They installed a GPS/fish finder unit on my boat. I was able to make an appointment for the work, which was convenient. Other places wanted me to leave the boat and wait until they got to it. The work they did looks good and, as long as it works, I am happy.

A GREAT family business to buy your first boat from!

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever had!I took my boat there for a repair. I was told the was a two week wait for repair. I took it there anywhere. 5 weeks later they had still not even looked at it. So I went and picked it up with no repair. I was told 4 times that they would have it ready in just a couple of days. I even talked to the OWNER and the owners daughter and no one EVER returned ANY OF MY CALLS. Very, VERY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!I would NEVER take them anything ever again !

Graham Marine. This is the Worst place EVER. I took my outboard motor there to have a little work done.. 1month later it was still in the FLOOR. NEVER AGAIN.

Good quality work. Id give them another star except: when I called I was told no appointment necessary or possible, and theyd get to the boat in a well or so. When I got there 2 days later I was told it would be 5 weeks. 6 weeks later Im pleased with the work.Not inexpensive

Were still trying to find some parts for our boat. At this place they did their best to get our parts, although I dont consider it was in a timely matter, but they did. It took way too much time to figure out it was out of stock. They gave us a list of where to get them and I had to keep looking. The service was good. The prices too.

Bought a used boat, my first boat, through Graham Marine. They were very professional. They were very informative on any questions I asked. Even after the purchase they walked me through everything to make sure I was comfortable with all aspects before getting out on the lake. Great shop, would buy from here again!

Always very helpful . Are boat repairs cheap ? Most of the time not but you can mess around with it or not do it, it will cost you in the long run go ahead and pay somebody who knows what theyre doing and be done with it . There is nothing I can think of more annoying than breaking down an hour away from where you put the boat in the water in the dark because it was not done right .

Parts guy did not know what a stator was, he was unable to cross the part number. Even told me that the mercury part number stamped on the stator was not the part number. He asked me four times what the part number was before he wrote it down and five times what type of engine it went on. I found him to be totally incompetent, and rude. When he came up with a part it was for an older mercury engine and could not explain how he got the number. Lousy customer service, incompetent parts guy......be careful he could destroy your engine with the wrong parts.
