Do not recommend all-terrain service department recently had to do an insurance claim on my Polaris RZR they collected almost $10,000 total from my insurance then my deductible from me. The first time we go to collect your machine (being there for two months) we arrived to get it to notice the a arms were bent and the axle was still busted machine was filthy and the steering wheel was on backwards (that’s just to begin) They asked us if we wanted to keep our deductible and take the machine as it was 🤦🏻‍♀️ we were able to get one full ride out of the machine before it stopped running and that ride Included the brakes failing 🤦🏻‍♀️ We are another 2000 in at another shop for things that should have been caught during the 2 month stay. But they did make sure to replace all of my plastics that didn’t need to be replaced much appreciated guys 🙌🏼

We bought a brand new 2021 Indian Challenger from All-Terrain back in June 2021. They have the most amazing team working there! Michael was nice enough to take us on a test ride where we instantly fell in love with our bike. Everette helped us with purchasing the bike after. I couldn’t believe how great their customer service is. My husband said in the 20 years he’s been riding road bikes, he’s never been treated so great. Definitely worth taking a look.

Great buying experience. I called and wasn’t sure what machine I wanted was kind of back and fourth on razor vs canam, Tony gave me a good idea of what differences where between the two. He answered all of my questions and was extremely patient through out the process. Not only that BEST PART of this whole thing was there was no bogus fees. It was extremely transparent from beginning to end. They didn’t have the exactly model and color combo on the can am I wanted, they allowed me to put a deposit down and I was a little skeptical at first, but within a week the can am was there and I purchased it. I bought a new Yamaha motorcycle in Las Vegas this past June with the intention of riding it back to New York. The first service was due at 600 miles and All-Terrain Motorsports was on one of my chosen routs back home. I called them up a month ahead and explained the situation and they put their head technician Oest, directly on the phone. Oest agreed to put his other scheduled work aside and do the first service on my bike on the day it needed to be done in order to fit my schedule. All he asked in return was to write a positive Google review. The entire staff was courteous and accommodating, and the service was done in a reasonable amount of time. I definitely recommend them for sales or service if youre in the area and in need.Sorry it took so long to get this written up. Its been a crazy year to say the least.

This was by far an OUTSTANDING sales experience for my Kawasaki Versys 300 X. No need to go home feeling like you just got ‘worked over’ to get the bike you wanted. Sales team and staff were professional and knowledgeable, all packaged in a no pressure environment.

Traveled 4 hours to buy a new Yamaha Side by side in September 2019. They were the most pleasant to work with and had the best prices anywhere close to us. I also bought some accessories including new wheels and tires to go with our new machine. The machine got some use in the fall then sat most of the winter. This spring we noticed a factory defect with the tires. I made the 4 hour trip back to Grand Junction to see if they could help me with the tire issue. Daniel Oest in the service department went above and way beyond what I expected to help me resolve the problem. He was amazing to work with and extremely accommodating. Daniel took care of the issue that we were having. Everyone at All-Terrain Motorsports was friendly and treated me as if I was their best customer. This shop is just amazing. I recently bought a bike from them. Salesmen are very knowledgeable about any product that they sell. I went over to the parts counter and same thing. Everyone in parts was so willing to help and explain my options I could buy. I then walked over to service and met a couple of the techs there who might be working on my bike in the near future, and very willing to help and gave me info when I should do bigger maintenance, oil changes, and any aftermarket parts they could install. All around this shop is amazing! Keep up the good work! I will be back again to buy another machine, and this will be the only place I will get any of my services done at!

Great price. If you are a out of area buyer expect nothing and you wont be disappointed. I quess they figure you are a one time hit and you’ll never be back. Drove 7 hours from Albuquerque when I arrived my salesman couldn’t be bothered to help with the final things to do before I took possession of UTV. The guy that checked me out was great but extremely busy. I was sent down the road with no paperwork to register unit. When I called them a few days later about this was given the run around and was told thats not how it’s done in Colorado. That being said I’m in New Mexico so don’t know why they kept using Colorado as a frame of reference as how unit gets registered. Finally got them to send paperwork after I did a follow up call a week later. Got paperwork went to motor vehicle it showed I paid $16,000.00 for unit when it reality I paid $14,000.00 for unit so was on the hook for another $80.00 in sales tax. Brought this to there attention to no avail. If you don’t mind the lack of customer service and price is the main factor this is your place.

They did a good job to match the bike to me. I just got back into riding again after 10 years and they made the entry good. They understand customer loyalty. I didn’t have to ask for the package deal. They already put it together nicely for me and made it feel I was getting a deal. Good selection of gear and bikes. They do well with full service. Came here today ready to buy with thousands of dollars ready to buy a dirt bike and small ATV for my daughter but the sells associate wasnt even willing to show or offer anything. My dad wanted to buy a new ATV as well but they acted like they didnt have anything available, not even an offer to show us what they did have. Would have spent 20,000-$30,000 there today but they didnt even try. Guess they arent interested in selling right now. Guy kept saying oh there arent many of those now or youre better buying used?? What a shame.

I was looking for a motorcycle and found just what I wanted. The customer service I received was second to none. I was able to get just the bike I was looking for with all the accessories I was needing. What they didn’t have in stock they were able to order in and have me outfitted within the week. I would have been able to save $100 - $200 by going online with all of my purchases. However this was a cheap price to pay for receiving great service and having them assist me with their great knowledge and experience. I would highly recommend this business.
