Staff at Walmart pharmacy are so good & their jobs & prices always the best

Ive been using Walmart Pharmacy in Grand Haven for many year and have been very satisfied with the prompt professional service.

These are some of the rudest women that work here. I have always had great service at other walmart pharmacies but not here. I have gone twice now and while I am waiting in line I witness the women here rolling their eyes in customers faces, getting frustrated at customers over the simplest things. They have done it to me both times I have picked up my sons medicine. They act like you are inconveniencing them to do their job. Definitely looking for somewhere else to go!

I use Walmart pharmacy for myself and both of my parents! I have never had a bad experience with any of the team members they are very professional and helpful! They review any new meds with me before I take them and answer any questions I have about medication that was prescribed for me or my parents! I find them very easy to work with! Once you have given them your insurance information and doctor information they can contact your doctors office for you for refills of a prescription and explain what meds are covered under your plan! Keep up the Great work!

I have used Walmart as my pharmacy for over 20 years. Their customer service is excellent, their prices are fantastic, and their refill system is outstanding. Ive never had a bad experience.

I pick up prescriptions for a 3rd shifter who cannot always get there. They have been super!

Ive never had a bad experience here until I encountered pharmacy tech Matt today. He couldnt find my script in the system and took it out on me. Kept telling me I didnt have anything there, I didnt have the right phone number, didnt have the right birthdate, cut me off when I tried to show him the text that it was filled last night and ready for pickup. Low and behold....he found the script under the name phone number and birthdate that he so rudely told me I had given him in error!! When I told him he didnt need to be so rude he said I was the rude one. Right in front of other customers in line. Very unprofessional Matt. You need to be retrained and if you cant control yourself when you make a mistake maybe look at a profession that doesnt involve you dealing with customers 🤷‍♀️

The store is clean and well stocked but the employees are rude. One of the cashiers by the name of Sherri is HIV positive and has nasty lesions and sores on her arm. I made a comment about her touching my food items with her lesions exposed and she proceeded to call me out of my name and became very loud and rude. The customer service manager said that she would talk to the cashier and also the store manager. Very disrespectful.

Had to wait at drop off counter multiple times longer than 5 to 10 minutes each time. People in pharmacy just look over, make eye contact and keep going about their work without aknowledging anyone at this counter. Doesnt help that there is a wall and nothing to announce your there. Then they have easy pay which for some can be nice but if your Exspouce is the account holder for this and the pharmacy doesnt ask if you want to use it and just sends it through it can be a really bad mess. I had asked for this from them and the Ex to be removed so I can simply pay for it and nothing gets taken care of. Been going to walgreens cos at least I know I will have good service and not have to hurry and let the Ex know his account is charged so he doesnt have overdrafts. Inconvenience, not knowledgeable and totally horrible when it comes to customers time. I dont have 20 minutes to wait for someone to come just take the drop off.

Im a loyal customer at the grand haven Walmart. Im practically there everyday. Im a pregnant women now and need to get my prescribed vitamins so my baby and I can get our nutrition. What is so hard about this? One thing the walmart pharmacy!!! I have tried to get my vitamins 4 times now! The first time I called to ask how much they said over $20 so I had to wait till paid day. Come to find out they dont follow their 10 day policy and threw it out. So like two weeks go by I visit the doctor and tell them I couldnt get my prescription. She sent another one and I go down there and they want $19 for it this time. I tell them I have insurance now. They tell me its not right or whatever. I call my insurance have it fixed and go back down there for the 4th time and they say my insurance wont cover it? I tell them just forget it. The lady trys to argue and says its $19. I just look at her say yeah just forget it then and walk away. Im not happy with any of this! I will never go to the walmart pharmcy again! They put through so much crap over 12 vitamin pills!! Really? You can get over the counter ones for $7 and get like 50 of them!

Let me begin by saying that I am 73 years old. Today, I purchased a few items, which included a bottle of wine. When checking out I was asked to present ID. I find this very offensive. Shouldnt clerks be told to use some common sense?
