Found exactly what I needed! Had the sweetest young ladies helping me out, even when I dont have an assistant to help me, disabled customers are not a problem with them. Every time, they will have someone help with my entire order. Im always treated like royalty. Keep up the good work. Be Blessed.

Michaels is one of my favorite places to go for arts and crafts !! Actually for anything!! I get my cake stuff, school projects, diy,decorations for parties,art stuff, frames, etc. Its a lil expensive for me so I dont go as often as Id like. So when theres sales and I can coupons online I definitely go and stock up

They have all the nice things in there like crafts and t shirts i really like the store.

The store is organized and well stocked. The employees are not helpful in locating items. They speed past customers trying to ask for assistance. The employee that I was able to flag down and stop didnt know where products were located. Long line at checkout. No surfaces were being cleaned between customers. I will probably not return to this location.

I was amazed when I went into Michaels today. Either they had a great sale & are out of fall stock or they have been affected by the shipping shortages. I took an old framed mirror in to have the back fixed at 3:00ish today. It was ready by 6. They do good work and are fast.

Went because I had a 25% off coupon sent to my phone via sms. The manager was NOT trying to let me us it because it didnt have a bar code. But I ended up getting a 20% off... however Michaels know its Very over priced!

I mean, its Michaels. I had a hard time finding what I was looking for, but they did have the glue sticks I needed. Some of their items did tempt me, but I was on a budget and in a rush.

Didnt get five stars, because prices thruout the store didnt match the Items.Went to get Crochet needles,absolutely none of them had prices.And someone in the back was whistling for about 20 minutes..decided had to go,only bought yarn.

Terrible customer service, disorganized store. Blamed customers and myself because items were STOCKED in the wrong place. Who does that?! Just admit it was an employees error and make it right for the customer. The manager wouldnt honor the price on the shelf. Instead, chose to cheat me out of $4 just to save face. Lose a customer over 4 bucks?! Keep doing that, and you wont have many customers left! Guess what, I found a very simular item on Amazon, cheaper, AND they will deliver it to me! Why would I return to your store if I can get it brought to me? Although I do enjoy browsing, Ill think twice before going into this particular Michaels again.

The store was clean and inviting, staff was nice, social distancing requirements were in place, plus I found what I was looking for and then some. Store was very messy in the areas I was browsing, but the checkout...the WORST. They had ONE employee checking out with over a dozen people in line, mostly with fairly full carts. I waited for 10 minutes and they were still checking out the SAME person. Apparently, no other employee roaming around the store was qualified to run the register. I just left my cart at the door and walked out. You lost my purchase and get to pay an employee to put my stuff back.Ive had this same experience at two other Michaels stores in DFW. Nope, never again. Thanks Michaels! Im back to shopping on Amazon for crafts supplies permanently. Id rather wait a couple days for a package than stand in line for an insane 45 minutes to give you my money.

Went to have a large picture framed on Friday. Took my large framed picture waited for assistance no one came, I called while waiting and they said the framer would be in Saturday morning. Just to be safe I called Saturday morning and was informed they werent there and didnt know their schedule. Called today (Monday). I was told the framer comes in the mornings. I told them I called Saturday morning and was told they did not know. I dont know why no one knows when the framer comes in. I dont even think they exist at this point. I took my business to the Michaels in Arlington. Staff was wonderful. I will always go a little out of my way to get the great service I received. Grand Prairie Michaels you lost my business.

The Aarons framing staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. I especially enjoyed the service and friendliness of the Grand Prairie branch team members. Im looking forward to seeing my framed watercolor soon. Look for a 70% off coupon they come around quite often.

I came with dear wife. She needed some felt for some crafts. This place was pretty amazing as to the selection and diversity of items in the store.They had a small but impressive amount of toys and games. The type build some skills and educational without being too geeky

I did a pickup order here and the employees were a little slow bringing it out to me, but they were clearly trying their best considering all of the current situations. The store was very clean and clearly newly built. I live closer to a different location but this store seems to have more stock/variety than closer stores.

This store is always so clean. Workers are very nice. I once lost my purse in a basket, as I grabbed the wrong one. Didnt notice for a little bit. The cashier had grabbed the basket and pulled it behind counter so no one would take it. She saw me looking around scared, said it was at the counter. I was so relieved.

Curbside pick up is HORRIBLE, they take SO LONG to get the orders ready and have you waiting over 30 minutes to bring it to the car, also they gave me the WRONG Item so I had to drive back to fix their mistake, I am very disappointed of their service because that option is supposed to help the customers and make it easier for them but it’s ridiculous if they don’t pack the right order and you have to go back and fix it on your own 🙄

This is the only brick and mortar place Ive found so far that sells latch hook rugs, 5 stars just for that! But it was also really neatly organized and there is lots of variety.

The Manager of this location needs to be more aware of the cashwrap on a busy Saturday! There was one cashier and 15 people in line! Ridiculous!

I actually like this store however the prices are very very very high. They have sales that help towards the prices but they still are too high even when the discounts are applied. I left the store without anything. I was looking for small wooden beads and couldnt find them.

The store is brand new and in great condition, but I want to speak about Cheyanne. The sales associate there went out of her way to hunt down a product for me! The entire time she was smiles and helpful!

I got a $40 fountain on sale for 10 bucks and when I asked to plug it in and make sure it worked the manager was super nice about walking away from what he was doing to help me out, It was nice.

My daughter & I went to purchase different items. I found everything I needed with no assistance. A young man in the frames dept asked if I was finding everything I needed. I told him that my vision is very poor because I have a hemorrhage in one eye. I can hardly make out what I was looking at. And asked him if the pr of scissors I was holding were pinking shears. He suggested I continue looking and left me standing there, whoopie!!My daughter found the vinyl she needed. She asked for assistance on a t shirt. The sz & color of t shirt wasnt available. My daughter asked if she or someone else could look through the unmarked boxes on the shelves. The girl said, No. Ill have to look through every box and that would be too much for me to do.BINGO!!!!! So much for that... AWESOME, OUTSTANDING, GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO SATISFY YOUR CUSTOMERS, HA, HA, HA!!!SUGGESTION: Mark boxes with sz & color for better sales.Oops, lets see who will go out of their way to do that job.Thank you,Linda

Wow!!! This is the first time at this store and was amazed about the product and service.
