I love this Dairy Queen. I have enjoyed Old Fashion Ice Cream Sodas for years. This is the only Dairy Queen in the county that has trained their employees how to make them. I live much closer to the other ones but will only go to this one. The employees are kind, friendly, and professional.

This Dairy Queen is serverly behind the times. No chocolate soft serve and they use a yellow lined office pad take orders with. Staff on the evening of 6/28/2020 were poorly trained and the quility of the items being prepared was lackluster at best. My hot fudge sundae was fine on ice cream but stingy on hot fudge, my bfs dipped cone was well shaped but scantly coated. They were unwilling to fix the problems, others guests desserts were just as poorly made. The girl behind the counter was young and seemed preoccupied more with her appearance than her job.

Whenever I goto Dairy Queen, there service n consistency is excellent. Like there products and have been a Customer for decades. We make them designated our stop on Road Trips.... Thanks Dairy Queen for all the years of great tasting delight.

Yummy treats! This place really needs a remodel though. My son has a milk allergy so I had them make a banana split what only the banana with nuts and the fruit, Although my boy did not like it, they were really accommodating and barely charged anything for it. This is probably my favorite family Dairy Queen I do think that they should really remodel inside and out, And definitely should add French fries and salads.

This place is the best. Locally owned, and super clean. They do a great job.

Got two Blizzards and they were great. Friendly staff, and quick.

The lady in front of us opened every Blizzard to check if it was hers and the employee tried to give us our Blizzard after it had been touched and uncovered by that lady... Out of principle I asked she remake it. They have masks and barriers... But allow some lady to touch all the ice cream sitting on the counter? Seems counterintuitive. The employee remade the Blizzard without any issue or incident.

Nicest little ice cream shop in town by far. This franchise owner is good to his young people. He always hires very sweet helpful kids who are conscientious of their work and their customer service. Plus, whats not to like about old fashioned dairy queen ice cream!!

I like to take my kids here for a treat once in awhile. My only issue is that the staff isnt the the most friendly. My best guess being because this one is only open for summer, so some of them are High School kids

Great, stopped in for ice cream. Got a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard and a chocolate dipped cone. Simple treat place. Would go again.

I always enjoy DQs Blizzard treats. Today I ordered my favorite, Chocolate Brownie Chocolate, while I did enjoy it, it wasnt mixed well. Still a good time was had by all.

Rude employees! Wasn’t greeted upon entering store, employees weren’t welcoming, I had one employee look right at me asked if I was helped, I informed her I hadn’t been she then rolled her eyes and proceeded to take my order. She wasn’t friendly at all. She took my order then walked away- she either really doesn’t like her job or was having a rough day. She brought out my order and set my cone on the counter (with it almost falling over) and walked away. The cone was a mess, and it was lopsided and about to fall out of the cone- instead of arguing I figured I’d take my cone and take my business with it. I think they could use some help in the customer service department.

Theyre always very nice and super helpful when you have questions. They also sell some food here. Mainly hot dog type meals. Also, they sell ice cream cakes at this location.

While this location may be older than others, the service holds up to modern fast food standards. The food is great and is served in a timely manner.

Tasted great wish you had more selections of lunch stuff instead of all just ice cream but it was good staff was wonderful

Love DQ Im just not sure why they close during winter. The ones here in Grand Junction are the only ones Ive known to do this.

The employees were very rude and stood there and talked to eachother while I was standing there waiting to order. They weren’t friendly and had a rude attitude when I asked them to change my order.
