Actually, he was more than that, being very helpful in researching and understanding our need to order an item to be delivered thru another store in a different state. More than a sales person - he was a customer advocate as well. He asked questions to fully understand our requirement and even inquired of my military status, thus getting us a 10 % discount and thanking us for our service. Cheryl, the salesperson, was awesome!! She was helpful, not pushy, really paid attention to what I was telling her that I was looking for and also applied an extra coupon on top of the sales price. We bought a couch from here in Nov. Pretty great couch, very basic and sturdy, and for a great price. Only thing is we had a couple issues. First, almost none of the Couches were available because they were out of stock and didnt know when theyd get more. Second, after we bought the couch, they werent able to deliver for about 3 weeks, which we couldnt wait for. We were told we could pick it up a few days after the sale, but when we went to get it, we were told there was a mistake and it wasnt available (which seriously messed up our time schedule with the U-Haul). We had to come back 6 hrs later to get it.

We walked in with two things in mind: please don’t swarm us and please have reasonable prices. Both were true of slumberland. Great help when we needed it. But let us look around. Solid pricing. Great delivery options.

Needed to buy a mattress before moving in to apartment but didn’t want to have to shop in store the same day we were trying to move. Had a difficult situation with a warranty replacement of elderly mother’s recliner. Mani was so helpful in helping to pick out replacement as well as helpful to expedite the paperwork. Replacement was chosen and ordered. The only issue is that the lazy boy company is so far behind in their processing and delivering their items in a timely manor. I’ve been told it could take 5 months. However, this is not Slumberland’s issue. I was assured as soon as it comes in, we will be notified. Great staff at GF Slumberland.

I absolutely loved the items, I thought it was going to be overwhelming but Mason I believe his name was (if it’s not I’m truly sorry) he was such a great help on giving information and being extremely kind to our children, recommended me a set that took less time to be delivered then the other one I wanted, it was definitely worth it I cannot wait to receive it. Definitely will be going back.

Love the chill atmosphere here, sales personnel are more than happy to help if you need it, but are also totally fine with letting you take your time if you need to. Definitely appreciate that vs a pushy sales group that jump you when you get in the door and are always trying to give you a quick sale that makes you feel like you need to act immediately. I went in to look at a couch and chair. I found one I liked very much but not exactly the display color. I was brought out the racks of swatches to choose colors and was in there a long time trying to decide. The salesman who was assisting came by often to check on how I was doing and once I decided, the front desk paper work was very quick and explained thoroughly. I felt like the sales lady quickly was rushing me out as soon as I said “I’m thinking I like this item.” I didn’t feel like I could even look at anything else. Also, when I was checking out, there were 4 associates standing together talking about the bars they went to, the hockey bus they rode and whether or not they were too drunk to drive home.I’ve shopped and bought at Slumberland a lot and have always had a great, non pushy experience. This was the first time I felt unwanted there.

Sales staff is knowledgeable about their products. They are not pushy or aggressive like in other stores. They carry a little bit of everything when it comes to furniture. They have a nice selection of beds and make sure you find what youre looking for!
