Big sign about a Clearence but nothing is marked in the store. You have to ask about the sales. Sounds like a perpetual sale which in reality is not a sale at all. Prices are 30% more than a year ago. Pretty ridiculous inflation there.

Horrible customer service. Order took around two weeks to get. They say seven business days but it was eleven calendar. Was wrong size. Did not respond to customer service email. Did respond to poor review. Then failed to provide return label for shipping. Have tried two more times to contact via email as I work nights. No response. Worthless company. Get your hats elsewhere. Never again. Update. Public complaints illicit responses faster than replying to customer service emails. They are now refunding 17.11 of the twenty five I paid. Never again. Im sure in store is probably safe but online hasnt been pleasant

I drove over an hour to get to get to lids today and have some hats made for work. I have been coming here for years. I will never return. The store manager was extremely rude and you have lost my business. Whatever you do, do not have Cathy help you. I am so disappointed what a waste of time. It took over an hour for me to get refunded as they did not want to help me. I was told less than 30 minutes to have the hats embroidered after 2 hours I had watched customers who came after me get helped and out the door. NEVER AGAIN!
