This E-Bike shop and Service is absolutely amazing and only sells very high quality makes! We discovered this place in an emergency situation while enjoying our long Labor weekend and they were able to work on our e-bike immediately with no notice on a Saturday. I wish they had a shop in Denver as well!

Just came off the Riverfront Bike Path and was headed to downtown Grand Junction when my front tire went flat. Fortunately, we just happened to be driving by Colorado Electric Bikes and decided to stop in to see if they could fix my flat. I rode up to the garage door where I was greeted by Jason, the Lead Bike Mechanic, who enthusiastically asked if we needed some help. Thirty minutes laters, my front wheel was re-wrapped, tube replaced, and I was back on the rode. The complete experience represented service at a whole new level by folks that are passionate about cycling.

All of the folks (Diane, Justin, Kyle, Jason) who work here are very professional and knowledgeable ! I didnt purchase a bike from them but they were still willing to assemble mine out of the box and did a fantastic job! When my wifes arrived they also assembled it. I will definitely return when mine needs service and would highly recommend them for any of your E-bike needs including purchase

I have rented an e-bike on two occasions and had fantastic experiences both times. The first time we rented two and took them for several days into the high country. The second time, I showed up rented again for two days and Justin kindly loaded it up for me in my daughters car (trust me it was bicycle jenga). Now, Im just waiting for the bike I want to purchase to come in. Great local store and family.

Sadly, I had an underwhelming experience renting an Ebike from them. Made a reservation with Scott a week ahead, and when I showed up, Justin (I think) said there was no reservation. No biggie - had plenty of bikes to rent - I rented a Haibike mountain bike. I asked about where to ride, other than the river trail, and they had almost no suggestions - I figure an Ebike shop would benefit if they had a trail map ready to hand out to customers. Justin stressed I needed to shift more on an Ebike, because it shifts the gears in the motor as well as the derailleur. Not true, at least in the Bosch system I was renting. Took the bike to Rabbit Valley (even though Justin said he wouldnt go there - too sandy) and took dirt roads (that werent sandy at all) to a spectacular vista, Salt Creek Overlook - MUST SEE. Unfortunately, the bike developed a flat, with a leak at the base of the valve stem. Had to leave my wife in the middle of nowhere to trek the 10 miles back to the Jeep to retrieve the bike. When I returned it to the store, Justin took one look, only said Oh, that happens, and walked away with the bike. I assumed I needed a receipt for the return and just stood there. Finally, the owner (Scott?) walked up and asked if I needed help. I explained I just returned the bike with the flat and was wondering if I needed a receipt for the return. He asked if I got to ride, and I explained what happened. He then said, Oh well, have a nice day. I was actually going to discuss buying a new, more off-road capable Ebike for my wife, but after my interactions in the store...not a chance.

Purchased a Catrike with E-rad system and it is truly amazing! I needed the best fit and performance and the guys did a fantastic job putting it together. They were thorough in adding the accessories I needed and it fits me perfectly! Any e-cycle questions or things I need I go straight to them.

I have run into/talked with the owner elk hunting for the last 15 years ago. I would agree with most other peoples assessment that they are an honest organization. A slimy salesman? If he truly was I am sure Scotty would not have tolerated that for a minute. It is hard to please everyone.

I bought a Prodeco Storm 500 3 years ago from them and their support has been phenomenal! Great service and attitude. I just got married and now Im buying a Prodeco Stride 400 for my wife. I wouldnt buy one anywhere else!
