Needed an assessment and possibly a minor repair in order to close the sale of a house. The company sent a tech out promptly; he assessed it and made a quick repair. I went in to pay for the service call and was told, No charge. Our guys were only there five minutes. Couldnt believe it! No contractor in this valley DOESNT charge for service calls, no matter how quick they are. Im getting ready to replace my garage door openers and the garage doors on my home. Ill be calling this company again!

GREAT COMPANY. Not only do they say what they do, they do what they say. Brian went above and beyond in overseeing that the installation was performed in an extremely professional manner. His installation crew (Josh) was unbelievable. Just one man, removed both original garage doors and installed BOTH new doors in just a matter of a few hours. I cannot say enough positive comments about the installation, and if youve never met or had the honor of Josh working on your doors, you have missed out watching a true professional work with his hands and his mind.The finished product and look my older home has undergone is phenomenal. They did excellent work. 3 hours 2 garage doors. Friendly and knowledgeable guys who installed. Got 5 quotes from other businesses, the owner/manager Brian great, honorable and friendly guy. I dont do reviews often, but when investing in garage doors its not a $20 purchase. I will refer all my friends and believe me or not atleast get a quote you wont regret it. Great Service, saved us a ton of money. Thought spring was bad on our large overhead door. Other companies said we needed new spring, very expensive. Quality came out and fixed it in 20 minutes. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I had a spring break on one of my garage doors, I called Quality Garage Doors at 4:29pm and by 6:10 that evening they had replaced the spring and got my garage door opener to work again. Fantastic customer service as they were busy but knew I could not get my vehicles out of the garage with the spring broken so they came over right away. Highly recommend this company.

After opening my garage door one recent afternoon I realized that the door would not shut. The people at Quality Garage Doors came to my house within 10 minutes of me calling and stayed until my garage door was fixed even though it was very late in the afternoon. Thought I was having a problem with garage door, especially with noise. Called Quality Garage Doors...made an appointment to have someone check. Garrett showed up on time and checked everything out to be sure that all was working properly with no maintenance necessary. Thank you Garrett for your service and professional advice!

Disappointed with their installation. They had 2 visits to measure, they said everything was fine. Come installation time, the openers did not fit. They had to modify the openers, they had to remove the light fixtures. The units were way noisier than one of the other non modified openers. I gave them the chance to make it right by intalling wall mounted openers but they chose to remove their openers and leave us to fix the situation ourselves. We installed wall mounted Openers. They dont take care of their customers or responsibility for their mistakes.
