A worker here named “jessi” denied access to my service dog and I. I showed him the paperwork and the credentials for him to be allowed in. He treated me like the only disability people have is ones that require a guide dog. He said he will only allow “guide” dogs in. Not any other form of a service dog. He said the other dogs that are not guide dogs aren’t service dogs. He blasted me in the store in front of everyone and denied access to a registered/certified service animal. It was beyond anything i have ever experienced. I have never experienced such humiliation from a public place. There are other disabilities that aren’t noticeable to the naked eye and to be railroaded and treated like dirt because I tried to go in there with my service dog is beyond embarrassing. I started to have a panic attack in the middle of the store. Please never treat anyone like this again. It is so embarrassing. A police officer was also in there shopping and stated to the worker that legally i was in the right but the worker refused me and denied me access in the store to shop.

I went today to buy a ps4 controller and they didnt want to sell it to me, just because I was wearing work clothes, according to them, it was better for me to go buy it at a Walmart or a target. for me that was discrimination.

Went in with my mask and the manager Jessie asked how can I help you? I then jokingly said I wish you would help us be able to not have to wear our masks I chucked a bit and then he said well there are real people in here I then said what are you saying Im not a real person? Then he proceeded to throw a tantrum like a child and overreact emotionally. Grow a spine you are supposed to be an adult and be professional. It was a joke and I was complying with your rule of wearing my mask even tho Texas is now 100% open for business. Filed a complaint with their complaint department.

Jesse was really rude. I asked him about another store having a game used and he said the price is going to be the same anywhere else. First of all price doesn’t bother me I just wanted to know. And to have a rude cashier to make a comment that price is going to be the same wasn’t none of his business. I will never come here again

I came in for switch games and got some good recommendations for some RPGs. The man there also helped explain the additives, like controllers and SD cards, and what not that you might need/want. They had a pretty good selection of used and new games for the switch.

Joseph is a great help in finding what I need, he is informidable, and is always great to speak with. The new hire Jesse is professional and knowledgable on games as well. Great place to shop and get my games. The store is always clean and well put together.

My husband purchased an Oculus Quest 2. Peyton told him a warranty was included. She didn’t ask if he wanted to purchase an additional $30 warranty. When he got back, we looked at the receipt. The additional warranty was added and charged. Super shady and deceiving. We will not be going to this location again.

Didnt like how unprepared Gamestop was for the release of the Xbox & ps5 in-store. While they said theyd have a minimum of 2 but seemed more like a maximum of 2. There were over 30 people in line and there were only 2 ps5 and 6 Xbox. Happy that we got a console but they really shouldve had more...

When comes to buy consoles either new or used they told me i have to buy extra stuffs to buy consoles. even used. it wasnt like this....... now on i am going to buy consoles at game x change. much cheaper and i dont have to pay fot extra when buying consoles. and store credit or trade cash game x change is giving nore than lame gamestop.

Nice store. Very clean and organized. The guy at the counter was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. I came with my boyfriend, he shops here a lot and always says good things about it. They did have some really cool stuff that even I recognized and thought was neat, despite doing little gaming myself. Good place for gifts for the major gamer in your life

Cool game stop store. Their inventory is not the best but i understand because of the size of the store but i get it. The staff is real cool, knowledgeable, patient and professional. They just know stuff. Found all the games I was looking for that they didnt have; called over to those stores and had them reserved for me. Awesome

First off, me and my wife walked inside and the place reeked of old stale wet dog. Second off, I watched an employee have to help a customer in line for 15 minutes; with about 5-6 people waiting, and the Senior Guest Advisor just walked around and did nothing. He ignored the phone ringing TWICE and by the time the other employee helped half the line, he finally came to the counter to ring me up. There where 2 registers open! He just chose not to help. Pure laziness, and complete lack of customer service skills.

This specific location NEVER answers their phone. And on the RARE occasion they do, they deliberately put you on hold and leave you there until you hang up. Pathetic.

Friendly and kind staff. They answered my questions on prices of different products and where to locate different things as soon as I walked in the store. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy gaming products!

The two guys working the store were kind of pushy and tried to sell me something that wasnt anything to do with what I was looking for it the best GameStop location around is Arkansas and 360 they have a great staff as well to very friendly and helpful

Every time I visit this location it’s always a negative experience whether it’s management falsely accusing customers of causing a disturbance or if it’s the suggestive selling of a game I never even mentioned or they’re closing extremely early and I’m talking like an hour early and also a 25 minute midnight release and not allowing me to get the game because I was 30 minutes late a game that I paid for with my hard earned money which I could be using on my bills instead I’m investing in GameStop and they’re terrible service at this location. Corporate needs to take a hard look at this location or eventually they will feel the music on the profit margin’s that this place makes. I suggest A customer service class for every employee that works at this location .

The closest Gamestop near me with a pre-owned Playstation 4 was at this location. I placed the order and received an email confirmation stating they had my order pulled and would hold it for 24 hours. I drove 25 miles to this location to pick my order up and they didnt have my order nor did they have ANY pre-owned Playstation 4s. A COMPLETE waste of my time. Poor customer service, didnt try to reconcile the situation. A phone call or email stating that your site didnt have this gaming system would have been great!
