Way BETTER than in Lake ridge location. Their cappuccino blast has so many version I dont even recognize which one is right. But a lot of times in Lake ridge location dont have anything to sell (almost) because they dont have base or whatever. This location seems stable and even though theres only 2 people they seems to handle the store great! Thanks for making my day. :)

Due to COVID19 restrictions I couldnt sample flavors so I stuck with my same old flavors. I got 1 scoop of mint chocolate chip on a waffle cone. It wasnt as creamy as I remember but still tasty. I also got a scoop of the Daiquiri Ice in a cup to take home and it was fabulous! It was just great.

Immediately walking in it smells like the best diabetes ever. If I have to buy all the ice cream here just so my house can smell this good, its something I am willing to do. Theres a ton of options for ice cream, ice cream cakes, and everything else.

The staff is clean, and engaging. I prefer Baskin Robbins over Brahms due to unsanitary actions Ive witnessed at that restaurant. They also have flavors that are pretty awesome.

Great ice cream.

I ordered through UE a banana split and a brownie sunday. To my husband and My surprise we received ping pong size scoop ice cream on both orders. It was soo disappointing to see such small (portioned) size ice cream for such expensive prices. I had to take pictures. I know that having them delivered they could melt a bit, but we live 4 minutes away, besides its cold and the ice cream would not melt that quick. Order did not take long. This will be our first and last time ordering in this Baskin-Robbins location. Thank you for the disappointment.

Great tasting ice cream on a waffle cone

This is truly a one star store the customer service was horrible. We entered the store which had a sign on the door “must wear face mask before entering ” one of the worker’s a young lady had on a face mask and the other young lady did not. A family came in the store a lady and little girl had on face masks however the gentleman didn’t, he was told he couldn’t come in without a mask, we all questioned her as to why the young lady working was not wearing a face mask she replied she was doing inventory and didn’t need to wear one and she laughed at us and laughed at the situation. The family walked out and stated they were not going to support their business. I call the store to speak to the owner to my surprise he supported the young lady working without the face mask. We were very disappointed in the way this was handled. We live in Grand Prairie and want to support local businesses, however in the manner in which this situation was handled it’s very difficult to do so.

Good ice cream no complaints.

After a family outing, we wanted to go get some ice cream only to be disappointed because the two young ladies who work there decided they wanted to close early. The time online says they close at 10, the door says 10, another couple comes and don’t understand why y’all are closed either. I call and ask if y’all can open and one girl says y’all can’t bc your closed. I asked for the managers number and I was told no. I was told if I wanted to call and complain I could call tmw bc today was her last day and she does care. POOR BUSINESS. regardless if it was her last day, it wasn’t the other girls last day and she should have stepped up and said something.

A 2 star is me being gracious! The ice cream was great and the young guy that helped us was awesome, however the girl that was working was not friendly! They close at 10pm and it was 9:15pm, 2 families walked in with a total of 8 people and the girl working started to put all the chairs up. No one could sit anywhere so the families had to stand outside to enjoy their ice cream! That is just rude and poor customer service!

Love the atmosphere here! No matter whos working they are always friendly, polite and super helpful. The store is always very clean and neat.They go out of their way to please their customers ♥

The ice cream is always perfect and with so many delicious flavors to try, you can never get bored. The great folks behind the counter are always upbeat and a pleasure to meet. The samples, while awesome, can lead to decision paralysis. Be careful and cautious, dont overload yourself! Also plan ahead for take out and patio dining. The heat is exceptionally brutal on their yummy frozen creations. Seriously, not a joke, BRUTAL. Eat like your life depends on it, or bring a catch bucket. Also, pink bubble gum is always the right answer when they ask what would you like? Youre welcome!

Great customer service, clean tables & restaurant, and a greatt variety of flavors. My new favourite ice cream is the USS Butterscotch, which they have. The grandbaby got cotton candy! We have a great time eating our ice cream. 👌

My family and I went on Saturday afternoon. They were empty so we were the only ones there and we got all four orders with no wait time. The banana split was so good. We had two browniesundaes and a cup a vanilla with sprinkles. Mmm km all good

Attitude! That’s what I received from one young lady that worked here this past weekend. Never the less the ice cream is good. Very limited seating. Could just be because the chairs to sit down were stacked up and no one wanted to move them to accommodate my group.

As soon as we walked in the store, we were hit by a strong smell like a bathroom (a not so clean one at that). We had to go outside in the 100 degree heat to eat or ice cream for some fresh air. I needed a spoon to eat my ice cream, so I went back inside and saw the sample spoon container on top of the glass case, within easy reach, so I grabbed one. The female employee (bleached hair, nose ring, you cant miss her) then says to me, Could you please ask before taking one of those? Its kind of a health safety thing. Now I can appreciate public safety, but please dont put these items with easy reach of the public, without a sign asking to not take them (I carefully checked around to make sure there was no sign). This experience makes me concerned the Spoon Nazi will snap at me for something else I failed to read about in the Baskin Robbins Customer Behavior Manual. Really? Hard to take seriously your interest in health safety when your store smells like an unflushed toilet. I like BR, but Im steering clear of this store

$7 for a large shake, and they only filled it 2/3 of the way....I couldnt believe it! It was also super sticky, covered with ice cream on the outside of the cup, requiring a half dozen napkins and some cleaning before I could hold it.Baskin Robbins has just gotten the last dollar they will ever get from me again.

When you first walk into the store, there is a smell that is so bad, it smells like its coming from the restroom! There is no soap in the restroom to wash your hands! Luckily, I keep some in my purse! But the staff is great!

The lady in the store has freaking long fake nails which is touches to ice cream when she tried to scope it. Also she’s playing on her phone even she already pour the milk shake on uncover cup instead of giving it to me right away. She let me wait until she finish playing her phone. Very unprofessional

Went in, greeted promptly, oredered a pint to go, packed it tight, paid and the young man thanked me and said have a good night. Now that is how it is supposed to be, Euless location take notes!!!
