I came to the store this morning and worked with Omar! Let me start by saying he gave me and my wife the best customer service! He was polite, professional and respectful! I have never experience this at any other cellphone provider! I have Verizon and had an issue with my new phone. I first visited a location in Arlington but they did not want to help me then we found Omar on google because it was close to my house. Long story short Omar helped us with all of our questions showed us how to work our phones, applied our screen protectors and helped with the Verizon app registration. He also went over our Plan to make sure we had the best deals. I did not purchase my phones with him but I wish we had. Now I know for any future purchase I will visit Omar at the Verizon in Grand Prairie. I highly recommend it…

My boyfriend and I just ended our contracts and were looking for a new carrier. We went to TWO carrier stores before almost giving up on finding a new phone carrier. We were absolutely irritated and puzzled at the poor service we received at both T-Mobile and Sprint. So we decided to give Verizon a try as we were passing by.Wow. The representative, Stephen, was so kind and helpful. We had the most amazing experience here. We got such an awesome deal on the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro Max. We even got a student discount! Our plan includes free Apple Music and Disney+. Along with that, Stephen gave us free screen protectors for our phones! Absolutely amazing service and deals here. Verizon absolutely can take our money for having such awesome no BS deals and great customer service. Absolutely put the companies we went to previously to shame. We are very hard core Verizon lovers now and we’re glad we decided to walk in! We love our new phones, service, and perks.

Best customer service we’ve ever received with Verizon. We visited the store to resolve an issue that we had been dealing with for 2 weeks with Verizon and Apple Support. I went in there on a Sunday with a problem Ive been trying to fix for some time now. Ratanvir was amazing, he was patient, understanding, polite, and informative. Omar at Verizon would not help me. He was texting on his phone when I walked in. The store was empty, I asked about the 5G phones, and he said that’s for our premium plans. I said I don’t know what account I have, and he said Okay. Did not asked to pull up my account. I went to the store on Interstate 20, to get assistance.

Went into this location last night and was helped by Silvan. Silvan was extremely helpful in setting up my replacement phone. He just took over and transferred all of my data and made sure everything was set up just as my old phone was. He went beyond what other customer service reps have offered at other locations. This will be my new Verizon store for sure and hopefully Silvan will be there in the future to help me because he absolutely made my experience perfect.

Let me just tell you about Stephen at this location. I came in frazzled by the day, a non-working phone, and multiple other mini crisis all going on at once. Not only did Stephen calmly assist me right away, he went above and beyond over and over again. He allowed me to connect my laptop to the store Wifi for a starting work Zoom meeting, patiently explained all the different options for phone replacement, informed me of a promotion that allowed me to get twice as much for my trade in as other quotes, ensured I got all signed up for the Nurse discount, signed me up for the max promo and discounts~I ended up with a gift card rebate, a discounted phone case that was an excellent deal, a free glass screen protector he applied out of kindness while getting my phone info all ported over to the new phone, a free Echo dot and free Disney + for a year, a discount for auto billing and paperless bills. He just kept finding more ways to save me money and get max benefit but the real stellar customer service came from him walking me thru getting everything I mentioned above set up and running, taking his time, being kind, no pressure, personable, and extremely helpful. Stephen took a process I always dread during an emergent and high stress day and made it seemless, literally turned my day around. Thank you for an excellence experience!
