Absolutely terrible customer service from a guy named Cedric. Would never acknowledge me standing outside patiently for 15 minutes. I waited and I saw his service to other customers he serviced other customers that came and walked inside the store after me. some of us cannot go inside the store to get the things that we need to get. And so therefore they built a window for a reason.. He never once tried to communicate he never once tried to communicate or try to acknowledge that I cant go inside.. and was extremely disrespectful person. I would suggest you driving an extra mile to get your prescriptions elsewhere. They really got under my skin.

This pharmacy is a joke. I understand things are tough right now, but make some adjustments. I waited in line twice for a simple antibiotic. I made it through the first line to ask for my prescription then was asked to wait in the crazy long line that developed while I was waiting. Such a joke.

If I could give a negative I would and I don’t even do reviews. Today in 09/21/21 @ 8:45-9am. The young black lady that was work pharmacy was beyond rude. If you don’t like your job or you not feeling it ima need for your to find a new career or quit your job regroup and try life again because your job is dealing with Customers! We did not make you pick this career you did. Today’s world just wanna get these jobs based or hours or $$ pay but not dedicate to they job. I deal with different people day in and day out and no matter what I’m going though I wouldn’t treat people or act the way you did today.

This store denied covid-19 walkins as they advertise on there front door Priscilla was rude and laughs in your face and the pharmacist didnt care as well. My friend is 69 yrs old and needed to take her 2nd Covid-19 shot luckily Kroger down the street gave it to her. CVS is a rude store and need to hire people who are willing to work. I will tell Channel 4 News this is why people arent getting vaccinated.

I spent an hour on hold, listening to the recordings that were playing.lover their phone, to check on the status of 3 called in prescriptions. After a full hour of holding to their recording they simply hung up on me. I dont know how complicated it will be to change pharmacies but its clear they dont want this medicare patients business.

The supervisor from pharmacy sucks. I need my medicine as soon as possible. I kept asking if there was a way he can help me get sooner. He denied to help me. He didn’t even wanted to see if medicine was available in other CVS.

You know theres a reason this cvs gets 2 in a half star rating. They continue to be incompetent and want to accuse us of lying for their negligence. Count your pills before you leave and always check the labels. They had me overdosing my husband for a month before I realized it. Pay close attention to the label on your bottle because they have been wrong. They dont ever acknowledge there mistake because we as consumers didnt do our job for them. And thats sad. This CVS Pharmacy Yes Buffet lacks customer service.A guy named Steven or Stephen was very rude to my wife. I can tell that the people who work there HATE their job and their customers. Its not like the atmosphere at Walgreens where you are treated with dignity and respect. My wife came to pick up her prescription after 4pm as instructed and arrives to the drive-thru. On the first drive thru, Steven rudely tells my wife that they are not done with the prescription fill up, even though we wanted them early that morning of 12-22-2020 we were kind enough to wait till 4pm. So Steven rudely tells my wife to go to the back of the line of the drive thru. Second time around after waiting for a prolonged period of time in the drive thru my wife approaches the window again and she presents her credit card for payment and insurance as well. Steven rudely tells my wife that next time she comes back for a prescription fill up and has an insurance card she needs to come inside instead, so Steven tells my wife to go back to the end of the again and wait her turn again. On the third time around Steven rudely tells my wife that she needs to come inside with her insurance card instead of telling her on the second time she came through the drive thru. I spoke to a Pharmacy manager (White Caucasian full figured lady blonde streaks in her hair) about this situation and what did she ask me? Basically, what did my wife do, instead of asking what did Steven do. My and I are in customer service and would never treat our customers with less than dignity and respect. I believe Steven made my wife got around the drive thru line with malicious and frivolous intent due to the frustration of having to work in a job they hate. CVS, word of advice.TRAIN your staff members on customer service, cultural diversity, anger management and sensitivity.If there a 1/2 were a half star available I wouldve chosen that instead of a full ONE star. Ive been to many CVS stores and Ive never had a problem in any of them until I came to the Grand Prairie TX one. We use to go to Gibsons pharmacy but us customers go transferred to this GOD forsaken CVS. I am so angry, because I love and respect my wife with all of my heart and soul, but to see another man treat her like she is less than a human being, pisses me off.

This CVS Pharmacy takes an act of Congress to speak with the pharmacist or pharmacy staff. I’ve tried repeatedly and placed on hold for a ridiculous length of time. I’d always end up hanging up after 30 minutes. Once, I vowed not to hang up until someone answered. Well, after 45 minutes of listening to their hold music, I almost fell asleep. I finally hung up and took the loss. This is all time wasted that I will never get back. I have no more prescriptions at this CVS and won’t even shop in store anymore.

Horrible! Over 30 mins waiting in the drive thru. They had a car at the window for over 20 mins! If the order isn’t ready have them come back or circle around for those that are ready! Geez! Even tried calling them while waiting in line and they never picked up! Hire more people or open up the other lines. Nowadays no one does only drops off when the doctor sends it over electronically

They are always slow on refills even if you tell them your out they try and turn it around on you that you should have call but when you do they get a attitude with you and it takes forever for them to answer the damn phone. Ive stayed on phone longer than it takes me to drive there at get angry at them🙄🙄

Charged me $130 to just talk to me and look at my nose and tell me I had the flu. They didnt even do a swab! Your GP is probably more experienced, more patient, and more inexpensive.UPDATE: While I still think this is overpriced just to talk to a nurse, CVS Corporate just reached out to me to offer me a gift card to apologize for the poor service I received. Im changing my review to a 3 star because of it. Well done, CVS. I applaud you for your customer service!

As someone who works in a doctors office I understand how difficult customer service can be, most of the people on here complaining and whining about long wait times would rather them rush and fill their medicine with all kinds of mistakes and the possibility of getting the wrong medications. If you can wait in a hospital to receive care why you complaining about a 30 min wait?Almost every CVS I have been to never has enough people working in the pharmacy, I get that you want them to work in a timely efficient manner but I wanna make sure I’m getting the right medication so if that means waiting a little longer then that’s okay with me. Considering I come into the pharmacy around 5-6pm when everyone gets off work and my wait time is about 30 min to fill a script I would say that is fair. My only reason for not giving them all stars is the lady not putting the insurance on one of my prescriptions.

My only problem is when I go get my flu shots (yes I get them, you don’t have to snort). The waiting times for the clinic is horrible. I’m pretty sure there is only one person operating it at a given time because the “doctor” is never there - always on a lunch break for 35 some odd minutes before they come back. I can understand this but CVS needs at least two or three people who can switch in and out of the clinic so someone will always be in there. This happens to me so many times that I actually get my shots by some workers over at the prescription pickup counter now. It’s fast and proves that CVS finds it acceptable for you to stand around for half an hour waiting for someone to finish their sandwich.

Dr.Mavis is so polite and kind, went there on 01/12/19 to pick up a prescription but found out it needed a coupon from the website, she went out of her way to make sure I got her the advertised price online! Also the young man who filled it was very fast and I saved $500! Been going here for years and I always see different people in the pharmacy I think the turnover off staff seems to be a issue since they seem to be understaffed all the time.

I always have issues with this location, either they don’t refil my auto refill, they forget to call when it’s ready. I have to contact my doctor when it’s not necessary and the drive through line is ridiculously slow. I wouldn’t give them 1 star, but that was the lowest I can score.

Normally I dont check reviews for stores but man I should have. This pharmacy is by far the WORST customer service you can imagine. You wait forever and they dont acknowledge you. I was waiting for an hour to be helped(with no customers even waiting, they were empty) I was pissed. On top of the wait the lady charged me for the medication for my baby which should have been free and now medicaid is reimbursing for it.(which is what I knew would happen as I told the lady my daughter receives medication for free) needless to say I changed my pharmacy to the Walgreens off Jefferson. Its further but anything beats those incompetent people.

Returned to this location hesitant after last experience.. This was by far the best experience filling my scripts EVER! I have since been back to pick up scripts 5 times,, everytime.. The same. Pleasent.. Helpful. Had ALL my scripts moved here from other CVS locations who were NOT interested in customer service one bit!

This pharmacy always claims thay you will be sent a text notification when your prescription is filled, but this is the second time Ive never received a notification. All I get when I call to ask when it will be done is, you will get a text notification. My sons prescription the prevuous time I came here was filled, but no notification just attitude.And today I dropped off my prescription at 11am, was told I it would be about a hour. I call at 1pm and is told its not filled, but would be 15 minutes. I drive to the drive thru and the prescription is still not filled, and they ask me if I even dropped off a prescription.I dont know whats going on, but this visit would have been a lot better if the young lady in the front would be a bit more pleasant and diligent.

UPDATE: 2/21/15, If there was a way to give this location NO stars we would. It has happened again, my mothers Dr needed to call in her antidepressants and another medicine, and called this location bc my moms ins told him to bc its a 90 days supply and the pharmacy cant take written RXs bc of some rule of ins company. Well, the Dr called them in front of my mother and she was told they would have it ready in four hours. My mother goes up there, we didnt get any call, no rx filled. My moms psy Dr is only open on Tues and Thurs. She now had to wait 5 days without meds. Tues comes, she goes into the office and Dr calls it in again, it will be ready in three hours, she stays at the office and calls in three hours, no rx no call in they say. Her Dr calls again, speaks to head pharmacist, Isaac, and is assured that the script has been put in the system and will be ready at 7pm, bc they are SO busy. My mom leaves the office, bc they are closing, and goes up there at 7, no rx same story, head pharmacist Isaac is gone for the day. She now has to wait till Thurs, 7 days without meds, and is all mentally messed up bc she has been on these antidepressants for 20 years. Thurs comes, she is waiting at his front door when the office opens, the Dr is super pissed, calls ins and gets permission to call it in to the other location across town. They will have it ready in 20 min. She goes in, we cant fill it, ins says its been filled. Pharm calls Pioneer and they say they had the Rx filled and cust didnt pick it up so they put it back on the shelf and canceled it. My mom was balling at this point, she had been up there multiple times, called multiple times and been to her Dr multiple times who called as well, nobody ever said they had the RX, it was always: we show no record of Dr calling these in and nothing shows as filled. The South Grand Prairie location got back on the phone and had the script transferred and filled in 10 minutes. NOW THATS HOW YOU RUN A PHARMACY! Not like the Central Grand Prairie CVS on Pioneer.ORIGINAL REVIEW: This pharmacy is the worst managed CVS in DFW. The head pharmacist, Isaac, does not know about anything thats going on in his pharmacy. My mother has had repeat problems with being told her medicine is in stock, quoted a 5 hour wait time, only to return to an unfilled RX that isnt in stock. No call telling her its out after all or anything. They have also given her partially filled RXs and never notated it in their system, so when she went to get her remaining amount they tried to tell her that she already got it. Last time this happened, she had spoken directly with the head pharmacist to make sure there was not going to be any problems, and it STILL happened. These are meds that she needs to keep her kidneys and heart functioning properly too, so she cant play around with these things. Its so bad we have started using the CVS on the other side of town instead because these have been ongoing, constant problems, that have only gotten worse in the past six months and after speaking with other customers waiting, we know that it is not just us that have had these problems.
