Very bad. ordered door took 6 months to deliver. work not done correctly. I can not open second half of door. Have called many time to report the problem. Youre on the list for repair of doors is the message they give me. I live in RI. I paid plenty for this fiberglass door and it is suppose to be garinteed for life. Im going to report them to to better business co. This is Nov. It was ordered by Naomi Brown

Do NOT use The Door Shop!! I waited 3 months for the install to happen and on the day of installation I was told that 1 of the 2 screen doors I paid for 3 months prior were out of stock. They only send 1 install guy and he worked tirelessly until 10pm while my husband held a flasg light for him, and he had to return the next day. I expressed my concerns to the owner, Pat, the following day and he was nothing short of rude and never apologized once. Following our conversation, he continuously called my install guy and told him to get to another job, before mine was completed. Im still waiting! DONT DO IT!!!

The Door Shop is sloppily run business that cannot deliver a quality product or do it within the quoted lead time. Dark paint overspray on a gloss white surface, missed spots in paint job, poor quality construction, incorrect mounting hardware, incorrect handleset, six month delivery on a 6-8 week quote. I went to The Door Shop to get a higher quality entryway than I couldve gotten at one of the big box stores. Worst decision ever. At least there I wouldve gotten what I paid for; instead, I paid twice as much for half the quality.

Excellent product, selection and customer service at a fraction of the cost of the popular-named brands.The wife and I were ready to pull the trigger ordering the overpriced brand-named fiberglass door from Iowa. We were given the name of The Door Shop by a siding contractor (which we decided not to use) and decided to drop by one Saturday morning.After spending a month or so looking at fiberglass entry doors with glass inserts at local home shows and display rooms, it was immediately obvious that the quality Pat Brady delivers in his doors exceeds the rest of the vendors. The doors he custom-builds come in all colors and wood patterns and actually feel more solid than any Therma-Tru, Pella or any of the cheaper brands sold by the big-box stores. Pat has a large selection of glass panel catalogues that you pick the door style, glass, sidelights and he builds it. No up-selling to an “Architectural Series”(for an extra $2000) because you want a specific glass type or style. No $500 charge to merely paint the door a task you can do yourself for $10. Fair and honest pricing.His team came out to do all the initial measurements, ordered all the parts and returned a few weeks later with the door ready to install. The two installers were professional, organized and had all the tools and equipment for any situation. The inside trim was replaced, caulked and painted. My new door handle and lock were installed while my alarm system sensor was re-fitted and tested to be operational while the floor was swept and vacuumed. You’d never know they spent 7 hours removing my old (rotted framed) door (single steel door with two sidelights).HIGHLY recommend Pat Brady and The Door Shop in Grafton.

The poorest installation job I have ever seen. The trim has more caulking than fiberglass there are 3/4 caulk joins do to poor installation. The door is hung crooked and rubs when asked to have fixed they refused. The quality of the door finish is also very poor. The door is three months old and delaminating already.
