Employee super obnoxious talking about her personal life across store to another employee . Then yelling at my 3 year old. So rude. Never giving them my business again. 10/7 at 6pm. The worst employee ever.

Each Dollar tree has its own personality. This one in Grand Haven is very pleasant, clean and well stocked. They seem to have better variety and a consistent supply of items. I drive from Holland to this store because they are better stocked than most in my area.

Honestly, the things you can find here for $1 is amazing! Its also a lot cleaner and nicer than some of the Dollar Trees Ive been to. Literally, Im telling you guys, theres even name brand things for a dollar and generic things that taste the same as name brands. I also tend to go gift shopping here, and for some of the things it doesnt even look like you spent a dollar on it. Highly recommend!

I visited the evening of 9/23/8 around 7pm. Two female cashiers working that evening were not customer service oriented, did not greet us as we entered the store and instead circled around twice in order to keep and eye on me and my mother as we shopped. One women had very short, bleached blond hair, while the other was shorter in stature with brown hair pulled back into a ponytail. Unfortunately I was not able to take note of their names, as I was quite upset. Both women stepped from behind their registers into the checkout aisle behind them, to maintain line of sight and watch us as we perused the snack aisle. Instead of attending to other customers or doing light cleaning/store maintenance to pass the time between customers, both women intensely watched us the entire time we were in the store and waited for us to approach checkout before they stepped back to their registers to check us out. We were not the only people in the store at this time, however we were the only visible people of color. My visit to this particular Dollar Tree is one of most obvious experiences of racial profiling that I have ever experienced in my 31 years if life. I would NEVER suggest ANYONE, especially people of color ever step foot into this store for fear of discrimination and to avoid being accused of stealing, even if they are a law abiding citizen simply trying to shop and spend their money like everyone else. This Dollar Tree obviously does not respect or appreciate receiving business from people of color. Management and staff would definitely benefit from receiving training pertaining to racial profiling and inherent bias. Take your business elsewhere!!

Customer walking around with her mask under her chin...all through the store...comes to checkout and guess what? SHE WORKS THERE...Not cool....also Bathroom was a mess...dirty...Not cool either...😠🙁☹️

I stopped in over the weekend looking for craft supplies and was rather impressed with all the things I was able to get and cross of my list! I was also greeted by the nicest cashier who was friendly and personable. Such a great experience!

They are wonderful people who care about their customers. They always take the time to ask me and Cherokee(my service dog) how we are doing. They are always very helpful when I have a question or when I dont know where something is. They are an awesome group of people to have in Grand Haven! ☺

The store was nice 👌 and had what I was looking for.

Just got yeld at by the cashier for the front of my cart being over the line on the floor not me my cart. 3rd time that has happened with the same cashier. I was more then 8 feet from the person in front of me and the one behind me was only 2 feet away so i was trying to put space between us.

They usually have what you are there for but I dont purchase makeup items there

Many outdated items. Stocking in the way of the customers, as if the customers are in their way. Customer service needs alot of improvement. Lanes with 3 or more customers is too much. A manager should have a register in place so the manager can quickly help! Much Management employment on my part. Have a great week!

This location is always so friendly when I shop here. Today, a Sunday, they helped me further by helping break a couple of bills for a carwash fundraiser. Thank you for saving the day!

The staff was friendly. The store was clean. Lines got long, but they opened up more registers.

The aisles, etc., are always filled with boxes, etc. Just plain messy compared to other Dollar Trees. The Dollar Tree on Harvey in Norton Shores is the best!

They should let the public know if there is an item limit per transaction or something... If ever Im in need of more than 8 items or so, I start to get sour side eyes and rude customer service. If Im buying a lot of items I let multiple customers go ahead so I dont clog things up as a courtesy, but that never seems to matter. I get passive agressive comments about my never-ending basket. If youre so bothered by my business then Ill stick to other dollar store locations and avoid this one.

Always stays good and stocked. Very good selection of items. However the cashier named Karel is always very rude to most customers and is always in an awfull mood. I get it, I work retail but cmon, dont need to have an attitude towards your customers. Keep it under wraps, random customers arent to blame for your bad day.
