I had an amazing experience at Red Rock Hyundai. I had been searching everywhere for the perfect vehicle everywhere and Dylan made it happen! I told him everything that I wanted in a car and he found the perfect fit! I know own a new Hyundai Kona 2022! Not only did he find the perfect car for me but also at a reasonable price and also thanks to Mike in financing for sealing the deal!

I drove over an hour to get to this dealership to check out Hyundai Konas. I’d been chatting with Layne Dingman electronically and he was ready to meet with me when I arrived and test drive a Kona. I was thankful that he noticed I was wearing a mask and put one on himself, first great thing about him. As he looked for keys for a new Kona I chatted with Arb the floor/sales manager. He also wrote a mask and chatted with me about the benefits of Hyundai vehicles. Then we test drive a 2022 Kona - woooo weeee, what fun!!! We brought that car back and I happened to park next to a 2019 orange Kona (my favorite color). The brand new Kona deal didn’t work out but then I test drove the 2019 one. She flew as well! That deal did work for me. As I’d driven a car to GJ - I couldn’t drive my new Kona back by myself. Except Layne and a service guy (sorry, I can’t remember his name) stepped up and went above & beyond. They drove my other car & a dealership car over an hour so I could drive my new, exciting Kona home. Next great thing about Layne. Everyone there was great, no high pressure then they got me better financing than I was already prequalified for. It was a pleasure working with them all. There are so many bells and whistles on my new ride - I’m just SO happy with my purchase. It’s everything I wanted - and it’s orange. You should go see Layne & Arb at Red Rick Hyundai. If you see an orange Kona fly by you on the highway - it’s probably me. LOL. 🤣

He was great at explaining everything to me and answering questions honestly. My experience was perfected by him getting me into something that hit all the marks on my checklist. I live in Florida but will gladly come to this business for my next vehicle! Big thanks to the technicians as well. I wasn’t sure what was up with the interior bad odor in my Palisade. I looked up why the SUV smelled and I found all this information about the headrests having odor issues.My technician checked it out right away. I had said I just want 7 new headrests. It wasn’t the headrests it’s the cabin air filter. They fixed it in 15 minutes and my car smells great.Also I bought my SUV at Utah dealership that could not get me in for an appointment until October 6. Red Rock Hyundai service department got me in right away. I’ll be taking my business to them for now on.

NO SPARE TIRE OR JACKMy husband and I bought the loaner 21 Sante Fe. We got home and realized there was no spare tire or jack. I talked to Josh, salesman, he said he would look for a jack. He showed me canister of air to fill the flat tire and gave me the lug nut key. The finance guy said, Some cars dont have spare tires. Yes, MY car did not have one! I looked at all the cars in the lot and every car had spares under the rear cargo area. Art, the manager, said, I stand behind my sales team. So why, or what is he hiding? the spare tire and jack? I get a lot of positive comments on my Sante Fe. I say thank you, and DO NOT BUY A CAR AT RED ROCK HYUNDAI in Grand Junction, youre better off driving to Denver you will get a spare tire with the deal.

WORST SERVICE IVE LITERALLY EVER HAD - EVER! SO BAD IN FACT THAT IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR REVIEW, THAT WOULD BE MY FIRST CHOICEJust got off the phone with Lindsey after 4 more days of lack of response and now were 2+ additional days out yet again even though my car has been in their shop since literally July 13th and was told it would be done weeks ago, then a week ago, then this week, now next week, etc...Their customer service is so poor they pretend that past employees quit and thats how they pass the buck for lack of communication (aka Michael), then they set inaccurate expectations set just them and get you off the phone & their back, and then they go as far as to dodge you when they dont have an answer based on their prior expectations that they set for themselves! WHAT A SHAM! I have many more photos of texts dating back to July 19th all with the same runaround and no one wants to take accountability! TOTAL DISGRACE and yet here I am still with no car after nearly 120 days of waiting. My patience is wearing thin!!!

The service center here is quite amazing. I was in need of a major procedure for my car with the closest Hyundai dealership over 120 miles away. I worked with the amazing Lindsey. Lindsey was able to arrange a tow from my house over 120 miles away to their location in Grand Junction. After the estimate, I was told it might be a lengthy amount of time before the service could be completed and was offered a complimentary ‘loaner’ car to use while they made progress towards fixing my car. When my car was ready, I was able to pick up from Lindsey without any hassle and was out of there in 10 minutes tops. I highly recommended the Red Rock Hyundai in Grand Junction! Ask for Lindsey!!

After dealing with kissner motors a very shady place . I was in a bad position. I had just bought a 2017 Ford explorer from kissner. Not even a year of owning it and the transmission and flex plate went out. It was an estimated 6000 for repairs. My fiancé and I decided we did not want to put that much moneyinto it. I was super upside down in the explorer but decided to stop into Hyundai and just kinda browse. I met Bryan Ingram. He was a wonderful sales man to work with. I am far from easy to please and I know exactly what I want. However the situation I was in also was not easy. Bryan took the time and patience to find me a car that fit all my needs and wants. He manged to get me out of the explorer and into a dependable, SUPER FAST AND FUN suv. The Hyundai Santa fe 2.0!If you want to have an easy laid back and most of all fun buying experience... please stop Into Red Rock Hyundai . Not to mention the FOREVER WARRANTY !!!

Superior service and thanks so much. Traveling in area and had an urgent need to repair the door lock system.Cody in the Parts Department found the correct part quickly and double checked everything.Michael scheduled the service technician and made sure everything was moving as quickly as possible so I could get to a conference in Denver.The service technician performed the work quickly and went further than I anticipated to make sure the old part couldn’t be reprogrammed. I didn’t get the service tech’s name but please forward my thanks to him upon receiving this review.Overall, highly recommended professional organization dedicated to their customers.

Stephen our salesmen was awesome to work with. Not too pushy, but very informative. The only downfall about the whole experience was how long it took us in the financing department. If youre going to be there on a Saturday go early, as it seems they only had one person in financing.

This car buying Process has been a pain!!! Until we met Stephen at Red Rock Hyundai. We are located in Durango and had a couple deals slip out of our hands.. as soon I found my dream car. Stephen did everything possible to make me feel comfortable buying a car unseen. Thankfully they were nice enough to let a family member, in the area, check the car out for me. My girlfriend had purchased a brand new vehicle from there last month. The process was great. We had spotted a very noticeable gash on the driver side door that is through the clear coat and through the paint. We had made it clear that we wanted this taken care of seeing how this was a brand new car with 8 miles on it. We had worked with SHANNON and we had her sign a paper that Hyundai would take responsibility for the damage and get it fixed properly. After several weeks of trying to get work scheduled you finally get them to agree to do the work. What would require sanding of the door respraying and blending into the adjacent panel, they only did a sloppy job of smearing touch up paint on the gouge. Now the only reason we wanted to make sure this was taken care of properly before we signed is because I knew this was about a $700ish repair on a brand new vehicle. Not only were we lied to probably hoping that we’d just drop it they have been dodgy, not taking calls and did poor work to try and fix the problem. I would ask anyone that works there if your mother, wife, daughter, grandmother was treated this way if you would feel good about this situation. I hope we can get a response to resolve this situation in the way it was promised by the salesman and sales manager before we ever drove the car off the lot.

My mom just recently purchased a Highlander from James Smith Allen and the entire experience felt personally crafted and intimate. Right off the bat he listened to everything she needed and wanted, and worked to get her the best deal. He was friendly and joked around, made mom and I feel right at home. Red Rock Hyundai provided me with the WORST experience Ive ever encountered with a car dealership.After inquiring about the availability of one of their vehicles online, the salesman (Marty) called me and invited me to go to the dealership to check it out. After 30 minutes of taking down my information and talking about my price range I finally asked him to show me the vehicle. Instead of bringing up the car that I wanted to see, he brought a different vehicle -- one that was newer and much more expensive. After tauting about how wonderful the vehicle was and how it would be a much better fit for me, I finally asked him the price. He nonchalantly said, Oh its low teens. I dont remember exactly. (This statement either makes him a incompetent salesman or a liar). This was clearly out of my price range and he knew this based on the discussion that we had just had...but he didnt care, he wanted to make more money. I eventually told him to just bring me the vehicle that I came to see.I ended up purchasing vehicle that I initially went to look at. It was disgustingly dirty, had a very cracked window, and reeked of cigarette smoke. He assured me that they would clean & detail the vehicle as well as fix the window, which necessitated a rental for a couple days. At the end of four days of waiting I told him to just drop the vehicle off at my work because that should have been more than enough time to complete what hed said they would do. As he dropped it off and gave me the keys he informed me as he left that they didnt replace the window and because of that, they didnt do any of the cleaning/detailing because We have a policy that we do not detail before all mechanical work has been completed. (Apparently replacing a windshield is considered mechanical work even though it can be done without even entering the vehicle).This vehicle didnt make it 8 hours off the lot before the check engine light came on and went into limp mode because of a knock sensor!!Brought it back after the weekend and they wouldnt cancel the purchase because the loan had already gone through and there was nothing they could do. So I had to trade it for another vehicle, losing money while they made another commission off of me. There were even more issues after that but I think Ive made my point...If youre not buying a vehicle thats brand new, DO NOT go to Red Rock Hyundai! They treated me like sh*t and I would not wish that horrible experience on even my worst enemy.

New tech was very friendly. I had oil change and 4 point inspection which I purchased when I bought my car and it wasnt cheap. Also needed fuel line flush. Patty use to go through all points with me to reassure everything was done, new guy did not. Other customers got a complementary car wash I know because he told them when he handed them their keys. They are suppose to wash my car as apart of my service package, they did not. The young man was very knowledgeable and a nice guy. I know it was Saturday and they were getting ready to close but that is no excuse. They do a good job but this experience left me feeling alittle underapprecated especially since I spent an extra $270 for the fuel line flush.

I had to get my engine replaced after an internal failure after just literally spending $700 to get it fixed from my alternator going out. So I was pretty stressed when I called them. I had my vehicle serviced and asked for specific tests run. When I got my car back and the paperwork it didn’t go over what they did or what was going on with my vehicle. Not only that but when I got my car back my gas was empty. The people were nice but I truly felt scammed out of my money.

Our experience buying our Subaru Forrester was Initially a good one. We really enjoyed how Marty was wasn’t pushy about the sale and made it a simple process. Would do business with Red Rock Hyundai again. We’re also thankful that we were able to get a good APR thanks to Anthony.Window Chip Repair ....When we purchased our car, the agreement was to do a windshield chip repair. It took 2 hours to get the windshield chip repair done. It’s clear to see it looks worse and larger as well as there fingerprints on it now. Which makes the chip look larger and more visible, due to it now looking Cloudy, possibly because it was touched before it was fully cured. Also we can still feel the chip in it. This picture doesn’t show how bad it really looks. When we notified them of this we were told we can go back and they can clean it, but basically it is what it is.We are very disappointed with the Quality of work.

Terrible experience here. I had made an appointment with Kaete about a vehicle I seen on their website. In her text she said she had the car I was interested in. Drove all the way from Delta to get there and be told the car isn’t there! Layne told me they DONT KNOW where it is. First red flag. Second red flag, they took me for a test drive in a filthy car. Stains on the seats, mud on the floor mats, greasy feeling steering wheel and expected me to take that car home that night. When I said I would need to sleep on it and give it some thought, Layne made me feel visibly uncomfortable by really trying to make me take home a dirty car that I didn’t even want. At the very end, I felt like I needed to console him for not buying the car which was again, very uncomfortable. The next day I get a text from Kaete again saying that they have the car I originally wanted again. She sends me the details on it in an email and the price in the email is a lot more expensive than the price that they are advertising it for on their website. Third red flag!I get that this is how you guys make a living so I’m not mad at anyone, just mad at the tactics car dealerships use to get people into their lots so they can try and move inventory. I understand but I don’t want to give my money to a business that lies to its customers. Nothing against you guys, you’re just representatives but I don’t trust red rock Hyundai and I will just wait until tax time and buy a vehicle out right from a private party instead.

Our sales guy Marty was AMAZING; he was polite and enjoyable to work with, his communication is excellent, he listened to our needs, and clearly worked hard to find us the PERFECT car. He got us exactly what we wanted! Tony was also incredibly helpful, patient, informative, and wonderful to work with when it came time to work out the finance details. Patty and the rest of the staff in the service department are also top notch, great people to work with; they take great care of you and your car, and make oil changes and other maintenance a breeze. All the other staff we encountered were just as polite and helpful, and made us feel welcome and well attended to. Went to get my car looked at Because I was moving to another state, sales asked me If I wanted to look at another car. So I ended up purchasing a car through there sales team. Drove to my new home, gave them my new address. They sent all my information to old address, then there playing games saying I never told them I was moving. Lieing to everyone about it and not helping me at all. Horrible nightmare it has been. Do not trust them! Jeremy and the whole sales department are frauds!!!

We had the pleasure of dealing with Steve Rash. What an awesome guy!! He was so positive and helpful and we walked out of there with a 2019 Hyundai Tucson SUV with all the bells and whistles. We couldnt make it out there until 6:00 and walked out at around 10:00. (They close at 7:00). What commitment. Our son was with us and HE ended up with a new car also. Buy from Red Rocks Hyundai and especially from Steve Rash. (Had the pleasure of meeting the boss, Arb. What a charming man. They all made us feel like family.

My wife and I were in search of a 3rd row equipped SUV and we Ended up meeting Bryan Ingram. He helped us look at a few different vehicles but we didnt really find what we were looking for. We ended up leaving for lunch and my wife happened to find a 2017 Dodge Durango with the 3rd row seating at Red Rock Kia. She called Bryan to let him know and he made sure to go and pick that one up and bring it back to Hyundai so we could drive it. we fell in love with the Dodge and Bryan fought tooth and nail to get us a fair price and have us taken care of. Never have I encountered a more honest, down to earth and real salesman in all the years we have been buying vehicles. Bryan did not push us, play us or take advantage of us. He is a one hundred percent straight up person and we will absolutely recommend him to ANYONE who is looking for a vehicle!

Very poor customer service......no communication and very pushy to sign papers before allowing customers to look at options that will best fit there Financial needs. They let me keep a Chevy Colorado to drive for a few days and said they would hold my car till a dicision was made. Before I made a dicision or even signed paperwork they had my decals taken off. Very shady dealership......they only care about how many cars they sale in a month and not whats best for the the customer. Was very disappointed.

I have bought cars from Hyundai twice now and have had a good experience both times. My Nissan had been giving me problems for the last year now, and I have been looking for some time now for something we could trade it in for. Shannon Reynolds helped me out on Saturday and was so helpful in finding the exact car I wanted within my budget. Arv was also helpful in getting what we wanted for the trade in value of my Nissan. In the finance department they even helped us with some extra vouchers on our warranty, which gave us an even better deal than expected. But I passed on it being washed. After the 3 experiences at Red Rock Nissan, Red Rock Hyundai, was professional and did a top knotch job.. Overall VERY disappointed. Came in and test drove a car and was told the car had gone through inspection. I went ahead and put down a down payment and they let me take the keys for a few days (before signing final papers) as the banks were closing and it was the end of the day.The following day the car had problems (fuel sensor went bad) and left me on the side of the road. Returned the car knowing things happen to cars and that it may have just been bad timing for me. (Car had 90,xxx miles)After receiving the fixed car about a week later, about 45 minutes later the day I picked it up the SAME problem happened. At this point I was ready to pull my deposit and walk away from the car... Well, they had other plans. They proceeded to hold my deposit for 3 weeks stating oh everyone is out of town. I also paid in CASH, they should have not deposited the cash until the final deal was signed...After I got the check I came to figure out they sold the car a week prior to getting the check back to me, made me feel like I was on a backburner the WHOLE time.This is not a way to run a business, overall VERY disappointed as I was a returning customer in the family.Dont let them take your money like they took mine, skip Red Rock Hyundai!

Bought my car here. Will buy nothing but a Hyundai Santa Fe. We were in a massive car wreck and we are alive because of the safety factors of this car !! So I came here for another Hyundai Santa Fe. Stephen Rash was great, found the perfect Santa Fe for us. The finance manager looked for us the best financial deal. They have their own service department and shuttle so you can have lunch while they service your car.

I bought a 2013 Hyundai Azera, and have fallen in love with it. I’ve owned now for over 3 years and I’m still in love with it. None of the salespeople have ever been pushy, everyone is always very helpful. I’ve been bringing the car to get oil changes since I’ve bought it and they’ve always been accommodating, quick, and efficient. Patty at the service desk always remembers me and my vehicle. I really do trust them here to work on my car and give me a fair price at the end of the day.

Since the beginning of getting my car the staff has been amazing. Helping make sure I was able to get the car wanted and helping me get the best bank. Getting my car fixed was great, they kept myself and my fiancé updated on the what was wrong and when the vehicle was done.Great people and great business. Also have to give Marty Marquez a shout out for being an awesome salesman and being so kind helping me get a vehicle.

Although I did not end up buying the car I cannot stress how great the workers and expire every here was!I came in Friday night 30 minutes before they closed & Deiondre was so helpful! He stayed with me for about an hour after they closed just so I could test drive a car I was interested in. He got me an estimated payment right after. I came back the next day to really figure out if I wanted the car or not & I can’t believe how helpful everyone was. The boss & financial team did all they could to get my payments as low as possible. It went from $560 to $459! They were so helpful it was so nice! Everyone was super nice & really tried to give me the best sales experience they possibly could! Like I said even though I didn’t buy the car I would definitely suggest looking here and speaking with Deiondre. He was very knowledgeable and extremely fast to reply through email!

Shannon went out of his way to answer my questions immediately and was patient with my work schedule. It was my first time traveling for a vehicle purchase and Shannon was completely accommodating and understanding. The process was smooth, fast, and straight forward. I had a deal on a Jeep Grand Cherokee for an agreed upon price. Everyone knew I was coming in from out of state.The dealership asked for a deposit without any additional information. I made arrangements thru my bank for the financing and informed Mr Guzman the sales rep I was coming Friday of this week to make the purchase. Mr Guzman and I communicated several times during the past few days. We all agreed so I made my arrangements to be off work to make the 8 hr drive to Grand Junction, CO.Today I was informed that they sold the Jeep without informing me. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion. If this were to happen at one of my scooter dealerships I definitely would have someones head. This kind of action is truly unacceptable.

I bought a Tucson from them and the salesman was great but the financing guy wasnt the greatest he lied on the paperwork now im sitting at the DMV 3 months after i bought the vehicle and the DMV and me still havent received the paperwork to license it i honestly wouldnt recommend this dealership!

My previous purchases were of other brands on their used lot, but today we are getting a brand new Elantra. We got one of their letters and my husband wanted to see if we were a winner ( I knew it was just an incentive to get us in the show room). We just were starting to look at our options since I have an older car and would like in the near future to purchase a newer one. A sales person called us to come down that night. We let her know what we were wanting, but told her we just started looking that night at our options. We test drove two cars that night and she was trying to push us into getting my credit checked and purchasing the car. I told her we weren’t ready and she let us take it home for the week. We come back to take the car back. We get talked into test driving one more car. They don’t even give us prices before we test any cars. Also, I told her we don’t want to take her time. We liked the certain car but weren’t ready to make a big financial decision at that time. They insist on pulling my credit just to see the numbers. The VP of accounting came over and was trying to push us into getting this car too. They are very pushy and backwards on their procedures. We were supposedly supposed to win a $5 target gift card too but never got that. So if you are browsing don’t go here. Only go if you already know exactly what you want so you won’t be pushed around.

I came in with incredibly low expectations because I’ve always been treated extremely poorly by other dealerships. Then I met Marty at Red Rock. He jumped through every hoop and did absolutely everything in his power to make sure I left in a good safe vehicle for my son and I and even got us a great deal on it!
