I’ve been there twice and received great service both times from different associates. It is a great showroom and they really know their products! You do have to go to their warehouse to purchase anything, and it is expensive - but I wanted options that the big box stores didn’t have and they delivered.

Called asking for information on a pop up kitchen counter top outlet and the sales person was extremely rude. She suggested I call an electrician and hung up.Guess they are not a kitchen store after all.
