My husband purchased a 2006 Ford F-150 from here and we had to replace all the coils followed by a whole new engine… that engine went bad as well. Total lemon and every repair shop we brought it to says the dealership 100% new they were selling a pos truck. Refused to help with any of the issues. Horrible horrible experience. Do NOT go here!

They sold me a vehicle, I brought it back several times. Because the vehicle said there were no air bags, and the breaks....... They said because the wiring was a little messed up it read there was no air bags......... THE CAR WAS RIGHT AND THEY WERE LYING THE ENTIRE TIME!

Bought a 2015 Ford focus from these people and the transmission is going out. This was never disclosed to me. Upon purchasing the car, I asked if there was anything wrong with it, and they said it just had a cracked bumper. When I called to ask if there was anything that could be done, he started screaming at me like a 5 year old and pretty much told me to go screw myself. He used vulgar and disturbing language while speaking to me. I feel completely taken advantage of. Horrible sales and horrible customer service. These people are entirely shady and cannot be trusted.

Awful service. Terrible. Came in to look st a used vehicle and he tossed us the keys and went back in his office. Did not try at all to show us or sell us the car. When we brought the vehicle to a shop to see what’s wrong with it, there was over $1500 I would need to put in to it and when I told him that he did not care what so ever and wouldn’t budge on price at all. Very rude.
