This is hands down my favorite Target in ND! We drive up from Fargo about once a month. The grocery side is my absolute favorite, kids get their nuggets and I get my Starbucks and everyone is happy.This is a full service Target with a bakery, deli, lots of veggies and fruits!The meal kits are my favorite from Target! The store is also located in a strip mall with Old Navy, Michaels, Hallmark and restaurants.

Whatever, you can name it ..you will find in target.Huge variation of products and brands.Employees very nice and gentleLike shopping there.

Please share with your “drive up” employees to please be mindful of any eggs or bread placement in cars! My bread managed to turn to flatbread and my eggs were stuck mid back-handspring in my trunk! Thankfully no eggs broke open!😳🧐 I am very thankful for the shopping help though!☺️

The employee at the self checkout singled my wife and I out and scanned the most expensive item in our cart before he let us start checking out. Claimed sometimes they are touchy on the first scan well he had no issues whatsoever with the scanner and apparently no one else needed that heads up. He assumed we might try to steal because of the way we looked. We will not be returning to Target.

Most efficient place I shop...I can find everything on my list with ease and not go to multiple stores.

There were 2 sets of doors for the store. Unfortunately, I chose to park by the wrong set of doors because there was no signage visible from the parking lot advising customers which doors were usable. And secondly, the customer service representative who waited on me was not friendly and acted like she really didnt want to be waiting on me. As a positive, I was glad to see that all Target employees were wearing masks.

Huge store with a variety of all kinds of products. The store is well organized and its easy to find what you need because of that. Rightfully so if you cant youll be asked from a team member 5 times.Usually I would be okay shopping and minding my own business. Though, it never fails Im looking for something so hard and that friendly person comes around the corner with a smile and says can I help you find something?

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH TARGET TECH!!! I love the store itself and give it 5 stars, but this review is meant for the tech department. They vendor out a third party named Marketforce to activate cell phones through carriers such as AT&T and Verizon. I went to activate new service with AT&T and chose the Galaxy Note 10+. I put an $800 down payment on the device using the Target Red card which was charged onto my card but never credited to AT&T and has been unable to be found in their system. I spent 4 HOURS with the representative just get the phone activated and have my payment lost. Nobody can tell me where this payment went and I am currently working with the Red Card dispute center... just go to the actual Verizon or AT&T store if youd like to activate cell services.

Target service prevails again. I was looking for information on an Apple watch and was able to visit with a very knowledageble associate. I will be making my purchase very soon.

I really like to pick up my online orders as the store as it is not out of my way and I like to think I am less of a carbon print. Today I went to pick up my 3 purchased that I ordered yesterday and received confirmation that they were ready for pick up. Oops! only one of them was ready. I had to wait for an associate to get my missing items. It is a Saturday... very busy. Next time I will just have it shipped, as my time is worth something also.

I was assisted by Mara in the mens shoe area. it was before Christmas and she was limping from a foot injury but she insisted on walking me from where I was to the exact type of shoe I was looking for! She went above and beyond expectations to provide good service and customer satisfaction. I hope she will be commended for exceptional service, she is an asset to our Grand Forks store.

I wasnt notified about an order issue till later on, normally Im notified the second the store knows they are out or whatever. Just weird.

I come here pretty regularly for groceries and random household items. The store is always clean. Occasionally the produce doesnt look quite as good as some of the local grocery stores, but otherwise Ive been happy with the quality of everything. They have a pretty good selection of all-natural items with their Simply Balanced brand. Be sure to download the Cartwheel app and scan all the items in your cart then present the app to the cashier for discounts on a number of items (especially Market Pantry, Archer Farms, and Simply Balanced items). Ive saved almost $60 in the past year with the app.

Honestly I may have a Target addiction, and the always friendly staff, clean store and amazing products just keep me hooked!

Good selection and friendly staff

My husband and I both did upgrades (Verizon) today at Target in Grand Forks. The lady (Abbey who is Target Tech) helped us was so amazing. She helped with 2 cases, screen protectors and transferred our contacts.She even saved us 5% by reminding me that we could put down payment on my Red Card. I mentioned my concern to her because of the other review on here. Abbey offered to help me check and put our minds at ease with the situation. So we called Verizon which confirmed payment on our account. It went through perfectly. At the same time she was on the other computer helping 2 others guest and also ringing up others as then came and asked her if they could check out with her. She helped them quickly and thanked them for being so patient and then return to us and the other 2 couples and thanked us being so patient. It took her 30mins to complete everything and even gave us a card with her name, dates, hours and phone number in case we had any questions. The other 2 couples got done before us and thanked her. I dont know how she can do it all but her multitasking is excellent. She is a sweetheart and we are truly thankful for Target having her there. I told my daughter and her husband how amazing she was. They will be going in there tomorrow to both get upgrades as well.Thank you Abbey not for just helping us both with our upgrades, but for making us smile and laugh. Just as every target it has a wide variety of all your home products. Staff seemed a little on the sad side. Could have been the weather change though. If approached they did answer questions and were confident enough to answer them . No complaints.

Firstly, I want to say that both my wife and I like shopping in this Target very much!The store environment is very good, clean, and comfortable. I can also find most of things I need.Most cashiers are very nice and professional. However, recently, I had 2 very bad experiences. The cashier made several mistakes on the prices. When I pointed those out politely. The old lady just said: OK, I can give whatever price you want. She even refused to check the real price for me. Very very bad attitude. In addition, she always count wrong numbers, wrong prices. And I can feel discrimination even after the manager correct those wrong numbers. I think she owe me an apology.Anyway, this store is now hiring some unprofessional staffs, just like Walmart. This is a very bad start.

Target Tech is the worst! The Tech lady, Abbey, was very rude and it took us forever (3 hours) to buy a phone. She went on our account and changed our ATT grand fathered in plan without our knowledge or consent! Target does not handle the phones. You are buying from a shady third party company that illegally uses your information afterwards. The Target managers were sympathetic and agreed that Tech Abbey was the problem, however, their hands were tied. In the end we were out 3 hours of our time, with a iPhone, but our plan changed and now a much higher bill! Now we have to try and have them clean up the mess that Abbey made!

Actually stopped and shopped there several times over the weekend. We picked up some items for cleaning and organizing and even some food items. Clean and well-organized store with good prices, friendly service and very close to the hotel we stayed at.

First off Iv always liked Target. Love cartwheel. Recently they have added some random oversized carts to the middle of the isle. Huge issue for me...one of the main reasons I dont go to Walmart!

The stores are always clean, there are ample amounts of self-checkout so no waiting in long lines, the shelves seem to always be stocked, and the products and brands are GREAT!

The staff was not helpful or accommodating. Displays were messy & had empty product boxes. The lack of size variety was Frustrating.

I went in to Target Tech and was approached right way by a lady named Abbey. I told her my son and I both want to upgrade out phones. We both wanted iPhone. She asked me what colors and what size of GB I told her and she said I dont have one of those colors but I do have this and that which I said ill glad take that instead. Then she helped us pick out screen protectors and cases. She was very polite and quick with answers to both my son and my questions. We are with Verizon, Abbey asked us the questions and asked to see my ID and a Bank card explaining its was verification. She went through asking if we wanted to keep the same plan I said yes then she asked if we wanted insurance through AppleCare which we both said no as we have it through Verizon already. She then said she had to place a phone call to someone for me to be verified, I said okay. The lady on the phone took 20 mins to asking me questions. Abbey apologized for the time it was taking. I told her its okay. After she was done she told me to hand the phone back to Abbey and then Abbey completed it. I made payment down and so did my son both showing that payment down went through. My son and I had no issues. Abbey was very kind and she made sure everything was done correctly. Thank you Abbey for the time and help with our upgrades. As far as the other review with saying how the mangers said this and that.. IN MY OPINION they should be grateful for having her. Because the hour we were there Abbey was not only helping us she was also helping checking out people and helping someone on another phone problem in which they came in yelling saying how their phone wasnt working. Abbey asked if she could see the phone she took battery out and turned it back on and fixed in setting and called it and low and behold it rang. The customer said sorry to Abbey then lady gave her hug and thanked her. To those who I see have left negative reviews I see you both have ATT... Ever think that maybe its ATT because I had ATT 2 years ago and all I ever had was problems is why I switched to Verizon.Thank you Abbey for you help. Please dont allow others to drag you down because them having a bad day. You handled that one lady with a smile even though she was yelling at you. You turned her day bright with her leaving Target with a smile. God knows what you do and see the impact a smile and a little patience can go along way.BTW I dont know if you read these but my dog loved the dog food you suggested. Black Friday shopping at this Target was phenomenal. Even with hundreds of people in the store the checkout lines were short. Really short. Spent a lot of money and was out in half an hour. Much better than Wal-Mart.

Forgot something in store. Employee wouldnt let me back in to check for my item at the checkout because the store had closed 3 minutes prior. Now Im SOL for my potluck tomorrow because dish will be missing the main ingredient and there wont be enough prep time now. Waste if a trip and have to go back to refund the item I needed.

I love this store to death! Its clean, and organized! Free wifi is a plus, just to stay updated and if you need something at the store you can just look it up! Also love that there is a Starbucks in the store!

Friday June 8th about 8:30 am I was in the store picking up a few things. I was almost rundown by a line of carts. Accidents happen, however the way I was treated by the staff member was terrible. He did not say excuse me or anything. He looked at me like I was a idiot. Found out he was the supervisor! Nice job on picking employees!!

My only regret is that I didnt have more time and $$ to spend here. Clear dept. signage, tricky semi truck/hotshot parking. Clean restrooms, everything I needed I found within 10 minutes, used self checkout, (this locale offers two self checkouts on either end) I love that Target offers brown, sturdy paper bags WITH handles, I also love how trendy, organized this giant store is. The clothing prices are higher, but lots of other things are competitively priced. My purchase was a 32 oz hydrogen peroxide for .99, NYX waterproof concealer for 5.99, Pair of Theives brand socks for 1.78 (grand forks location 4/18)
