A pretty solid experience as this was my first time at this location and the staff were very helpful.I was able to find everything I was looking for. Got in, wandered every aisle found what I needed and got out.Lol!

I love walking in the store and seeing all the tools on the shelves and pegs. All of those wonderful opportunities. A proper Eden for the diy mechanic or hobbyist. And if your careful, it can be for professionals too.

I love this place. The tool quality has improved much over the years. I baught impact sockets and a 1/2 light weight ratchet. I was busting rusty nuts loose on old farm machinery that should have broke it . But felt solid to the end. And always helpful staff.

The people are very friendly and helpful. They have a large selection of tools and supplies.

Used to be a regular customer, spent 10’s of thousands here on my shop.Have an exemption from wearing a mask due to lung issues. North Dakota law just passed specifically stating business cannot require them.Manager got nasty with me as soon as I walked in. No problem mam, Northern Tools was happy to receive my business.

Yes .they have good variety of tools with good price but the quality is not the best.Staff were very helpful and nice.

Todays date, 03/13/2021, time 14h50, Called the shop since yesterday trying to follow up on a toolbox I want to buy, clerk very bad attitude yesterday. Phone today, same attitude, spoke to manager. lol! What can I say it just gets better. Dont even know how you can allow such a clerk close to any phone. Would love to say what I really think, but hey.!No comments. No recommendations. No service. No business!

I used to like shopping at Harbor Freight But I brought something in It was Over 90 days They said they would not give you a credit even though I never even opened it and I had the receipt I said Put it On a gift card that would be great and they said they cant even do that I guess I will be going to Menards and and Lowes It wouldnt be so bad if it was for only $5.99 after talking with the main office they give me a credit so i do thank them

Let me just say I LOVE HARBOR FREIGHT . The store manager doesnt know his products or he didnt want to help me. The staff is rude but I dont care. Its harbor freight... right???

Bought a 90 degree drill years back. I use it rarely so buying a cheaper tool was fine, especially since it did have a lifetime warranty.I went to use the drill and it did not work, I took it into the GF store and a lady with a manger title (Melody)? Didn’t know what to do but found a guy with another manager title who did. He asked for the receipt, I did not have it as I’ve had the drill for several years. He then asked for the phone number it was bought under, once again I’ve had it for some time and was unsure if it was under my number, my wife’s number or my old business number, I was then informed he could sell me a new one.Unhappy with the service!! Your business sells the item it’s yours and only your brand WARRANTY IT!!!

The micro-meter I purchased was at such a good price and easy to use. Checked my new micro-meter against an expensive meter I already owned and all measured values matched.

My favorite place to shop!

I went in to buy a wall safe. Got the wall safe and headed to check out. Found a few more little items and used my 20% coupon. After leaving Grand Forks, I looked at the receipt and found that they took 20% off one of the cheap last minute items instead of the wall safe that I asked them to use the coupon on. So instead of saving the $10 on the purchase, I saved $1.40 off. $5.00 lantern. This is probably going to be my last purchase from them. Sadly they feel it is ok to rip off your customers. Personally not very good business practices.

This is definitely my favorite harbor freight for lots of reasons but the biggest reason is the service.A cashier named Amber helped me & she was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention she was fast at the register.She also gave good advice surrounding better tools and such for my projectId definitely hire her with no hesitation!

Far as inexpensive tools go its not too bad. Good place to send students to get tools for class projects on the cheap. Newish store so its neat, clean and pretty organized.

Staff are not helpful at all very disappointed. Cant even take the time to assist customers just saygo get it over there in that a section no interest in helping the customer. If not for the customers then no business - go figure

You cant go in that store and leave empty-handed. If you are a man its impossible.Amazing prices. Super friendly staff and very clean as well. Every mans favorite store..

This is my absolute, favorite store. I would give five stars, but they could REALLY use some work on their checkout systems. I pay a yearly fee for the Inside Track Club (ITC) membership, so I get extra discounts on different items every month. However, when checking out, you need to either have a coupon for each ITC item, or remember which ones are ITC items and have your cashier look up every item in their hard copy book. My most recent trip had 19 ITC items, and NONE of them were in the cashiers book. I had to go back through the entire store with my cashier and point out each discount sticker, so we could write them all down, and finally input each discount manually on the register. My checkout time was over an hour long, but I did receive a 20% discount on one item for my trouble, so that was nice. All in all, they do have fantastic deals on tools, so I suppose that in future trips, Ill be sure to take two carts and keep my membership items separate.

I know the tools and everything else here is not high quality but the store is clean, great service and fair prices. I asked a few employees where items where throughout the store and all of them had great knowledge where to find and what was a better deal between products.

My husband lost his wallet so we called to check they put us on hold telling me they were checking while I am driving back to the store. The guy who answered the phone had not even moved or checked because it was in the EXACT spot we told him it was. His hair looked uncombed or kept. Wont go back. We will order online from another vendor.

Heres a real review, I tried going in here last night around 7:52 p.m. To grab 1 thing I needed for work, the goofy looking guy with glasses sprinted to the door to block me from coming in, let me guess you only need 1 thing, and youll be in and out in 2 minutes thats what they all say. So I turned around and walked back to my truck as he shouted across the parking lot that they close at 6 on sundays. I was a decent distance from home, disappointing, but I will never step foot In their again due to this unintelligent disrespectful Individual. I hope you read this so you can say but butttttttt.
