Its a good costco! As woth others its a very big store but also very clean and obviously spacy and easy to move around in! Service was good, no problem or complaints there. As youd expect the selection of items was massive, large in bulk but sadly rather pricey woth said bulk! No problems other than said prices though, so if you got a buck or two to spend try this Costco out!Picture is of the outside of the store!

Costco is a great bulk store. You wont find everything you need here but again you find everything you need in any store that sells bulk. I dont agree with this limit 1 paper towel thing going on again, but Im sure they have their reason for it. The other thing is if you have never bought meat, baked goods or fruit you need to try it. The prime meat is just that (prime). I overcooked some ribeye steaks and they were still awesome. If you like to smoke meat the pork shoulder are great and come 2 shoulders in a pack. Picked up a choice brisket today and will smoke that this weekend, Im sure it will be as good as any other meat I get from there.

Just stopped for some regular shopping. Found a new favorite snack item..Organic Coconut Rolls...addictive. They are limiting paper towels & toilet paper. Just an FYI.

How could you not go in and spend $100? Staff is always helpful and always find what I need and then some!

The staff was out of this world helpful and kind. Fantastic prices (it was my first visit so some deals I didnt get at first like the packages of 2 for x price) but fully intend to do most of my shopping here.

Grafton store is well staffed by friendly folks. They do a great job of staying on top of stock. The only issue is supply chain which is outside their control.

Costco is a terrific store, we shop at the Grafton WI store on a regular basis. They have quality products, fresh fruits, dairy and quality meats. There staff are knowledgeable, friendly and courteous especially people like Kevin.

I always go and find great stuff - like Scottish Shortbread and individual pudding dessert cups.

Whats not to like about their food court the only thing that i disnt like is their is those self check out machines but they dont accept cash just debit or credit but cant go wrong with their food court

Costco has some really delicious prepared meals as well unique scrumptious chocolates and veggie dips. The clothing there always saves money for my Mom, and the electronics get me looking too.

Do not like that I checked out myself. I dont work there! I should get a discount for doing there work.Small selections of food. Not a lot of bakery. They have something good they they get rid of it.

I enjoy Costco and on this trip I snagged 2 Lavender plants and a Hibiscus tree. Beautiful. The store is always clean and the bakery well lets just say those muffins are to die for.

So Costco is always great, this is more a review of 1 very rude employee. My disabled mother has a membership and sometimes I will use her card and shop for her. We call ahead and let them know I will be using her card that day, and they always OK it. When I got to the register her card must have expired, an older lady comes over and proceeds to basically insinuate Ive stolen the card and it must be canceled due to credit card fraud, in so many words. Lectures me about using her card when Im not supposed to even though I explained why I have to. It was all just extremely rude.

Always have a great experience at any Costco but the Grafton Tire dept in Costco has the BEST customer service! Had our tire slashed, called Costco they were booked but said yeah bring it in well take care of it Sure enough, late on the evening dropped it off, done in a hour and for free thanks to their awesome warranty!!

Were hunting for boxes two days in a row. Weird situation when boxes are available but no lids and vice versa. However, the pricing would be for the whole set. Staff said theres nothing they could help with: Someone has bought more lids then boxes, thats why theres more boxes than lids or more lids than boxes available.One question: WHY do you sell incomplete sets of items for full price then? Are you Goodwill?

Good prices and good service at the hearing aid center.

They literally had everything I needed and more. From their electronics, grocery selection, amazing meat department, plus heat and eat options; there isnt much that this Costco doesnt provide. Their customer service is top notch and with the usual Costco membership benefits, its a convenient one stop shop favorite.

Staff too busy to find the large tree I had them set aside while I went home to get the trailer. 15 minutes later, I finally found it myself and nabbed a younger employee to help load it. He was super helpful and courteous.

The only reason you might not want to get a membership is if you are a household of 1 or 2 - the more in your home, the more deals will make sense to you here. You can fairly easily make back the upfront annual membership fee with money you get back on purchases each year.Their warranties on electronics, furniture, housewares, etc are literally unmatched. I believe my laptop has a 4 year full warranty that I paid exactly $0 for. Staff are friendly and willing to help from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave. The store is organized and clean. Prices, quality and speed of photo enlargements and printed holiday cards are the best you’ll find. And the parking lot is what dreams are made of - wide spots, wide lanes ... I wish every place followed their parking lot model.100% all around great store.

Awesome retail store

Great prices. Need to communicate if printer issues/was down and therefore pick up changes to next day. I drove 30 minutes there to find out they would be done 24 hours later than initially told when I ordered. It would have been fine but they did not communicate it to me (or others who came to get them). Then when I called to confirm on Saturday that they were done the woman was VERY rude.

I wish they had a larger variety of sodas and seafood but that took nothing away from the good experience.

For years I lived where we had both Chipotle and Qdoba and I always opted for Chipotle. Now I live in Sheboygan where they only have Qdoba and have to say I made the wrong choice all those years. Good quality meat, great Pico yet still very affordable.

I have been a Costco member for a few years now. What needs to be said? Bulk amounts of quality goods at wholesale prices, from an employee-owned company. 👍This location is our usual, and while wholesales availability can fluctuate; they do a pretty good job of regularly stocking the particular brands we like to get.Also for those that dont know: along with regular groceries, I have bought tires, kids clothing, tools, winter gloves, and Christmas toys.Only reason not 5 stars is the carbon footprint of some of their produce bugs me: frozen broccoli from Ecuador, frozen peas from Chile, dried apricots from Turkey, etc.

Black Friday!!! This is one of those Costcos where the dock faces the fuel station. You’ll have cars coming at you from there. Very nice people in receiving, even at 4:00 am on Black Friday!!!

Costco continues to run roughshod all over a centurys worth of hard-won non-discrimination law and health and information privacy law. Worse, it hires poorly educated people to stock shelves and teaches them to do the same. And that doesnt even address the tradition weve had in America of respect for customers and of customer service and pride in our work ethic and professionalism. I am hyper sensitive to hypoxia. I have been advised by my doctor not to wear a mask while working or walking. These are facts that under the law I am not required to disclose to anyone and I shouldnt have to in order to avoid being discriminated against in a business. But when I pulled my mask down to catch my breath and avoid passing out, I was rudely (not politely, rudely) accosted by a stockboy at this Grafton Costco. I am flabbergasted by the arrogance and disregard for our history and culture exhibited by todays big box stores. Itll be a cold day in hell of course before I shop here again.

Honestly, they deserve zero stars.I bought a computer in 2019 from them. It stopped working in 2020. They tell you to call their warranty service to help troubleshoot over the phone. I did that and nothing worked. They told me to factory reset my computer. Still didn’t work. I am a college student and I need a computer for my semester. They told me that if factory resetting didn’t work, then I get to return the computer and get in store credit. I called again a few days after to factory reset and to get my in store credit. Apparently whoever told me I get in store credit was wrong. They then told me that I need to mail in my computer to get fixed. But if it gets damaged in the mail, they are not responsible and they will send it back broken. I needed a working computer in 3 days and the mailing would take 30 days they said. So I was forced to buy a brand new computer that day. Then the manager called me and said he will forward my case to corporate and will get back to me in 2-3 business days on the status of my refund. It has now been 10 days since I was told that. I reached out many times. I finally got a call back on the 11th day. And guess what they told me?! “There is nothing we can do for you”. Well their warranty is absolutely pointless if this is how they handle it. The employees at Costco need to get their facts straight. Every single person I talked to had a different answer. And because of their inconsistency I am now out $800 on a broken computer. Their response to this is “I don’t know what to tell you”. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I will never be purchasing electronics from there again.

Not bad on Christmas Eve:) Yes Im a procrastinator. Received my 2% back today, which was a nice surprise since I always forget. Employees are always helpful and are trying their best. Lines werent that bad, which was also a surprise. Costco has been ahead of the game when it has come to cleanliness prior to COVID and now with COVID even more so and with precautions. 40 minutes in and out...not bad.

Love the store and meat selection. Efficient staff as well. Patrons get a 1 star, however. Stop in here mid-morning on the weekend if you want to see the epitome of spacial unawareness and greed.
