In my experience over a number of years, Computer Concepts has never failed to provide extremely prompt, highly professional repair service. Their technicians are amazing, and their sales personnel extremely helpful. I have always been 100 % satisfied with their service.

Every single time I try to contact them interact with them in any formal way they dont seem to know anything about computers I always seem to find the most uneducated staff member and theyll flat out tell me sorry for my ignorance I normally dont work at this location or something to that matter. This last incident they had to put me on hold for 3 minutes because they had the first figure out what and if they did sell said item.

Called first, talked to a young man named Henry, told him I was having trouble with my iPad. He explained how they charge if necessary but that he would look at it first. Helped me fix the problem and then also helped me with what I thought was a problem with my iPhone.He was so helpful that I would recommend them to any of my friends or relatives.Thanks againReally satisfied customerClark Kalkowski

Its a place that repairs computers and electronics. But they doesnt use used parts when repairing. Which is good and bad. Its good because then if the part is new it can come with the confidence of a guaranteed warranty and knowledge of it working properly. But a used part could also come with a warranty, some variables come into play with that one. But the bad is- So parts that are used by previous owners but still function properly get thrown away, they have no purpose but are perfectly good. Its wasteful in my opinion. If the part functions properly then why cant it be used again? Think about all the materials that could be saved if we just recycled more. Everything is so expensive as it is- why not be more conscientious about helping save our planet by recycling more or at least decrease our planets rate of exhausting supplies even if it is just a small amount? Every little bit matters. Just my thoughts....
