service has been. First, I needed to purchase a new microwave and range. I did all my research ahead of time and knew exactly what I wanted to buy. I went to this store specifically because it was rated higher in customer reviews than the other stores. I went into the store and was told that someone would be with me shortly. Fifteen minutes later, Im still waiting. I was ready to walk out when finally the appliance person came. I ordered my items and set up delivery. I next receive a call that the stove is on back order for a good six weeks. I order a different one that is comparable. I set up an appt for that Friday, four days later. I checked to make certain that everything was in stock. Thursday I received no call from installation. I contacted Best Buy. They had input my delivery date wrong for Saturday afternoon. I told them I would never have arranged that as the delivery date and time because my husband was giving away the bride at a wedding that afternoon. The delivery is rescheduled to the following Thursday. I rearrange my work schedule to be there. (Note, I already rearranged my work schedule to be there the past Friday). I receive a confirmation call the day before. I confirm.Everything seems to be going well until I receive a call that my appliance is being delivered 2 and 1/2 weeks later. Say what???? I call and am told that the range is being delivered that morning but the microwave wasnt available for pickup. Say what???? Im then told to call Best Buy as the installation place cant help me anymore. Since store hours havent opened yet, Im once again in limbo knowing that my stove is on its way with no microwave and I get to rearrange my schedule yet again to be there on a date/time that was never confirmed with me in the first place for 2 and 1/2 weeks later. Im currently at minus ten on customer service. Wow people, wow.....................this is really bad.OK now I receive a call from installation. Stove was not there for pickup. Then he told me that because the stove doesnt require installation, it is a home delivery anyway However to the installation crews credit, they said it makes no sense to deliver the products on different days. So now that I have rearranged my work schedule, there is no stove or microwave at all coming today. What a mess!And the saga continues. I called Best Buy and they told me that the products are available for pickup. I have now been rescheduled for Wednesday (it is now Thursday). Now Im on hold with the vendor that does the installation because the rep at Best Buy told me that the product was there for pickup!!I got through to the vendor that does the installation. The rep directly read his notes received from the technician. The technician arrived at the warehouse and the product was not there for pickup. The technician was also paid to travel to the warehouse. So the best I am able to surmise, Best Buy hasnt been truthful regarding the availability of the product to be installed or the installation service hasnt been truthful about picking up the product for delivery. Im at a minus 100 now for the entire experience. It doesnt matter to me, the customer, if the vendor doing the installation is a third party. They all represent the Best Buy experience and this experience has been a Halloween nightmare.

After many purchases at the 2 locations nearest my home, I have come to the conclusion that I will never give business to Best Buy anywhere again. The two times I used the Geek Squad, My computers seemed to have catastrophic failures that included the replacement of many expensive parts. parts that were significantly less at other computer repair places. after nearly a month, my computer is not done, and doesnt seem to be near being done. after multiple calls to the store (each time a promise to call back) I hear nothing. When I call I am treated as though I am a major inconvenience. Moving forward, I would recommend money well spent anywhere else.

Finally broke down and got rid of the old tube tv in my living room and got a nice 55 inch and a bluray player. Hooraaaayyyy! So nice to upgrade finally. The staff was friendly and helpful and made sure I was happy with my purchases. Several people said I should buy from Amazon, but I like going to an actual store and talking to a salesperson. How much of a pain would it be to return a tv to Amazon? At least with BestBuy they could send the GeekSquad before I have re-box and return it. I have faith that BestBuy will be around for years so Ill keep buying my major electronics here. Highly recommended.

After being patronized and told that they We lose money on laptops, Ive decided never to shop at Best Buy again. How on earth do they lose money on laptops then put them on sale for $300 off the week later? The guy assisting me and I say that loosely, was just wasting my time. I wanted to over spend on a gaming laptop and knew what I basicly wanted. He frustrated me so much with his pure stupidity that I went to a different best buy in Tosa. After going to the Wauwatosa location, I came to the conclusion that best buy sucks. I like to support brick and mortar stores and found a great deal on slick deals at Office Max. I actually had an amazing experience at two of their locations. The staff was intelligent and helpful. Best Buy should have gone out of business in the 90s, its the same uneducated staff and poor customer service as the past.

I took my 93 yr old father-in-law to the Grafton WI store, expecting a difficult time as his LG phone (antique vintage) had gone thru the full washing machine cylce, and he was a bit onery. BB Associate Alex treated him with the utmost respect and some light humor, communicating his options very well. I was told to buy an amp for my saab, which uses ootical audio, which I told them. The same installer that told me it would work with optical audio then told me, after I bought it and brought it to installation, that it would not work and he had no solution.

Limited selection of cables for computer or TV, went in for a HDMI cable. The store carried only the higher end cables. I was connecting a 1080p tv not a 4k uhd.

There service was slow, but did get all our questions answered. They had everything we were looking for in stock except CDs. We were told that they are not ordering many CD. They have some new releases and oldies but very limited.
