Had the worst experience at the jared outlet store. I went to the store to look for gold bangles only to be told by the sale associate thatgold bangles was in style 10 years ago. I couldnt believe what I was hearing because I was just on the Jared official website that sold gold bangles. I felt the sale associate was very rude, and could have been handled the situation better with a simple let me check Jareds catalogue or a simple no I wont be back to that location again or as long as that sales associate works at that location

I would highly recommend visiting with Mike Moss. He went above and beyond helping me understand the process and give me reassurance with my purchase.

My friend went in to buy a ring and the manager was rude. My friend asked for the skew number of a ring because another store told they can look up inventory. He hesitated to give us the skew number. The manager assume that my friend said the other store would change prices . My friend didnt say that. He was really un profesional and instead of diffusion the situation he was blaming problems they are having with other stores. He couldnt just listened to what friend was saying and see if he could help.

Did an excellent job cleaning my ring set of fifteen years. Very friendly and we always enjoy buying from Jareds.

I brought my ring in to have it cleaned. Lots of employees were standing around but it took a few minutes before someone finally helped me. Then she just took it and loosely cleaned and handed it right back to me. I said that’s not how it’s usually done so she sighed and looked annoyed and finally checked me in to clean my ring. Customer service was awful. Then we showed up right at closing (oops!) to pick up and someone opened the door and was rude and said it was too late and we need to come back.

I was looking for some earrings for myself and the lady who was assisting me was monotone, and said very little. Didnt really encourage me to buy and was hardly engaged in the sale. Went across the way to Kays and found me a great deal! Missed a sale because of the salesperson.

I went to Jared’s looking for earnings and i must say Selma was the greatest!! I left there with earrings and a necklace. I’ll definitely be back!!

I went to buy wedding ring 💍 they never say even hello.

I have shopped at this location various times and every visit has been exceptional. The customer service alone will have you coming back again to shop some more. The staff is always smiling and willing to help with anything one might be in need of. Both Jackie and Lupe have been extremely helpful, both are very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile time and time again to please the customer. I would HIGHLY recommended this location to anyone looking to fulfill their jewelry needs! Awesome job to all the staff there!

I went there and the woman that was there was so rude to me. She gave me an attitude like my money wasn’t good enough.

Unhooked my Versace watch, didn’t take link out at all, said they didn’t have the proper too to shorten the length, still trying to convince me to spend thousands of dollars and couldn’t even do a $40 job. Waste of time, will never be back !!

Im not from the area and was visiting a friend when I made a purchase here a few months ago and the entire staff is friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and professional. If they say they can, they will absolutely follow through! The prices are exceptional and the quality is nothing short of amazing. Unfortunately I had my bracelet stolen, but so glad I obtained the protection plan to have it replaced. They have been most helpful to make sure it gets replaced. I will absolutely return to this store for my next purchase.

Best deals for high quality diamonds!! Iael Gonzales, the assistant manager, has been so helpful. Her and her manager worked to make sure I got the best price for the ring I wanted. They ordered exactly what I wanted to their store and were never pushy on sales!! Never Again! Exceptionally Poor Customer Service. No greeting and when someone finally asked if I needed help.... she was headed to the back. By the way... there were only 2 other customers in the store.... I counted five people working.If you dont like people or your job. QUIT, RESIGN, WALK OUT!

We first visited this store one year ago when picking our wedding rings. The clerk Jackie was so patient and kind we ended up spending over our budget....and with no regrets! Over the past year my husband and I have visited other Jareds in the area but never enjoying the experience as being at this particular store. The staff there is amazing and the sales are always unbeatable.

Jael is awesome, she really made it happen for me. I have the perfect wedding ring thanks to her. Everyone is very nice and attentive, they do not try to pressure you into buying unlike other jewelry stores. I will drive an hour again next time I buy any piece of jewelry.
