This is an honest mechanic and heres proof.My car overheated on a cross country road trip, Id been running it hard for 12 hours a day for a week. Brought it to these guys and told them I think its the thermostat or thermocouple. They could have just replaced both, billed me for it and Id have just accepted it. But no. They tested my car, drove it, tried to over heat it, and couldnt get it to happen again.He gives me the invoice for the flushed coolant system and explains what they did, and Im on my way.If you want a mechanic whos not gonna bill you for stuff you dont need - look no further. I was an out of towner, stranded with no options, who literally walked in and suggested things that might need replacing. This crew is nothing but straight shooters. If I ever happen to come back through this town - Ill pop in for an oil change just to support their business.This is a good shop full of honest people.

Didnt use their service because they were very busy which shows they do good work. The man there sent me to another tire store that also does good work. He could have had me wait and got my business but, chose to send me to a competitor to save my time.

We had them put tires on our travel trailer and the service was terrific. They really went out of their way to make the experience a good one. The staff is friendly, the price is fair, and their attention to customer needs is superb. I would recommend this place to anyone, and they can expect repeat business from us.

100 stars.. Best garage I been to. They fixed my issue I had with my brakes.. I been to 3 different places and I had my front and rear brake pads, rotors, calipers done and still having issues with my brakes. I took it to graham and they replaced my abs sensor, speed senor, and wheel bearing.. NO MORE BRAKE ISSUES.. Thank you graham tire. I wish I went to you first.. 100 stars in my book..

I left here after spending nearly $500. Nobody could tell me why I still have no AIR/heart radio and my engine light is still on. Only gonna cost me another $110.00 TO FIND out, then MORE to fix that. Almost spent that alone because nobody here had a clue it was my alternator and not a diagnostic issue. Please KMA. I want to thank the guys at Graham Tire!! I am from Chicago and was in Grand Island on business. I had a blowout on my truck tire. I came to Graham Tire to get the tire replaced. I explained to the that I was trying to get home as soon as possible(9.5 hour drive). They made a special trip to the tire warehouse to get my tire. I was in and out in less than an hour. Had two tires give out on trip back to work from short time home.. had doughnut spare, put it on and drove less than 100 miles when 2nd tire gave out.. was around 8 to 9pm on Saturday nite.. everyone online was closed and only did semi tires after hours.. but called after hours number anyway and they had a guy out to me and done within 2 hrs.. really appreciated the service and how quick i was on my way again.. thanks again

Back in 2017, I can’t remember exactly what month, I brought my 2004 Alero in because it was making an odd noise. My car had about 87000 miles. It ended up being the water pump and they replaced. I picked it up and drove home. On my drive home I noticed the car was having trouble shifting. I took it back to them and was informed that they didn’t do anything wrong and that it needed a new transmission. This place is ridiculous. Have told everyone to stay away.

The service itself was good but they took forever to get to our vehicle. We made the appointment for 11 am to get our tires balanced and an alignment done. When I called at 2 pm they hadnt even done the alignment and we were given their word they would start by 1 pm. Seems to me they did the balance and completely forgot about the other half of the work needing to be done. Not sure well be back.

Shout out to the awesome staff working on Friday night, the 13th. On our way to Colorado, we blew two trailer tires. After a quick phone call, we were able to limp it in to Graham and they turned a horrible situation into nothing at all. Not enough positive words in the world to throw their way. Friendly (even though were Hawkeye fans hahaha), fast, fair, and very knowledgeable. Hopefully having a couple flats doesnt happen again, but if it has to, I hope its near this store. Thanks you guys!

I took my Equinox here in early May because the front tires, purchased while in Texas in January, had worn very quickly. I could easily see they were very bad, even unsafe and the alignment I had done in Texas was not correct, either. I appreciated the computer graphics that made it so easy to understand. After installing the tires, balancing them, and taking care of all the cars needs, my car drives very well and it is now clear to me I needed Grahams services very badly! They were professional, understanding, and not pushy or condescending. I recommend Graham Tire to everyone!

Terrific pricing, Quick Service. I went in to have my tires filled with nitrogen, & the staff estimated an hour, but I was out in less than 25 to 30 minutes.

I will never go here again. Went in to get my brake pads changed and rotors turned and they only changed the pads to some cheap no name product. They didnt even turn the rotors. So of course my brakes started making horrific noises so I went back 3 times in the span of two months for the same problems and they kept on giving me some excuse that your calipers were not lubricated properly. Not only that but they even forgot to tighten the lugnuts to one of my wheels!!! I asked them if I could be compensated for wasting my time and they said sorry we dont do that here. Just posting this to warn other people to stay away from this disgrace of a company. Went to a more trustworthy mechanic to tell me what the problem was.

I had bald tired that the chords were showing on, the got me great tires at an excellent price. I do weather spotting with a local emergency Management team and with what I have I know that Id be able to make it through stuff and be able to get out in a hurry if I have too.

When we had a blowout, Graham wanted over $700 for one tire with parts and labor not including the service call charge that our roadside assistance was covering. We found two others that were less--one that also had Goodyear product. Competitors prices were $369 (Goodyear) and $206 (not a Goodyear but a name brand). Either there was some miscommunication with our road side assistance or Graham is into taking advantage of travelers misfortune.
