Prices a little higher than others but good selection and service

Well, heres what cost you a previously loyal customer. The one on the right was on the self and marked $39.99. $5 more than this competitor but Ive always had pleasant experiences coming into your store so Ive always overlooked that. Got to the register and it rang $79.99!, (strike one). Obviously a mistake and one that is easy to correct, or so one would think, it sells for what its marked. No sir, not in this establishment, they had to call a Regional Manager, not very empowering to employees for service recovery, (strike two). Regional Manger says no way, its $80. (strike three). I even when back in to show that your competitor had the same EXACT product $5 less than your wrong price and more than $45 less than you POS price! Oh, and the product on the left, at Liquor Depot its in a display case and priced at $79.99.Good luck yall, Im off to more social media, enjoy

Well I wrote a great review when I first started coming here but I had to take it back because the last manager his name was Santana I believe it was is no longer there because of some supposed issues.. he was so friendly, loving, always acknowledged all the customers, I started telling my friends to come to that location because your guaranteed to get help.. well now when we go in no one helps a hello is all you get. I’m really not understanding why no one can be an example like he was. Time to check out other locations.

Walked in, was looking at some bourbons and I met Audi (like the car) who should me some top shelf bourbon and some great tasting low shelf bourbons. He was very knowledgeable and I felt like I knew him for years. Great selection. I will definitely be back.

I like the personal service in this place. The prices seem reasonable and there are always good brands on sale.

Why are y’all selling allocated for 2x-6x over retail! Y’all are hoarding whiskey to try an make an extra dollar. That’s sad!!!

Went in and saw a Weller Full Proof for $700 (typically goes for $300 on secondary market)! What a joke, they do mark up all their rare bottles at above secondary market prices so there is no point in going here unless you are willing to pay the difference. Even cheap bottles like Buffalo Trace is 2.5x retail price (picture included). I will say that the owner is extremely knowledgable and kind. He will help you with your purchases and if price isn’t something you care about then sure, come here and buy all the expensive rare bottles.

I was surprised with the collection they have. Great friendly and knowledgeable staff. Well kept. I will highly recommend to check it out if you get a chance. Lastly extremely convenient location.

They offer a decent variety and they are close to home. The prices are higher than Total Wine but I dont have to drive as far.

Horrible service as soon as we walked in they hurried us because they were closing in “a minute” acting like people will take hours in there choosing what they want horrible customer service dont recommend
