We were in Grand Junction for the day when my sons phone stopped charging. We walked by this store in the mall as we were shopping, the young man behind the counter let us know he could order a part for us. When I told him we were just passing through, he offered to clean the charging port. Sure enough, that fixed it. He didnt even charge us for it. Good service!

The best guys in the whole mall. Took my iPhone 6 broke my screen they had me in and out in an hour. Very easy going! And they replaced my battery when I was told it could not be replaced by an other repair shop in town. Thanks for all you help . And for getting me in and out so fast!

I had a very positive experience at this store -- the young man helping me let me know that I didnt need to do an expensive procedure (replace an Androids screen) because it likely wouldnt fix my problem and helped me fix my problem with touchscreen sensitivity by tinkering with the phone. He was very patient and persistent. I received excellent, trustworthy service.

Took my iPhone 5c to have a cracked screen. They fixed it in an hour and it worked fine for 5 days. The fixed phone in an otter box case resting on the table and the screen cracked. The touch screen wouldnt recognize touch. High tides wont warranty their work because there was physical damage. Now I have to pay for somewhere to fix it.Update 5/30/2017- I was contacted by the manager to come in and see if a solution could be made. The manager acknowledge the cracked screen but couldnt find an installation error. As a result, the fixed the screen again for a small fee. It has been over a week and the phone works. I appreciate their customer service in trying to work with their customers.

I went in got a new battery for my iPhone. Took it home and it didn’t hold the charge so I took it back and they replaced it with a “new” one. Took it home again and my iPhone told me that the battery needed replaced again. That being said they were kind in the establishment however I will never go back to them.

I took my phone to have the fracked screen repaired. Now it doesnt recognize when Im touching it and I have to keep restarting my phone. I realized the issue while still in the mall and they fixed it. Now 2 days later its still doing it. I called yesterday and they told me its common and that my screen is defective. If its common why did they not fix it immediately when I brought it back instead of waiting for me to call? I now have to drive from Denver back to high tides to get my screen repaired. Not happy

I bought a beautiful phone case here with no protection(or at least I was told that)...yet it actually is more protective then an Otter Box

Despite telling me a case was otterbox, otterbox advertisement in the windows, and otterbox listed on the receipt, I came home to discover that they had sold me a very expensive knockoff phone case lacking logo, serial number, and patent information. Does a disservice to small business in Grand Junction - next time Ill order from Amazon!

Horrible customer service! I called this establishment asking for a quote on a broken iPhone 6 screen. They told me it would cost over $190 after tax to fix it. Which is understandable but I was rated at another store a repair for only $120. When I asked them if they could price match the man became rude and hung up on me. Wow.... Im amazed at the lack of respect for potential customers...

We took my daughters phone here for a cracked screen in January and they broke the whole phone. They did give her one of the other phones that they had there. Unfortunately even though they did try to make it right, that phone is not only degraded version of her iphone that she had, but it sucks. They did try to make it up, so for customer service I really think that they tried. But dont say you can do something you cannot.

I will say the screen protectors are a pretty decent deal. I think they are $20 and they replace them for 5 dollars if it gets messed up however it used to be free. Their used phones are a rip off. Look on craigslist!!! I found a used galaxy s5 in better condition on craigslist than the one in high tides for $200 cheaper. Or buy insurance for your phone in the first place. Its about 5-10 dollars a month and worth it if youre accident prone or if youre worried about breaking your phone.

High Tides Accsessories is one of the places, actually the only place Ill go to get a case or my phone fixed. The station in the hallway of the mall, next to the store, Im really happy about. I find it AWESOME that they make custom cases! I asked if I could get one with Madoka Kaname from Puella Magi Madoka Magica on it and they did! It only took a few minutes, but around the price of $35. They put them on shock absorbent cases and the quality is really nice! I love it! I highly recommend it for people who are looking for their first case for a phone!

Complete s***. My Gorilla glass came back with air bubbles and already was pulling in 2 days waste of $60 I would suggest staying away and pouring from Verizon store or other reliable retailers

RUDE...asked about for a type of phone...since not a typical popular phone told no case for hone. Funny found one there 2 month prior for my daughters phone. Didnt want to help. Cared more about the younger people in store.
