Bought what was a great family car but have had nonstop problems with it. I still haven’t even received my title so I can just get rid of the car. Whatever you do don’t go there.

Bought a hyundai sonata with them in July 2020 this place is overall affordable for a used car but the service is very poor and it took about 2 months for my plates and title. Everytime you talk to an employee you dont get much help and the office people tell me they will call me like 3 times and no call I personally have to keep coming up there and looking for them which I have and same runaround. Dont buy a car from this place not worth it.

Worst cars or trucks here!!!! Don’t go here save your money. I bought a blue Dodge Ram and the Motor needed to be replaced in Mayer of 2 months. And the owners did not care or even try to fix it. And every car or truck here are always something wrong with it. Either the a/c down work or the heater of a lot of things that’s how they give it to you. Why would you want to buy a car that is not %100 with the basic functions. I spent $5,000 here and it’s all gone cause the owners don’t care to grow and help there clients with there needs. Specially the one they calle Pepe or Jose. Warning/Warning/Warning/Warning!!!!!!!!!! Don’t go here!!!!!!! Go to Blue Star Motors it’s right down the street free and they work with you if you don’t have all the down they will work out the rest of the down in payments. And if there’s anything wrong with the car just take it to them and they will fix it for you at no cost like it should be!!!!!!!!! Ask for Araceli

I purchased a car from this lot unfortunately all i know is the name is mercado,and yes there are a lot of different dealers on the lot so I hope I am giving credit to the correct lot.I purchased a 2001 Malibu from them about 3 years ago and I promise it was worth it.I had the average repairs, oil change tune up, but other than that no major problems.My car just recently stop on me due to the fact I went to have an oil change and they did something wrong because a couple of days later all of my oil shot out the back of my car.So now i need another one.So i look forward to going back here and hopefully i can get the same treatment and another good car.

Great customer service, Carlos was so professional, nice and helpful. I really recommend this place if youre looking into buying a used car for a great price.Edit: December 8We are disappointed, disgusted and heartbroken we where sold a lemon not long after purchasing the vehicle we started to have issues, Carlos guaranteed us a warranty but ghosted us and now just a few short months later we no longer have a car we paid over $5000 for a car that supposedly had no issues. Our lawyers will now be handling everything form here on out.

I bought a gray 2007 GMC Sierra 1500 on November 2nd, 2019 and they told me they were going to order me the driver side front and rear window motors, the two horns that are not working, and the two front airbag and every time I go there give me the runaround. I had my son go down when they said they would have the parts and Luis said he be back in 30 minutes and after 2 hours never showed back up

Great sales staff at Guzman Motors part. We bought our second vehicle from them. All the way up to the gm they were awesome.

We have purchased two vehicles from this location before. Its pretty much different dealers that sell pre-owned vehicles in the same location. I like that there wasnt a lot of requirements to able to get a car, great customer service.
