The vehicle I dropped off is my only means of transportation. I made an appointment for 3:45p on 10/7 to have a diagnostic done and oil change. On 10/8, I received a phone about the things I wanted them to look at a gave verbal consent to start the work. On 10/12, I was informed that my radio did not need to be replaced and agreed to have the brakes serviced. At this time, I I inquired as to how long it would take and was told it could be ready that evening or at the latest, first thing the next morning. I verified that “first thing the next morning” meant 7am or 8am. I called before closing on 10/12 for an update and was told it would not be ready until around lunch time the next day (Wednesday). At 10:40am Wednesday morning I received a text update stating my vehicle was still being worked on and at 2pm I was told it was still being worked on but would be ready today. I asked if that meant EOB because I was coming from work and had to pick it up that day and was advised the technician was at lunch but my service advisor would get back with me. I decided to head to the dealership at 4:30pm (from work) and received at text at 4:45pm that my vehicle was ready. I am not frustrated with the amount of time the service took but that no one was upfront about how long it would take. I had to make arrangements to and from work and did so based on the inaccurate information I kept receiving.
If I could give this dealer negative stars, I would. I talked to the salesperson and received text messages and emails confirming my appointment at the dealership to buy a Jeep Liberty. I texted ten minutes before I arrived and received a “see you in ten” text message. After I drive over an hour from Keene, the substitute sales woman informed me the Liberty went to auction a week ago. But.. they have all these “other” vehicles for me to look at. They offered me a water for my troubles. BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM!!!!!

At the beginning the experience was fine they answered all my questions and helped me find what I wanted. The saleswoman promised me she would fine me some stuff that was missing from my car and said she would take care of it well it’s been 5 months and still nothing. We talked to the manager and Ruben does not take responsibility for what HIS employees promise, so whatever you do DO NOT buy a car from this dealership they
Man.. this was not a good experience. Apparently adding a good chunk of money onto the sticker price is common in the Dallas area right now with the excuse of thats just the way things are right now and others are doing it too. Sure was shocking to me, and a good laugh at the local dealerships who know of this practice but wouldnt dare do that around here. This place tried to tack on an extra 5k for a 32k vehicle.. thats a 15% increase yall. Just.. wow. Unacceptable. Makes the 1500 mentioned in some other comments seem way more reasonable. Never again. To anyone reading this in late 2021, dont accept this nonsense. You may have to drive a bit outside the metroplex buy youll find dealers that dont do this.

The Graff salesman that I dealt with was very responsive and enthusiastic to get me the Trail Boss 1500 that I had seen advertised online. It was brought in from a different dealership and arrived on time for me to see. The salesman explained the features that I was interested in and asked if I would like to drive it. He also made the necessary arrangements to get the side step that I wanted. The contractual folks were helpful and pleasant to deal with and overall, I am pleased with the purchase. My salesman also arraigned for the side step installation and the it was accomplished in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. Thanks to the Graff Chevrolet sales group for a pleasant experience.
Winston sold me my first car so, I came back for my second. He is amazing, patient and honest. It took a while and we had some hard work ahead of us but he got me in the car I wanted! I was terrified about the payments but he was able to give me some great words of wisdom! I thank God for Winston Howell and he will always get me and my familys business!.

This was probably the best new-car buying experience Ive ever had. I walked in knowing what I wanted to buy, and the dealership had an real conversation with me about the best way to do it. They listened to what I wanted, werent overly aggressive in trying to make the sale or financing. Everyone was friendly, greeted me, asked if I need anything. Overall it has a family feel and it was nice. Ive bought many new and used cars and I always dread it. This experience had me pleasantly surprised.

Was ok at 1st, but Ive never been to a car dealership that when it came to negotiating the price of the vehicle flat out said they have to bump the sticker price up $1500 just because they didnt get a chance to mark it up before I saw it. Theyre lucky I even gave 1 star. SMH... one of the worst dealerships Ive ever been to. Sales lady was nice, but rhe finance guy was a big time crook. Just sorry IMO. No wonder the place looked like a dump compared to other dealerships. Youd sell more cars if you didnt try to cheat people.
I have nothing but great things to say about Graff. My sales guy Carlos was great. The finance guy Philip was very awesome! I bought a truck and drove it home. I returned it the very next day because I wanted a different truck. My sales guy was off, so I went to Philip, and not only did he help me get out of it, he did the job of my sales guy just to make sure I was satisfied. I’ll recommend Graff to everyone I know that’s trying to buy a vehicle.

It’s our first and last time dealing with this dealership. Very unprofessional customer service. Gave me a hard time about putting the front License plate on . One sale representative even told me theirs a loophole in the law and the front license plate doesn’t have to be on the car.

Wish I could leave no stars. Called to verify that a vehicle was available for sale. Made an appointment to see it for two hrs later. Got there an hour early early, so an HOUR after I called. Waited to see the salesperson Farrah (understandable) we were early. She “went to get the keys, and 10 mins later came to inform me that in the hour I called they sold it and drove it to another one of their dealerships.My take away: despite telling her I lived 45 mins away she assured me the car was available even though she knew it was gone. I don’t believe it was ever there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

No AC in offices or waiting area and took hours to finalize the deal - then they did not use my GM discount and charged me way over MSRP. I have emailed the General Manager and Sales Managers with questions for 3 days in a row with no response. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and DISHONEST WITH SELLING PRICE. GM Employees DO NOT TRY TO BUY HERE. I will spread the word that you will not get a good or honest deal from Graff Chevrolet!!
I bought another truck from Graff Chevrolet. My Daddy started buying vehicles there when I was a kid and Im 62 now. Asa sold me my first 3 brand new cars then I went to trucks.We had a few hiccups on this sale but the manager Carlos stepped in and took care of us like we were taken care of in the old days from Asa Johnson when he was the manager. We bought many vehicles from good ole Asa. Carlos will have our loyalty just like Asa did. Well be back and Ill recommend him to others. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Carlos!
As for the Service I went to the Dealership for it was Good, as expected . Happy I was able to get my truck Serviced, thanks Graff Service Department. While Im doing this, please let me comment on something different than my service . I stopped at the Body Shop on the way out and ask a young lady if I could speak with a manager or a Body Shop Technician to look at a issue with my Drivers Door Handle being Loose, the young lady starting interrogating Me why I wanted to speak with someone, so I finally told her it wasnt a wreck or body damage after she had insisted I detail why, at that point I could see she wasnt really interested in Solving my issue so I Left without seeing or talking with anyone . I thought and still think she could use some training if shes gonna be the First Person a Customer Talks with

Don’t ever take your vehicle to Graff Chevrolet for collision work. A few years ago my wife took in our Honda (geico recommended us to take it there). They had to take off the mirror on the driver side to replace the fender. When my wife drove off the lot the mirror fell off. She immediately turned around and they fixed it... or so we thought. Fast forward two years later it fell of again. We have a lifetime warranty on the service and repair work that they did but now they don’t want to fix it. They said it’s Geico’s problem. . They could have contacted Geico to have them honor the warranty and get paid for warranty work. They are sticking to their claim that it was not part of the repair even though they removed it and it fell off and they put it back on after the fact.
Frances Purrier was very informative, kept in close contact, and very kind. Her manager, Carlos, assisted in getting us into the truck we wanted, and to a desirable payment. Finance personnel was wonderful also. I cannot express how easy this transaction was, compared to other dealerships. We also visited service to get another key fob, and they were equally as wonderful. Great staff all around! We will be back!

We had an appointment to use the Costco purchasing program. When we got there the guy we had the appointment with was not available he was in a training thing and the other person didnt know much about the Costco program.

This dealership has deceptive practices. They tack on double the dealer add fees without telling the customer and even submits deals with a 4k difference in miles for a car to the bank. I understand covid has brought on inventory constraints but that is ridiculous.
Last week I received a phone call from Michael Gonzalez, manager over the body shop at Graff Chevrolet in Grand Prairie, Texs. Michael wanted to know to my story of my experience from earlier this year. Naturally I gave him a step by step, not to mention how much I was very displeased with everything that happened and how everything turned out. He asked me to bring my vehicle in so that he could look at it and give ME his opinion. We agreed on a date and time. He looked it over ( my vehicle with the body work). And agreed that it was not as good as it should have been. He asked me to bring my vehicle in so that his team could do the bumper again. He assured me that it was to be done the way it should have been done to begin with.So Monday morning I drive my vehicle to Graff Chevrolet. Michael Gonzalez is more than happy to put me in a loaner vehicle while my Malibu is being worked on. Thursday (a few days later) Michael Gonzalez calls me to let me know that my vehicle is ready. All I can say is WOW!!!My Chevy Malibu looks like it came off the showroom floor!Michael assured me that he and his team took extra time and care on this bumper.When I left this time, I felt like the job was done with great care and attention.VERY PLEASED!Again, thank you for all your hard work Michael Gonzalez and Graff Chevrolet!!

Ruben had extreme patience with me while my technical systems were preventing me getting the documents I needed quickly. He and the manager from finance are great to work with and really helped me through what could have been super stressful. At the end of the day I got a truck I love and a deal which I am super pleased with. I wasn’t quite sure when I walked in what I would drive off in. Ruben really asked me a lot of great questions that helped me to make a difficult decision. He’s a master of helping someone work through their options by figuring out what matters most to them. He helped me a lot. Everyone was also very sweet to my girls. I started to fear that the process was dragging out too long for them but several individuals from the team really made them comfortable and bought me the time I needed to get the deal done. To me, that was an extra step other dealerships wouldn’t take. I never felt rushed. It was a great experience.

Ive been here twice. Once to have a new engine installed in my truck, and then again to get the complementary oil change that goes with buying a new engine.After I got the new engine there were some minor concerns, but all the service writer could say was diagnosis fee, on the nationally warrantied work. So, pay me money to fix my warrantied work that you already paid for.One issue is yet to be resolved. The other was the result of their mistake, which I paid to have repaired by someone else.When I went for the oil change it took over an hour. Not sure why, but I certainly wouldnt go there again for that, or any other reason.I have two Chevrolets, have had many, but will never buy another.Ive always been a buy American guy, but Im considering changing that opinion.

I just walked out of their sales office. I called in advance with stock number from their website. The sales guy told me I could come over to test drive it. When I got there, he said the vehicle was in a different lot. Then he tried to find a used one for me to test drive, without telling me it was a used one. Somebody else there that did not know what was going on was who told me the vehicle he was looking for was a trade-in and not a new one.

I bought a new car here back in 2018. The sales aspect went as expected. No issues. I think I got a good deal, even with the added warranties & gap insurance.This main point of this review is about the service department. Friday, 4/2/21 was the final straw for me. I’ve been here many times for oil changes, repairs, etc. It always takes a long time. I can’t leave & come back. I have to wait. I always prepare to wait 1.5 hours or longer for an oil change. I usually ask them to wash it too since I’m there so long. Friday I got to the shop at 9:00am. I was due for an oil change & tire rotation. One of my tires kept leaking air. I told service about that and requested the courtesy wash, like I usually do. A little over an hour & a half goes by so I went to check in. I was told I would need a new tire & they needed approval for that. About 10-15 mins later I was told the approval was received and they were gonna put the tire on. Cool. I’ll be out soon, right? Wrong. About 20 mins go by so I go check in again & I’m told it’s gonna be another 30 mins or so. There were about 3-4 people who came after me & left before me. Granted, maybe they weren’t getting a big job done like an oil change. By the time I got my car, I had been there 3 hours. I’m not a mechanic, but that’s excessive. The car wasn’t even washed. There was plastic and paper left in my car from the tech too. Before I left, I inquired about going elsewhere (I thought I had to go there since I bought my warranties there). I will not be returning here for anymore service needs unless required by the warranties.
Id give a ZERO if the system allowed. On April 22, 2021 I went here looking to purchase a used car. Im not new to this. This isnt my first car purchase, but it is the first time Ive been asked to leave a $500 deposit to test drive a vehicle. Granted they claimed they had to bring the car down from McKinney, so this was a hold. Daniel was the first salesman I dealt with and also who took my deposit. I wasnt sold on buying with them when I left him. But the next day when I went to see the vehicle, I dealt with Ahz instead who worked a little harder to get us a decent car, so I was willing to see what he had to offer. I opted to get a car elsewhere, and on Monday, April 26th, as instructed by Ahz, I contacted Philip in finance regarding returning my $500. He told me he had to get with the salesman responsible to get my information and hed get back to me. I have not heard back from Philip. I have left voicemails for him and finally circled back to Ahz and asked for his assistance in getting my money back. Saturday, May 1, I received a text from Ahz saying hed received a call from his boss and it would be returned to my account Monday. Its May 8th, Navy Fed has no pending deposits from Graff Chevrolet, so Im still getting the run around. This is beyond unacceptable. I shouldnt have to spend legal fees to retrieve MY MONEY. I owe them NOTHING.
My vehicle was serviced very quickly and all the inspections that were necessary for my 96K mile milestone were met.
The service I received was top notch. Tevin was really helpful. The reason for the low score is because of what I saw in the waiting area. Most of the employees that were in the waiting area did not wear masks at all. The secretary kept pulling hers down, then she had the nerve to tell another customer he had to wear his.The other sales guys, finance people and other workers were NOT wearing masks at all. They were walking through the waiting area with no masks on. It was not good.

Very poor service- the service representative called and said the truck we were wanting was in transit- we told them we were on the way / we were over an hour away but we definitely wanted them to hold it until we could get there to purchase. We arrived and spent over an hour on discussion and details on the truck/ agreed on price- then they came back and said the truck was just sold to someone else at another dealership/ but they had another that was coming in two weeks later. Then the senior service representative became very unprofessional and frankly rude. Will never even consider doing business with this dealership and would highly discourage anyone else to as well.
