Owner was cold and rude..

I am highly disappointed. I live 2 hours away and with the hours being limited I try and watch Picks Facebook page often. Today I commented that I would take a furniture piece and to please PM me on how to arrange payment and pickup. As it is a Wednesday work day for most people. A comment was made to call at 10 am to my comment I would take it. I called 10:20am, when I had a moment from break and the piece was sold. Common courtesy would of been to message me saying we will give you an hour window or something. If anyone called during that time they could of held the piece for an hour and told the caller that the the person whom commented first has an hour window to call and make payment. I guess money talks in this world and who gives a SH!@ about having some decency.

Great country deco items. Inspiring place for creative crafting and home decorating. I visited there from out of town with my friend who does live in the ND area who shops there often. I wouldve bought several items if I didnt have to fly back home. I wish there was a store like this out here in AZ!

I love Picks! They have so many selections that are always changing! Their prices vary but there is always great finds in your price range! My husband even loves what I bring home from Picks!
