We have purchased four recliners over the years. They always have a great selection. Just needed a part this time, and they had it in stock. In and out in 10 minutes. Great people to work with.

It could have just been that he was having a rough day, but one of the employees that greeted us was very disgruntled about the situation with Covid. He wasnt wearing a mask (none of the employees were) and he started to go into stuff about deals with China and how Covid has ruined the industry etc. It was very uncomfortable. He seems like a nice guy that might have just been having a bad day but it was a turn off and a surprise to be greeted in such an angry way. The furniture is good quality but a bit on the pricey side.

The best local furniture store around. Family owned for 75 years and always very helpful and prices are great for high quality furniture that will last.

I always get a good deal here, and great service. I bought a lounge, recliner, and bedroom setting through them and they served me well. I love the old time service. You feel like you can trust them and they go out of the way to help you. One time when they were not able to source the item I wanted they gave me a contact of where I could what I wanted. Very good.

Have been waiting months for the furniture we purchased. Employees are rude and dont care. Avoid at all costs.

Super helpful and business oriented team. I walked in and said how much I would spend and what we wanted....I was out in 20 minutes with easy delivery included!

I wish ZERO stars was an option. I went in to politely discuss a problem with the staff at this store and they were rude and confrontational. Their delivery truck was parked for an extended amount of time in a loading zone blocking the view of people pulling out of the business next door. Nobody was loading anything into the truck and it was still sitting there. We walked in to politely ask him to move it if they werent loading anything and they threatened to call the police on us and to never come back to their store..Oh and when I was walking around in their store, I noticed very high prices on furniture.

My husband and I were looking for quality, affordable bedding, something we both could enjoy sleeping on. After several inquiries with other outlets we, finally, arrived at GFM.
