We contacted Heiser Restorations learning about them from a friend they had repaired and upgraded a tube radio. We needed repair our jukebox. It had not worked in years. They answered our questions and gave us an estimate. Our jukebox was from 1960s and their was quite a bit of work needed. We were impressed with the quality of work they performed. We also found out they restore antiques as well as repair. We ended up purchasing a multi cade arcade unit which has over 60 old school games on it. It has brought so much joy to our family. Its turned evenings of just being couch potatoes into a little old school diner area. So we appreciated all their work with 5 stars and recommend their service without hesitation!

Heiser Restorations provided quality and Speedy repair on my pinball machine, which can be very hard to come by these days. Customer service was excellent throughout our entire experience, and the job was well done. Highly recommended for personal and business needs.

This is the first review Ive ever written. I cant stress enough to whoever reads this to think twice before using Heiserrestorations. I gave them a gas pump and $1800 (50%) to restore. I told them I wanted it done in a timely fashion as an elderly friend gave it to me and he wasnt doing well. I wanted him to see it before he passed.I was promised, not in writing, theyd get it done ASAP. Probably in 90 days max. I contacted them several times and after 90 days, the excuses started. We moved. Our help left. Or was fired. We will do our projects in order and will be caught up no later than 3 months from now. The excuses, and the lies continued. When I asked to see the pump and the progress, I was told it was in the warehouse and they refused to show me.After a year and a half of Maggies sweet little lies ( she really is very sweet with the BS) I took them to small claims court. 2 weeks before the mediation, my friend passed away. At mediation she presented a computer PowerPoint slide show that demonstrated progress. She finally took me to their business and they showed me a couple of the gas pump panels with a recent rattle can paint job and small dents and imperfections still visible. Not the two stage base coat, clear coat we agreed to. But it was progress, so I agreed to give them another 90 days to finish. At the end of the 90 days, Maggie agreed, in writing, that if they werent finished, they would return the pump and give me my $1800 back. Maggie was so relieved she asked if she could give me a hug. So sweet!90 days passed. Pump not finished! They did return the pump, unfinished and in pieces, but refused to return the money.The judge, in summary judgement, ordered them to repay the $1800. I still havent received it. The last excuse was that I just expected the project to be finished quicker than was possible!I felt I gave them every opportunity to do right by me and they just couldnt! I would advise you to find somebody else for your restoration needs.

This is a very cool local business. I stopped by and they gave me a tour of their inventory. They can restore any type of arcade game, and I hope to use them in the future to purchase a pinball machine.

Thanks to the folks at Heiser for repairing my antique FreshnD Air floor fan, just picked it up today and they did a great job. Estimate given was right on, and the price was fair. Would recommend to anyone for restoration of old equipment with issues needing repair. :)

Re: SS Pinball restore.Went over estimate, went longer than timeline, really unimpressed by the supposed professional repairs. Incomplete, unready when picking up, didnt do some of requested procedures, did unnecessary tasks... waxed over playfield protectors...? Huh? Overstated abilities... more like Sheiser restorations.Would consider learning everything there is to know about pinballs and fixing myself BEFORE EVER TAKING ANYTHING TO HEISER AGAIN...Also.. please dont assume I dont know anything about the pins or how to fix em. I do but hoped (oops) they could help me out on an SS machine while I restored a couple others EMs. So sorry you couldnt help.
