Hi buyers when you buy truck front pacific you have to ready ti fix the truck, Here is the truck what happened and change. (( 2 nd axel diffensial spider gears and spider side gear $1200. 3rd axel need rebuilt esm harnes $400, water pump $450, damaged radiator $800 2 broken hood renfosment cost $1600 bumper renfosmen$ 200 drag link $250 pit arm $250 10 tires some of first day blowed and others it’s only for parts price I wrote,,

Bought a truck from this company 3 months ago. Truck is in the shop now. $10,800 worth of work needed. Pacific truck sales talked us into purchasing a warranty with our hard earned money. TRUNORTH! I cant believe any dealership would tell any person to purchase this warranty. LOOK THEM UP. CHECK OUT TRU NORTHs reviews. They have terrible reviews on google and the BBB. They rip every single person off. Its insane to me that any dealership would offer a warranty that denys any and all claims. Before you tell your customers to purchase a warranty you might want to check into the company for yourself. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM PACIFIC TRUCK SALES!!!!!!!

Purchased a truck and the check engine light came on and they said they fixed it the light came on and I took it back 3000 1400 in labor ! They should of covered this amount . I have paperwork that says what needed to be fixed and that they took care of it ! So disappointed ☹️ why can’t people be trustworthy

Their vehicles are not in the best of shape and they won’t fix the problems before selling it to you. The manager who is the face of the company is so rude and does not care about his clients. Worst place in the world to buy a truck. I put down a deposit to hold the truck a couple days later they sold it. They refused to give me my deposit back. Absolute worst place to buy a truck. I bought a 2007 volvo from them put $6000 down and the truck hade problems with the engine after 1 week i took it back and they didnt help me they told me you pay half we pay half and i didnt have any more money to pay for repairs because all i had was $6000 they took every cent of me and i never made money with that truck so the truck end up sitting on the parking for 2 months and guess what they came and took it lost all that money and the truck the truck was messed up i didnt know because i only test drive it for couple of miles and bought it and very 1st load i took i saw the truck wouldnt pull more than 50 miles per hour so i end up loosing everything i had

I was told my $1000 deposit wouldnt be refunded because I got approved by the bank. Pacific refused to show approval documents from bank. SCAMMERS
