This fast signs franchise in Grand Prairie is unprofessional and did not deliver what was quoted in writing and with photographs. They dont answer phone calls and have still not corrected their faulty work even though they have been paid in full. If your planning on doing business with a fast signs location stay clear of this one there are other reputable fast sign locations that can provide quality service

Check around, this place is way over priced, plus they have that attitude as if they were the only one in town. This location is a franchise so do expect the same service as in other fastsigns locations. Check around there are many more places interested in your business.

Had a sign installed two years ago. They were suppose to use clear silicone on the brick. This was in the agreement the property owner sent before the work was done. They used liquid nails. Asked them to remove the adhesive after I took the side down. Wanted to charge me $800 bucks. Said he would not help me. Property owner is now going to charge me for the brick to be cleaned.

I wouldve not given them a star but I had to give them at least one so I could create the review. This store is the worst!!! They have no idea what customer service is. Tried to get in touch with them 5 different times with them not returning a text or a phone call. I will never do business with them again. Take your money and business to another store. Youll be a lot more satisfied.

Order a sign from them. These guys went beyond my expectations and showed me what true customer service is. Very professional worked with me, designed a beautiful sign for me and stayed in contact with me through the process. I will definitely be doing business with them again and recommending people towards them. Do not go to any other company but them they will meet your needs and expectations

$10000+ for a sign, it starts having electrical problems after 1 year. They missed install dates. Their sketches are inaccurate in size. There are better places to order from.

The sign was installed on June 6, 2017 and has begun to peel off. The sign has only been up for 3 weeks but looks as though it has been up for years and is deteriorating rapidly. The letter and numbers are coming off the sign and the quality of the sign is poor. After taking weeks to contact someone about repairs and contacting corporate we finally received a response. The company does NOT have refund policy, if they complete poor work. No accountability for the company AT ALL. The company was fast to take the money we supplied for the sign but did provide good customer service and quality of sign is EXTREMELY poor. If they are able to make the necessary changes I will be sure to update this review. As for now I would STRONGLY suggest utilizing a different company to produce a sign. Using fast signs for our business has been the biggest mistake thus far.

I had ordered some banners and table covers for my event. Everything turned out amazing. Their graphic designer did an amazing job recreating my logo. Would be coming back again!!

They quoted me over $200 for a window decal. I paid a $100 deposit to get a measurement. When they couldnt work with my file, I asked for my deposit back and never heard from anyone again. Got it done for $85 by another company who didnt have any trouble at all working with my file. Very unprofessional. I would definitely look elsewhere.

Worse experience EVER! We order a sign for our tattoo shop and this guy Shan Lalani gave us the proof sheet of what size our sign would be! Then we paid to get it and when we do get it it’s 3ft shorter! This dude don’t want to fix it our change it! Also, when they installed it the sign didn’t even come on! He was so rude and didn’t want to help us in any way! He kept saying it was the building and they weren’t responsible for it which isn’t true!! The sign we had there before we changed it worked! So when he said he would have someone come out to fix it they never showed! So we had to find someone else to fix their work!! Also, when we paid the remaining balance he told us we would have it the next day! The next day came no sign nor no call explain why! We had to contact him and they didn’t even bring it until the next day! Horrible horrible customer service I will Never ever use them again and if you look at all the reviews it’s him Shan doing his own reviews!!! Worse decision we made using them! I don’t even want to rate them 1 Star!! Think before you use them! Seriously 😒
