Extremely disappointed with my experience with Eyemart Express. I tried to get glasses the same day at my local store and they did not have my lenses. I was told it would take 7-10 business days before I would see my glasses. I left the store and decided to order my glasses on the Eyemart Express website to get them (hopefully) faster. I received my glasses in the mail and I could not see clearly out of them. Very frustrating. So, I decided to go to my local Eyemart Express to get my glasses fitted to see if that would help. I wanted to give Eyemart Express a second chance. I thought maybe my glasses just needed to be fitted to my face and then I would be able to see clearly out of them. I went to my local Eyemart Express and waited for over 30 minutes before being able to even speak to someone. Then my glasses were taken by the employee to fit them. When I arrived home I tried on my glasses, I still could NOT see out of them, AND now they are totally crooked!! I am so so disappointed. So now once again do not have glasses. I wish I would have gotten glasses somewhere else. The glasses I purchased from Eyemart Express are a total waste of my time and money.

Bought 3 pairs of glasses all the the same frames. One pair is good lenses what you would normally get for durability. There is clearly a difference in quality of lens between my pairs. On another pair, one of the lenses is clearly scratching up just from cleaning and the other is not which tells me they did not put scratch coat on ONE LENS. Also, 3 months later I come in there and ask for new lenses on these because of their mistake. No compromise there, so then I decide okay ill just pay for replacement lenses. Nope, I have to buy new frames for my 3 month old glasses. I get better service and quality at a big box store optician thank you very much. 3rd pair the screw holding the lense in the frame was barely threaded at all and popped out at an embarrassing time. Like the lens wasnt shaved to fit better. I will never be back again. I will also sum up that I purchased coating for all glasses in case there is a response on here to cover themselves and shotty work.

I have an extreme prescription for nearsightedness. I first went in to inquire if it could even be filled there, as many places can’t get the necessary lenses. I was pleased when I was told it was doable. The first person to help me had never dealt with a prescription such as mine and requested help from other more experienced staff. After talking to the lab and figuring out how to bypass the place on the computer where the numbers are entered, as my prescription is higher than the numbers are allowed, I was told that my new glasses would be back in 3 weeks. After only 1 week they arrived, fit perfectly and are very nice quality.

I knew what I wanted before I got to the store (browsed online) so I was in and out very quickly. The lady that assisted me was very friendly and courteous. Only issue that I had was my phone number was not put in correctly so I didnt get a notification that my glasses were ready for pickup but no biggie. Positive experience and will shop again if I need an extra pair cheaper than my normal optometrist.

My son broke his glasses in Gym class so we went to Eyemart Express! No joke from the time the frames were picked out it was about 15 minutes and after that another 20 minutes for 2 pairs of glasses to be ready! It was amazing! We will definitely be back again!

I had such a great experience when I was here on Dec 8th! I had broken my glasses and came in stressed out looking for a new pair quickly. Cody greeted me right away when we came in and stayed with me the whole time I was there. Helped me to get their buy one get one free so I would have an extra pair of glasses just in case. Didnt push me to buy anything extra, just helped me pick my glasses out and was super friendly. Extra $10 fee because I have a large prescription but it still came to around $70 for two pairs of glasses. They also came with hard cases for both pairs, and a year warranty. Both pairs were done in around 45 minutes and before I left they made sure that they fit comfortably. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs glasses! Wonderful staff with great attitudes. Got fantastic, quality service, and on top of everything the prices are unbeatable. My new go to for my glasses.

The employee I had was wonderful. My only complaint was the cost of my glasses. They were almost $800 for the 2 pairs. They advertise buy 1 get 1 free which is not true and I waited well over a week to get my glasses so in the end it would have probably been cheaper to get them at my original place of eye care!

I loved Dr. Woodmansee when he was in Minot. So glad I found him and Eyemart Express. He explains everything in understandable terms. My grand son had his first exam and glasses. We walked into Eyemart Express in Grand Forks ND expecting to have to hang around town for 4-6 hours. We got help quickly, paid an amazing price for 2 pairs of glasses for my 14 year old girl & they were done within 30 minutes!

My son has a very strong prescription and needs his glasses to function. I lost his glasses on the morning of his big baseball tournament. He had been talking about this tournament since he first day of baseball but couldnt play without his glasses. We showed up at 915 and explained what had happened. The ladies helped us get a new pair picked out and told us not even to leave, the lens man would take care of him right away. We had glasses NINE minutes later!!! They saved the day for this momma and her son. We made it to his 1015 game with time to spare. The whole team went above and beyond by getting us out fast and wishing him good luck at the game.I cant thank them enough for their kindness and willingness to help out in a pinch.

We went in to buy my son and eldest daughter new glasses since my daughter decided she wanted to look at a semi behind us. My son only because his current ones were becoming loose on his face. We have not bought glasses from eyemart before since we just moved here from England. They said they could fix my sons glasses which they did for free, took my glasses, cleaned them and replaced the nose piece for free, and we end up only paying for my eldest daughters glasses which we got her 2 pairs instead of one. Since we didnt have to order our son glasses we were able to make one of hers scratch resistant and the lenses polycarbonate (lenses that dont shatter like the plastic ones do, thanks autocorrect lol). It was a great experience, very helpful employees who invest their time to everyone. Thank you.
