Avoid this place. Placed order online in December. They shipped the wrong parts. Said they matched the parts to my vin number. I ordered chrome versions of the black belt molding already on my truck. In the order notes, I even put specific instructions that this was for chrome versions - and my part numbers reflected this.Once I notified them of the error, they quickly issued me a return slip for UPS. They never once offered to ship me the correct parts. They received the returned items 10 days ago and I have yet to hear anything from them. They will not return my emails or messages left by phone regarding my refund. Now Im having to file a claim with my credit card company because they will not respond.Like I said, avoid this place if at all possible.Update: Boosted star rating from 1 to 3. Money refunded. Wish communication was better but happy to get my money back.

Very easy to work with and the delivery time was very speedy. Prices were reasonable and the best I could find. I would definitely recommend buying anything from this great company

Wrong size part, was for a lacrosse and was sent trunk mat for smaller model Buick.even after I provided the vin to ensure correct fit. I sent multiple emails to return part and was never to this point contacted to return such part or offered a replacement. Absolutly no response at all. I would suggest buying from another company as this one is not customer service oriented.

Perfect, website a little slow and iffy at times, but no problem...talk to ben (I think it was) in parts hell check your vin, and set you up right and make sure you get everything correct. Ordered a full tailgate and a few other parts, sent out Fedex, and still cheaper than my local dealer. I will use them again for sure.
