Their plant section was absolutely wrecked... had to be hundreds of dollars worth of beautiful plants withered & dead beyond repair, all still full priced and on display. As a plant lover, it broke my heart to see, for sure.

It was your average Walmart, it was decently clean for how many people go through there.

I ordered online for my 2nd time ever and Mr Dan was phenomenal!! Shout out to Excellent customer service from him and the young lady from my 1st visit. I do wish I could remember her name. Both did a great job loading my groceries at pick-up.

Losing my love for this place not only because I never applied there and yet Im my own cashier!!! They closed at 10 pm my last visit. BOGUS!! Come to find out they will never be open 24 hours again because they make more money closing early a manager told me 😡 I work long hours and those late night hours really worked for me... but not anymore. 🤬

Shelves very poorly stocked. Very limited items. Looking for a purse and only saw 4 or 5 regular purses. I didnt want a backpack purse. This was only the second time I have been to a Wal-Mart since December of 2019. Reaffirmed why I dont shop there anymore.

I am appalled at the sight of this store! It was the most disgusting pace I have ever been into!! They are worried about people being vaccinated and wearing mask?? My suggestion is to get a tetanus shot before you go in there!! If you haven’t had Covid, you sure will if you enter that store! It stunk, was disgustingly dirty and I couldn’t wait to get out of their and go home and shower!!! I will never and I mean NEVER go back to that store again in my life!! Wanted to give other people fair warning before entering! Omg! 😱 🤢🤮

Its rarely stocked and always has stuff being shocked in the aisles. Its not the cleanest either. The produce often smells upon entry as well

Im a truck driver. I did not had my debit card with me because i left it at home for personal reasons and I really needed some personal hygiene and food and clothes because i just had a pair of clothes for my future trips. And they did not wanted to put my card manually so I would be able to buy the stuff that i need. I had to leave everything behind and they asked why my card was left at home I was very nice in telling (hoping they can do an exception) them the reasons and still did not let me buy. Why you asked then? I shouldve just told here it was none of her buissness if I woulve known the outcome.

It was pretty good. Theyve got quite the selection. All The led upgrades look awesome and i also love the outdoor speakers. Reminds me of an outdoor carwash or times by the pool when I was little. It was very good Id definitely recommend it.

Its a walmart. Nothing too exceptional, besides having very low prices which is really a good thing for the economy. I am not sure whats going on at the North Walmart, freezer section was sparse. Some empty shelves, alot of palettes just in the middle of the aisles.. didnt see many employees putting out stock.. this isnt the first time I have seen this...Karri Clement

Out of everything, plus the older woman working self checkout should be in the back not working with customers shes rude and has no people skills she had a huge line and was wasting time on nonsense like looking through someones bags making sure they rung up everything and carding me and my husband for alcohol when hes over sixty three and im almost sixty obviously well over the age limit, long lines no registers open typical walmart stuff

I went in for paint, stood at the counter waiting for what seemed like 5-10 minutes when I asked an employee who was passing by to get someone for me. She said she would and kept walking. About 5 minutes after that, a manager walker by and said he would get someone, soon after that an employee approached. He got the paint, put it in the mixer and just WALKED AWAY!! He didnt say anything to us, just walked back to the sporting goods area. We then stood there for another 10 minutes before we went and found yet another employee who was very nice and apoplectic, he called the guy who mixed the paint back. When that guy came back he said, sorry I got pulled away and forgot with a little giggle. But we were there the whole time. Not once did anyone come to ask him away or his walkie go off or a phone. Then when we wanted him to check the color he had an attitude about that too, seemed to be a big deal about drying it down. I am very disappointed.

Walmart is a joke 😒. You go in to get something it says its in stock cant find it on the shelf so you ask a associate oh thats out of stock then why does it say its in stock free pickup today. Associate just to lazy to go to the back room and look for it . Might as well close the store if they dont want to stock shelves.

Got what we needed but at checkout my digital gift card would work at self checkout, I had to grab the gal for the checkout when she went from hoping one to facing chip shelves. Then she needed a manager. 2 were standing down by customer service talking. Then one help a cashier 3 away and went right back down and started talking again. Neither checked there machine for calls and after 10 minutes (from the beginning 5 of waiting on the manager) I walked down and told them we needed them....and they still didnt get it to work. A little disappointed. It took longer to checkout then to get the items, from grocery to electronics to lawn and garden.

Jose at customer service was extremely rude!!! Was trying to make a return-with a receipt. Stood there on his phone and didnt even acknowledge to help me. Item wouldnt ring up and I told him I had my receipt right here/tags on it. Told me what do you want me to do about it. Just stood there with his arms crossed and smirked at me. Said he didnt care. He was soooo rude. Not happy with this experience and was not able to return my item?? With a receipt

Its got way more merchandise than South Walmart and the prices are cheaper than South Walmart but just like South Walmart staff is a unknowledgeable of what they even have and just downright dont care to even help you.

All aisles are blocked with boxes my cashier had to call for a member of management to help with my my purchase they never answered so I left my cart full of items $186.00 and walked out. I do not plan to shop there ever again !!!!!

Super friendly staff who went out of his way to get the help I needed and he helped me as well with the oil recycling. This is the old customer service that is wonderful to see.

Need more open check outs, not the Self check outs. Im not applying nor training for a position with the store just trying to make my purchase and head home. Try to restock the shelves instead of leaving merch on the trucks to scare people.

This walmart is a little more confusing then the rest, most have a set up that is close to to most. This walmsrt is mixed up and does NOT have a good fruit selection.

These employees need to learn what theyre there for. Got yelled at for simply asking Where are your dash-cams? A lot of employees are very snarky and dont want to be there. There was one younger male employee who is helpful every time and polite, and even bagged my groceries, this was important because Im in a back brace. Very sweet.

Went to used self check out, the employee told me one is ready for use after a customer just got done. I seen a 20 dollar bill change came off and informed her. The customers are only few feet away but she look as them leaving waiting if they will turn around. When the customers reached the first door, she went to the guy checking the receipts and watched them walked out to the main door. Then went back to her station putting the money on her counter. I guess i should have just done it myself like i wanted to be informed when i left something. I got kids with me and i expected employees to do better.

I live in a rural area more than an hour away so a trip to Walmart is always more of an expedition. I try to take advantage of the ability to order items ahead of time. This last experience was only hampered by the additional 30 minutes I had to wait at the kiosk for an associate to bring me to my items. I did not head for the store until I received confirmation that my order was ready. There was also a masks required notice on the door but I saw that I was in the minority of customers who complied.

Store aisles are always crowded with stock and blocked. Store stockers block the aisles with carts, need training for better customer service. On line shoppers are rude and block the aisles. Need to more stocking done at night, maybe Walmart just cannot hire help.

Starting to not like some of the attitude the workers are giving off. Yes I get everything in one place, but dont really need the attitude.

Low on inventory. No cashiers to check out unless demanded which I did since there were over 14 full carts waiting. Manager on duty stated she had to pull people from floor meaning not enough employee s and you have have to get ugly to demand service. Third Wal Mart in row ssame excuse. Says they need more employees but good luck applying. Sad !!! Most people are walking out and going back to.thr small town grocers. Hooray for the small business.Lets rock.the small towns, Fullerton, Aurora, central ciity and all those in between.Local butchers are equivalent in meat pricing as well.

I cant tell anyone why I hate this store, because I dont!! I can run in and get what I want and it takes just a couple of minutes; or if I feel like just shopping, I can take my time and enjoy the experience and the finds. Great Store!

I have to visit this store often since there are only two grocery stores in Grand Island. It is a necessary evil Im afraid. Many items are out of stock and associates are very seldom around to help. Being a short person, I have to ask other customers for reaching help often. Parking is also an issue. I put off going until I absolutely have to.Thought I would try the online shopping... Dont do it. This company has no idea what customer service is.

Great selection. Well stocked shelves. Items usually in place,, clean store thats always bustling. Super friendly managers here! Terry and Melanie and senior staff are amazing! Most employees are friendly and eager to help. Great vitamin selection and good selection in pet care. Produce is great, seafood is well stocked. Their wild caught tuna and salmon quality is better than anything at Hyvee or Super Saver. Nice bakery. Only negatives are Walmart radio blaring a bit loud and be ready to wait in lines at cashier, returns, and self checkout. Other than that, this is a very nice Walmart. Best of the two in Grand Island.

We went in to shop late on a Saturday afternoon. The store was busy but clean and surprisingly stocked and zoned very well. Didnt expect that because it was the weekend of Thanksgiving. We were able to purchase everything needed on our list and checkout in a short period of time. Very good shopping experience.
