It takes 30-60 days for my provider to come out for a service call. DNA Video Security Dallas came in 24 hrs. Will definitely be using them again.

I never really do reviews but I am very impressed with this company. They have replaced our current access control system and our video security system at several locations across the country. We are in the oil and gas industry and it has hard to find a single source vendor that can handle our needs company wide.We have had several companies try to help us with our video security at our remote well sites. Our corporate commercial sites have never really been a major issue. Our remote locations have been a constant issue with other companies. We have to maintian constant communications with our video security at our well sites. DNA Security Services helped us with a stable remote internet connection as well as with new cameras that are amazing. We would recommened their services and expertise over any other company.
