The on floor inventory is intentionally narrowed and the physical location is significant as a delivery point for website orders. TSC has a unique specialization of product ranges and focus. Bought a wood stove on line for curbside pick up. My wife got there and had to wait 45 min. and then had to go in to the store and get the stove her self and then load it. After getting it home half the parts where missing. Call Tractor Supply and was told to call the manufacturer. So there customer service is VERY VERY POOR.

The store itself is ok, but never do an online order for same day pick up and expect to get your items. Not once have I ever placed an order online where at least one item wasnt cancelled because it wasnt in stock even though the website said it was. There is very obviously inventory management problems and it is exceptionally frustrating to place order after order and be told every time something (or everything) has been cancelled. Lesson learned. Im never shopping at the store online again, and unless I cant get what I want anywhere else, Im going to avoid the store at all costs.

Really underestimated, should be a weekly go to if you have a fixer upper at home, a pet, or a yard. Full size vehicle trailers, wheel borrows, dog food, rabbit food, bird seeds, clothing, rocking chairs, tires, fireplaces, smokers. Small gifts, books, and the best helpful staff!

The staff at our Tractor Supply Co. are always friendly and helpful every time Ive shopped there. Theyve helped me select fruit trees, return a lawn mower I bought online, and even offered to carry a 50-pound bag of pet food for me from the back to the register (I used a cart instead because I had more shopping to do, but its the thought that counts.)

Awesome company! They sell good products for a great price. They have amazing dog food that I cant find everywhere else in town. 4 Health. Freedom rings at this store as they know there job is to sell products, not police masks. They know the Governors mandate and post the info but ultimately know the decision is their customers. Ill forever be a customer for companies like this.

I absolutely adore this store! They always seem to have what I need! I also love the workers! A young gentleman by the name of Nathan helped me the other day and he was an absolute doll! He knew exactly what he was talking about, if you go in there I’d definitely ask for him! I did try to get help from another worker there, I didn’t get her name but she is short and blonde and she couldn’t seem to find the time to help me out. All well one bad seed shouldn’t ruin the pot! Definitely recommend coming to this tractor supply!

Nice big store, everyone is friendly

They do not enforce the mask policy here. Customers walk around the store maskless, ignore the masks at the door, and do not follow social distancing. The employees ignore it. I will shop elsewhere.

Looks like they still require masks so I will shop at Ace Hardware where people are free to wear or not wear.

I was interested in an amp gauge for a ford 8n tractor. The website said that the product was in stock and that it would be available for pickup same day. after placing the order i recieved an email stating my order was cancelled. i contacted the store and was rudely told that the website doesnt always have accurate information and that i would have to re order it. When i asked how that was possible when the website says its in stock i was told to just figure it out myself. So i guess ill pay more through another supplier and have to wait for shipping rather than picking it up locally, which is the whole reason i shop at tractor supply.

Even though I live in the city and no longer own a farm, I always enjoy going into country supply stores. Im being generous by giving them a 4 star rating. If you want 5 stars youll have to go to Murdochs. I wont go into the reasons why, but if you visit both places youll know.

Meh. Customer service is undewhelming. The store is very clean. This is a good place for standard tools and farm supplies at a reasonable price.

Good store. We stop in to get sand blasting medium and various other tools. We got a few gardening things on our last trip. I was a bit disappointed they didnt have any pots, like clay pots or anything like it. But otherwise its a great farm supply store. Has cloths, shoes/boots, kayaks, chicks in the spring, feed for all, seeds, tools, trailers, home type books and magazines, and much much more.

The staff is always so awesome here.. Very friendly.. I prefer to buy my baby chicks here, because unlike Murdochs they keep them away people so they are not handled. I have bought babies here the last 3 years and have yet to lose any.. They always carry the feed I need for my animals and if they dont they always ask if I want them to order.. Great place.

Great franchise, but good luck getting propane! Tried 3 times now with no success. 1st time I came in they told me they stop dispensing 1 hour before closing. Lesson learned. Came the 2nd time 2 HOURS before closing. Said the propane guy was not there, even though the guy that told me was the same person who filled them before, AND I could see another worker wandering at the back of the store (lazy?). The 3rd time I tried beating them to the punch and called early afternoon. I was told they just ran out. OF COURSE THEY DID! They hung up on me after I asked them the going rate for next time. 3 strikes and youre out! Love the franchise, but not that store in GJ.

Dollar Store for Guys and Tools!They carry a lot of tools and a lot more of tools. In this case you get what you pay for. Prices are amazing, they have a selection of bargain basement up to middle range. They seem to always have a selection of 2 to 3 items that are free with coupons. Quite a few of the BB products wont last under any sort of hard use, so shop at your own risk. If you are a savvy shopper you will find many bargains and if you are a shopper you are going to be frustrated. The employees are all friendly and more than willing to help, which reflects on the management. I enjoy shopping theŕlre haveing always felt welcomed and even though I ask several questions the guys dont roll there eyes up and walk away discussed. Everyone knows a woman can not miss an sale, even me.

This is a great location. I use it mainly for horse related items which they have lots of. Prices are good I love TSC.

Doesnt matter if youre a man or woman shopping here. Staff is friendly and ever so helpful. Pet food prices are some of the best in town.

I needed a 30 pound propane tank refilled and they were the only place open after 7pm. Not only did they have a good price, but they had a drive-through station in back so that I didnt even have to remove the tank from my RV, and both of the people I spoke with were knowledgeable and friendly. I usually look for Mom and Pop stores whenever I need something, but services like that is invaluable when traveling, and so few cater to the unique needs of RVers. Ill be looking for Tractor Supply stores as I travel.

We needed a 100 gallon Rubbermaid stock tank. They had one in the back but was cracked almost the whole way through. We talked to the front and they told us to place an order online with pick up at the store. We waited a week for it to come in and when we went to pick it up it was the same cracked tank. It took over 3 weeks to get a non broken one ordered and it. There was a lot of getting the run around when calling to check if it was in. This store is great if they have what you need. If you have to online order and ship to store I hope you have better luck than us. The outside back area is also super trashed. Looks like they don’t care about throwing packing material or broken items away or even having any organization.

Wide variety of items carried for everyone in Grand Junction/Fruita area. Prices are reasonable and store is very clean and always staffed adequately. Customer service at checkout is top notch!

I bought 3 chicks from animal swap one of which ended up a rooster and was told they had been vaccinated. Come to find out they were not and were infected with Mareks disease so unfortunately had to have them put down. I called to let tractor supply know and I spoke with the manager Bri she thought it was appropriate to laugh at my sorrow to having my pets killed. She also said Im not the first to call and complain about being lied to about vaccinations and sick animals. I cant believe they are supporting a business of selling sick animals and ensuring they are up to date on shots.

They usually have what we need for our dog theyre courteous their kind and they have no problem helping you whenever you need it.

Convienient and the service is good. Selection is good. But less and less of what I buy for the farm is considered tax exempt by their system. Going to have to start driving a little farther for anything farm related so I can use my ag tax exemption on ag purchases.

There are many items competitively priced, bought my.irrigation pump here and it was the best I could find for the price. Chicks and ducks are cheaper than murdocks, boot selection is ok, but a little pricey.
