Copy Copy helps you with so many things. I use their fax system when something needs to go quickly and its cost is very reasonable. They have a wonderful staff who are willing to help you. They have so many things beside copies and wonderful service restoring old photos and also do passport photos. I have used them for years!

I love this place. I suggest using their portal on their website to send your projects ahead of time. Less waiting.

I have used this place multiple over the years, they have a lot of different options and services(one including a notary)...2 computers for customer use, copiers, paper cutters, staplers....they will literally do anything you need or ask of em if it involves printing it😎, I say that because I have had them do custom stuff that was not even offered on their list and for a price, theyll figure it out

I emailed a detailed request. They responded that they could better help me if I came in. I came in and waited and waited until the single employee could see me. She was not much help and I seemed to know more about my choices than she did. Finally decided a simple copy on a machine that she didnt have time to work with right then would work (large paper).I emailed the image and size, referring to my in person conversation in the email. I never heard back. Frustrating, as they came recommended.

I sent a one page letter by email to be printed while in the store. The print out was fine. B/W, reg. paper. It was a Sunday so I was glad they were open. But the cost was $1.15. I strongly advise going elsewhere where the cost for this service is less than 20 cents. No big, but baffling.

Love it. Im not tech savvy, so when I needed to fill out paperwork thatd been emailed to me, and send it back. I went to copy copy and they walked me thru the whole thing for just a couple dollars.

Terrific place for anything to do w/paper and documents...in-color or B/W reproduction, down-seizing drawings, making posters, printing photos from the internet and restoring old family pictures.

As always, this staff is superb. They are friendly, accommodating and supportive. Every business should be so lucky.

This store is amazing. I was in there tonight and had to pick up some invites for my 8 year olds birthday. Danica helped me and she was extremely friendly, professional and used true customer service to ensure my experience was enjoyable. I feel that customer service is becoming a thing of the past and Danica gave me some hope! 10 stars!

I was getting a large 18x24 print made. I was told it would be ready that Friday and it wasn’t, I paid extra to have the picture improved and when they finally sent the proof it was not improved and I had to go back in to show them what was already written on the picture. I called against couple days later to find out when the picture would be ready and they told me in about an hour so a couple hours later I started heading over to pick it up when I got a call telling me that they didn’t have the black board I ordered and didn’t know when they would get it so I went ahead and just took the white just to be done with the whole mess... I’ve spent a lot of money here over the past couple years and never had problems but after this frustrating experience I will look for another place .

I am an artist and I had a portrait I needed photocopy. The copy was so perfect it was hard to recognize it from the original. They have an excellent choice of papers, they are professional and will not let you go with anything you do not like and it is absolutely affordable every time. Best service experience in town by far.

I ordered yard signs they said we will have to send them out. I paid and waited no one called. I called them a week later they said we will call you when there done and I waited and called back a few days later. Come to find out that they never sent the order out and then tried to give me a hard time for a return. They just seem very unorganized. I went with them cause they were local print shop next time I’ll just go to Office Depot.

This company is about money. Not rectifying situations. Situations that are/were not worded or appropriately explained. Benefiting poorly. Its horrible to see their form of rectifying, is to argue and not reach a solution. I always thought they were great til today. Disqusting.

I have worked with this company to do my wedding invites. I am a very particular person, I kept changing things and the staff was amazing. No matter what changes i made it was always done in a timely manor and they were very professional and got it the way i wanted and liked, weather it be changing fonts or adding stuff in, or taking stuff out.

As a graphic designer I expect at least to have something decent once printed which they couldnt do. Service customer is extremely bad after explaining that they forgot to print one of artworks they just did not take care of that while trying to blame their coworkers. If you need something custom cut dont even go there not sure how they manage to do it so crocked.

Terrible, the first copy failed to print well enough to use as the shipping label I had printed and purchased. Then I went in for another copy. I had brought $2 bucks and couldn’t afford it so after an unexpected and crapy argument I was kindly asked to take the new copy and leave. Thank you I still need the cutter and tape🙁

This place is ridiculous!! Only for faxing 8 pages (single sided) they charged me $13.02! After being charged, Jordan the girl that works there tells me..”well if you would of faxed more than 10 pages, we would of only charged you $1 for each page” YOU SERIOUS?? Why didn’t you tell me?? In that case I would of faxed some other pages I had. So unprofessional she responds, “well I didn’t know” but you work there how can you not know?? NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!

Over priced and unwilling to work with small businesses (large portion of businesses here in GJ). I compare prices every single time, and every time I have gotten way cheaper prices at Precision Printing down on Colorado Ave. not even a comparison...

My first impression was how super nice the employees are...but the experience of getting work done does not rely on niceness. It relies on being able to multi-task. I stopped in over 3 days to see if my poster was printed. Apparently we cant put one job on the machine while were running copies on the others. The prices are over 100% higher than online services...so if youre going to make me wait 3 days for a poster...my business will not be yours. #FAIL

I appreciate being able to send things by email to be printed. The service can be a little slow if the line is long, but they offer a good services, are open reasonable hours and have a good location.

Every experience Ive had there has been friendly and effective.

All i wanted was small color pictures printed one photograph per page, like stationary with a picture on it, regular paper. They wanted to charge me over $10 just to OPEN a program like Word, let alone printing and paper charges. Its a simple thing, open Word and paste the picture and print it. It shouldnt be more than printing an entire page of color pictures. Very dissapointed.

Well, I sadly have to agree with those here who find this store incompetent. IF you want simple copies, they are great - helpful and nice. But if you want serious printing done, go to a print shop. These kids have no idea what they are doing. We had one do half our logo upside-down (it was a bell, kind of obvious how it should be); we have had them cut borders off our labels. We have had them change the colors of the label, without warning. Recently, my sister was treated so rudely on the phone, she hung up. I think there are several students who work here part-time, and their brains are not in the job. Do not work with Kyle. Savannah is very good. If you have anything complex/important for a business, just do yourself a favor and go to a real print shop.

Don’t go at lunch time!Halfway through helping me with my order, the guy asked someone else to take over so he could go get lunch. The lady that took over seemed like a great help at first but seemingly became tired of trying to help me figure out how to make what I needed work.I told her the size would not work. She insisted it would. Then the lunch came and they were all wanting to eat and it felt like she just wanted me to leave. So I took the prints ... which are too big as I told her ....And don’t ask them to cut anything for you!!There is a less than sharp cheap cutter on counter that leaves your edges ragged.Never again will I return.Huge disappointment!

The employees here are extremely unprofessional and rude. The girl didnt say hi or anything to me. When I told her what I needed, she rolled her eyes. She came back and told me the total and didnt say thank you or anything. I thanked her and she just turned and walked away. I will never go here again.

I went in to have memorial shirts made of my family member who passed away tragically and encountered a manager with the most rude and unprofessional attitude ever. She was yelling at me and got me mixed up with someone else. I couldnt believe she was doing this. I just wanted a shirt. I was quoted wrong prices on the phone prior. And to boot last year for my fathers memorial shirts the business messed up on our orders. Wow. Will not be returning thats do sure.

I was honestly shocked at lack of professionalism on the part of the staff. I cant speak to the final product as I am still waiting for them to finish the order, but I will never give them my business again. One young woman at the front desk seemed so strangely clueless and lethargic I could swear she was on something! She really has no business being there to help customers.They acted like taking my order was a chore and have been very difficult to communicate with. I usually like to support local businesses, but Copy Copy Grand Junction doesnt deserve the support.

Ridiculously expensive. $2.00 for the first page, and $1.50 for all other pages. Complete rip-off, taking advantage of those who need to fax things but dont have a fax machine. It hardly costs anything to fax something. I remember it being just .10 at least a year or two ago, now theyre profiteering off of a very cheap service.

This place is extremely over priced . They wanted to charge me $10 JUST to scan something and another 23$ to print it and it’s only 2 ft by 2 ft ‘

NOT RECOMMENDED!!! I went in o get a logo revised and for weeks later and after several attempts to get emails or calls back still did not get logo revised as requested. I had to go in personally to even speak to someone. Highly unprofessional. I waited to post a review hoping to get a call back from Manager or Owner and was not treated with respect when I went in to get copy of my logo. They have one girl who does the graphic work not a professional I knew more graphic lingo and verbalized more concern than she was able to communicate. They may be able to do copies faxing and other basic services but dont recommend them to do any design work.

This is where I get all my professional graphics and artwork printed. Never had any problems.
