Valley Wide was great. It is worth the wait if you want quality. They sent 2 sub contractors to do the job. We love the final product.We had a little bit of an issue in scheduling but all worked out ok.It would have been good to get the mounting brackets for the beams prior to building out deck that the pergola was to attach to.Installers showed up and worked professionally and quickly. Our 14 x 36 two section pergola was installed in 6 hours.We now have space that was not useable for many years due to sun.It all worked out well in the end and as noted,we love the final product!

We wanted to add a patio fence to enhance the street appeal to the front of our house and many of the residents in our subdivision recommended ValleyWide. We called and, to our surprise, they had a sales representative available the same day to give us an estimate. Jesse was awesome! The HOA declined our first request, but Jesse was undeterred. The HOA supplied us with an alternative plan, which was an iron patio fence, instead of the vinyl that was actually the material in the CCR’s. We really wanted that instead and Jesse again came through with a timely estimate. The time frame for installation was great! Then we were privileged to work with Chad and his crew. They installed the fence and gate beautifully and so fast! We were so excited! Neighbors walking by have given us so many compliments! ValleyWide even stopped by yesterday to make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely use this company in the future to help us with some backyard enhancements. Highly recommend them!

We are beyond satisfied with the fence and gates that Valleywide installed at our house. Prior to the start of the project we worked with Dan - he was quick to provide a detailed bid and was also very accessible when we had questions. We had Valleywide come out to give us a quote on replacing our deck. They seemed very friendly and responsive initially, however they never provided us with a quote after reaching out to our representative on numerous occasions. I even talked with a boss who said they would have the representative call and never heard back. Dont waste your time with unresponsive service.

The install crew was very conscientious and courteous. They worked very hard through the coldest part of the winter. We had a very challenging side that was full of tree roots and frozen ground. Valleywide put in my pergola this month. The estimate was prompt, and I absolutely love the pergola, it feels like I have added another room to my house, looks great! The sun coverage is fantastic. I was also impressed with the responsiveness and customer service. There were some questions I needed answered, and the response from Blue was very prompt and thorough. When my pergola was only up a week, there was a small issue with one of the louvers. Chad immediately came and replaced it, and then Chris came back to do a walkthrough. Valley Wide fence was absolutely amazing. They came out the same day I called for an estimate to measure and got me the estimate within 24 hours of coming out. They were patient and helpful as we shopped around, but they remained the most reputable, professional, and helpful fencing companies in Mesa County. They even came out the day we closed on our new construction property to put up a temporary fence for our dog, as they were a few weeks out in putting up the fence. They even took into consideration that I have a 90 pound German Shepherd and put up a temporary fence that would provide him with plenty of room. When they came out to put up the fence the employees were very helpful and kind. They walked through everything and got it put in and completed in just days. Their work was absolutely flawless and even after the fence was up they still checked in to make sure everything looks great. Seriously couldn’t recommend this company more! They stand behind their work and do amazing at their jobs.

Valley wide was very responsive to our needs building a new home from 250 miles away and working with our landscaper. They set the post early in process so landscaper could work and then came back at perfect time when edge rock was being laid to put the slats into place. We called to have an estimate for a pergola and we able to set an appointment rather quickly. Daniel came our was very personable yet professional. He walked us through our options and helped us to pick the right size pergola for our patio as well as our budget. We were put on the schedule for 4 to 6 weeks from the time of quote. Lost a down payment check I duly sent in to them in July then 9 months later come after us for the problem their own secretary caused when she said it was not there and then later told me it was in with all the mail she had not gone through. Fence itself has gaps under it and dog has escaped. Never would ask them to work here again

I researched several companies and Valleywide was the highest rated, and I agree 100%. They are exceptionally responsive and the quality of the fence is very high. We have a difficult yard (very uneven with sloping sides) but they spent time to ensure that the fence was even. It looks beautiful. After completing the job, they did a walkthrough with us to make sure we were happy. And they came back twice to adjust a gate that wasn’t perfect..... but now it is. I couldn’t be happier.
