Excited for the new store. It gets better each time I return. I am sampling a brew from the owner right now that is Really good. Glad to know he understands homebrew as well as he does! When the shelves and bins are fully stocked I will increase the rating.

Im pretty much equal distance from Grand Forks and the Cities but get to Grand Forks often for work so when I heard they had a home brew store I decided to check it out. Been in three different times since around Halloween and all I can say is from now on Ill go the Cities and one of the shops there. Store is a mess, nothing on the shelves, not very knowledgeable. First visit I tried to get a starter kit for a local friend as gift and they had none. They didnt even have ingredient kits let alone enough ingredients to make a batch of beer. I thought maybe then Ill get some grain for my next brew before driving home and they had no 2-row! The last time I was in there was someone new working and I got same excuses, its coming and he had no customer service skills and was very opinionated. Very disappointing.

Very friendly and helpful. A homebrewer himself, he can answer all of your questions and has virtually everything youd want or need to get started or stock up.
