Update: Typhoon Helmets tried to issue a “partial” refund of $86 out of my total purchase of $204. Amazon has approved and sided with me on my A to Z claim and is issuing a FULL refund. After reading other reviews on Amazon and Google, here is my conclusion. If there are no issues, Typhoon’s helmets are ok. If you have an issue, they will try and weasel their way out of refunding by any means possible. ....And don’t care if they are rude and don’t mind blaming the customer. Too many other helmets to get treated like this. Good luck.Used helmet 5x around the neighborhood. Had issues with heated visor Reached out for assistance as I just wanted a working product I paid over $200 for. Did everything they asked for testing and finally just said I wanted to return. (They wanted me to send in the helmet and wait a month to see if they could fix it - didn’t have that time as I needed a helmet and the season is almost over. I asked if they could just send a replacement shield and I would send the other back and they said NO)Sent back with their return postage multiple weeks ago. They received but did not notify or let me know where we were in the refund process. I had to call Amazon to help get them moving.Spoke with Typhoon on the phone and had the worst interaction ever. I felt talked down to, blamed, rude etc. Just horrible. I will never do business with them again and I highly advise, nobody else does if this is how they care about their paying customers. Said they were only going to issue a “partial refund”, that I abused and had significant damage to the helmet (only worn 5x and just cruising around neighborhood....not backcountry)Just plain rude. Don’t see how you can treat customers like that in the online Covid era of today’s world. Very disappointed.

My son is 5 and wore this helmet twice. It is of poor quality and their customer service is sub-par. I gave them a chance to support their products that failed. They chose not to. Details below.My 5 year-old wore this helmet once around the house and once on a four wheeler for about 45 minutes. A bolt for the visor rattled loose from riding on the four wheeler (youd think it could sustain that) and now Typhoon is choosing to not send a replacement bolt. They first stated they cannot find that the helmet was purchased through them. Then stated that since it was 1.5 years ago, they are choosing not to support the product. That I need to purchase a new one from them. The helmet is in like-new condition! I am replacing his helmet with another and trashing this one - even though its like-new. Typhoon, youve lost a customer for life - and my children will be getting many more helmets.

This place is great. I was looking for 2 youth atv helmets and needed them within 5 days for birthday party. So not only did they have the perfect helmets and also best price but I literally got them in less than 24 hrs from when I ordered them!!!! I did upgrade to FedEx ground but it was still only 12 bucks to ship both helmets! I looked at a lot of places and I definitely recommend this place number 1!!!

Look below and find Susans review. Im with her. We ordered helmets according to their chart on Amazon and they didnt fit. We returned them and they kept part of our return, they basically called us liars and implied that we didnt know how to use a flexible tape measure. They have been reported by Amazon as bad sellers and they are being investigated. By the way Dana Price is my husband, he used his account to order the helmets. Amazon just emailed us and sided with us. Typhoon is being forced to give a FULL refund!
